I broke my glasses frames and was able to bring them in here and get them fixed. It only took a few minutes, and everyone I talked with couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful!

I left home in PA w/o my single wear contact. Even with all this Covid nonsense, Kaylynn (sp.) came to the door and was over -the-top friendly, professional, and helpful in giving me assistance. Long story short, after receiving my script by fax from home, she gave me, free of charge, enough lenses to last for the duration of my stay in Maine. Could not have been nicer. THANK YOU.

The staff and doctor at this place were beyond nice. I was visiting Portland from out of town, and accidentally forgot my contacts. I had stopped in to see if I could buy a pair - and the doctor was extremely accommodating and after reviewing my RX prescription provided a sample pair to get me through the weekend. The people at Casco Bay EyeCare are extremely helpful, courteous, and responsive. My family and I were on vacation in the Portland area and I ripped a contact lens without a back-up, and unfortunately my personal optometrist could not help since they were 1,000 miles away. After a short discussion with the people at Casco Bay, they did everything they could to help me so I could enjoy the rest of our vacation - even gave me a replacement contact lens at no cost. It would have been easy for them to say no, but I can tell the people at Casco Bay EyeCare care about people and the Portland community; I would gladly recommend Casco Bay to anyone.

I I stopped in to get the screws on my glasses tightened. The lady was very nice and not only tighten the screws but replaced the nose pieces. Free of charge of course. I would definitely come here to get my next pair of glasses.

I am so happy with my experiences at Casco Bay Eyecare. Dr. Nickerson is the best optometrist Ive ever had. Shes informative, friendly, listens, and very fast. Everyone there is really nice. I recommend this place to anyone who needs an eye exam.

Really good personal service. I was nervous about my visit but the provider was down to earth and made me feel comfortable. Might consider switching eye doctors to here.

Dr. Nickerson was friendly and helpful. Although I was confused as to why I wasnt given a full exam after not having had my eyes checked in five or so years.Unfortunately, I found out *after* my exam that they dont take my insurance, when I had been told that they do --both before my visit (over the phone) and in person when they looked at my insurance card.
