So…this is my second time using Marlow Automotive. I won’t take my Jeep anywhere else. I live in my car as a Realtor. I swerved to miss a dog last week and really messed up my suspension. They were quick to find the issues and always called to explain what they found before starting the repairs. Once again, they let me know what could wait and what needed immediate attention. If you don’t have a talented mechanic in the family… suggest you give them a try. I’m a detail oriented person and I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. No, I’m not related to anyone there.LOL I know this sounds like someone’s mom wrote it but I’ve been very impressed and I’d be shocked if anyone else using their services didn’t feel the same way. Recently took 2 cars in for repairs and they could not have been more thorough, helpful and communicative. Gave detailed info so we knew exactly what needed to be done vs what was optional/could wait.

I take all my vehicles there because I can trust their evaluations and trust they will sand behind their work. Bill and his wife Candy (owners) run their family business in a way that makes you feel like one of the family. I had to replace the starter in my 2009 Honda Civic and the staff at Marlow Automotive did an excellent job. Since my car could not start, they offered their towing services and guaranteed me a diagnosis quickly. It has been about a month and a half since they replaced the part and they reached out today to make sure the car is running perfectly fine. This company is extremely professional and I definitely recommend it for everyone.

I have been a faithful and happy client of Marlow Automotive, for over 10 yrs. I first began using this Family-Owned Shop, when I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee, because they are a Jeep Specialist. I have owned many vehicles, since the Jeep, and have found that Bill and his Staff are more than capable of servicing/repairing all makes and models. My wife and I vehicles’ have always been repaired/service correctly, the first time. I have never had a negative experience with Marlow Automotive. I highly recommend, Marlow Automotive to everyone. My transmission stopped responding when I was heading home on 75 south on 12/30. I exited Park and coasted along the service road hoping to find an auto repair place. Marlow was the first I found and they immediately were sympathetic and helpful. Billy, the service manager, ran a diagnostic test to tell me what was going on. He spoke with my dad on the phone to convey all things he observed from both the test and trying to drive it. They closed at 5:30, but allowed me to stay in the office out of the cold past that and waited with me until my dad got there to pick me up. Billy made calls to find out how much a new transmission would cost in order to put together an estimate for me. He also gave me an extremely reasonable timeline to have the work done. Dad and I told him we needed to do some research and would let them know. They allowed us to leave my car there overnight and continued to give us info today to help us make a decision. Although Ford will be doing the repairs on this particular issue, my family and I are definitely going to be using Marlow in the future. I highly recommend them based on their professionalism, knowledge, reasonable pricing and speed as well as their compassion. Please use them for your repair needs!

I have to say, I am happy that I found this place! I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014. I bought my car brand new.. I took my Jeep to Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep.. for all my services.. Oil changes.. general maintenance.. in some point those maintenances quotes and prices started looking suspicious .. in the dealership few month back I took my jeep to the dealer my AC was under performing.. they can back saying new compressor .. that was the moment that I say this need to STOP.. I call Marlow automotive, they give me a 2nd opinion quote.. Guess what? Compressor was fine they just change some vaults and did some general maintenance for AC. my bill compare with Jeep (Frisco Dealership) drops 80% of the price. I am glad I found this place, Marlow Automotive is the new home for my jeep! their staff are amazing and friendly ! thanks Marlow Automotive for your professionalism and honesty :)

This team is Amazing!! I highly, highly recommend them! A few months ago these guys did some work on my wifes 2001 Chevy Suburban and I am pleased to say everything is running great. Just moved to the area and needed an oil change. Googled locations nearby and took my car here. About 2 days later, I noticed oil leaking from my car all over my new driveway. Took it to the dealership (which I shouldve done in the first place) who told me this place had not put a drain plug or something and not tightened it. I called the dealership to ask how this would happen since my car only has about 20k miles on it and they told me this could have caused internal damage and now Im fighting the dealership on the warranty of my car. Dealership called this place, and they said the owners refused to take any responsibility. Now Im fighting to keep my warranty and this has been such a financial strain. DO NOT take your vehicle here. I would hate for something like this to happen to you.

Billy is great to work with, he is professional and very knowledgeable about issues at hand. I took my 2007 4Runner in to get a “Tune up” and was told very honestly what needed to be done. I wasn’t hit with a list of things I didn’t need. I love the full inspection they do with photos and videos they attach, it helps customers actually see what needs to be repaired/replaced. Overall very happy, great family business, I would use Marlow for any minor or major car repair in the future.

Lewis at Marlow Automotive is exceptional. I called Marlow to do a prepurchase inspection on a vehicle I considered buying. Since I am out of state, Lewis took many pictures and coordinated getting the truck to them for prepurchase inspection. I can’t recommend Marlow enough and this guy Lewis needs a raise!

As always, Marlows was professional, excellent at describing the issues that needed to be addressed right away, gave reasonable estimates, and performed excellently on the repairs. Definitely consider using this place. I called about 8 places to get a cost estimate and repair time frame for a new clutch assembly for my car and they were one of three that actually took the time to call back given how difficult it is to find parts to match my make and model. They gave the best price estimate and theirs included all new parts too when other places were just going to take apart everything first and tell me later if I needed something more expensive done such as a new flywheel.I also got personal friendly service, when other shops in the area seemed like doing such a major job was too much of a hassle and either quoted ridiculously high prices or just said theyd try to get back to me and never did.The car runs as smooth as it did when it was brand new, and they also try and give good advice on how to avoid future problems given the cars age and mileage.

Marlow Automotive has worked on my cars and fixed my nieces Jeep. They are honest, they do not try to upsell you. If something is wrong, they tell you. So far, the things they have fixed for me have stayed fixed!

I took my 2016 Dodge Caravan in to repair the door lock actuator - this is a difficult job as you need to disassemble the door to get to the actuator - Marlow did the job with my complete satisfaction and even though the complexity of the job took them longer to fix, there was no additional change in the billing - I can say this unequivocally, this is an honest shop that does high quality work at a fair price - top notch

I had a Jeep Liberty Limited for close to 14 years. I LOOOVED my Jeep. Bill, Jose, all the people at Marlow were accommodating, honest, and good at what they do best... auto repair. When I sold my Jeep this past summer... 126,000 miles, a new solenoid, a rebuilt transmission later, the young couple who purchased me vehicle for top dollar told me a story. The fellow from Oklahoma who bought my Jeep was also an auto-mechanic. He said hed never seen such a clean engine or undercarriage on a vehicle of the age of 13. He also said the care of the car was expertly done. There was an actual bidding war on my car! The mechanic met my asking price because he said the care and maintenance of the vehicle were excellent. I had my A/C checked out because it wasnt blowing very cold. Another shop wanted to replace my compressor and condenser for $1315. Marlow Automotive gave me a free estimate and was able to fix my A/C perfectly for $131. Literally 10% of the original quote. Staff was very friendly and the office was comfortable to wait in. Excellent service.

I started using Marlow because of one of the technicians that worked there (friend of a friend, etc). I ended up taking my sons car to them for a severe oil leak. They were honest and fixed what they could, the car still leaks oil but not as badly and I havent had a chance to take it back since my boy is in the USAF he is now stationed out of state. I believe they are honest and nice folks. I will definitely recommend them to friends.

I just had my Lexus at this shop and was very happy. All the people are so nice and explained everything that needed to be done. I had been to another place getting tires and they told me a huge list of things that I needed totaling over $1200. Bill looked over my car and showed me all the things that the other place had on the list that I didnt need. My bill with Marlow Automotive only ended up being $250. They saved me nearly a thousand dollars and gained my confidence in their honesty and integrity. I will bring all of my vehicles here from now on for all services.

Ive been taking my car to Marlow Automotive for 10+ years. They are a family owned shop of the highest integrity. Bill, Candy, Jeff, Charlie and their technicians make certain that you are a satisfied customer and do everything possible to make sure your experience with them is of the highest quality. I bought a new 2002 Toyota Camry and it has never been anywhere except at Marlows for any service. It currently has over 172,000 miles and is in top condition. I highly recommend Marlow Automotive. We dealt with Jose primarily but the owner Bill was also fantastic. We had a VERY significant repair job and because it was under an extended warranty they had to do a LOT of back and forth with the warranty people. In the end they got MaxCare to pay for the vast majority of the costs ($4700 of $5500 total leaving our out of pocket at $850). They even went above and beyond when they noticed our passenger window wasnt working and called MaxCare back and got them to pay for it without another deductible since it was going to have to be a new claim. The window had been the last thing on our mind bc of the other major repairs so I appreciated that SO much. As as woman I have experienced mechanics talking down to me and/or trying to take advantage by selling unnecessary things but I never experienced that at all here. We will definitely be doing all of our future car stuff at Marlow!

I have been to Marlow Automotive twice and have loved the shop. I recently brought my car in for a few different things I had put off and for some noises my car was making. Jose called me periodically with updates even after the hassle he had to go through. Turns out when I got a new transmission about a year ago from another small pop shop in a small town in Georgia, they installed it wrong - which was causing complications to my car. Jose stayed in contact with Georgia auto shop, and every time any changes came up with the other company or my car, he made sure to call me first. Although Marlow is about 30 minutes out of the way for me, it is well worth the drive for the service I am getting.

Review update: I spent several thousands of dollars making repairs on my Jeep that is well cared for and low mileage with Marlow Automotive. I paid for parts/service to have both rear calipers replaced in 6/2019. The rear left/right calipers were replaced and I was charged for the new parts. I was in for an oil change in 10/2020 Marlow Automotive stated again right rear caliper was broken and needed to be replaced. I decided to take my car into a different mechanic for a second opinion since this was not an appropriate timeline. I was told that the calipers are factory and new parts that I paid for were never installed and likely changed with used factory parts from other Jeeps if they were ever changed at all. This shop is dishonest and I feel that my safety was jeopardized. I am still paying for repeated work because of their malpractice.

I went in on Monday was told they were to busy currently and made an appt for first thing wed. dropped my car off the night before. They looked at it told me they could have it done by end of day..end of day came they hit some problems need more time ok thursday end of day came we had more problems need more time.. Friday need more money and time to fix it will be done by end of day. 5:00 on Friday still not done.... what a miserable experience... upsell upsell upsell but cant do the original job

Ye they will get your repairs done..but they will upsell you so bad. and its pricey..ill go to the dealer next time. Ive talked to about ten people who all said they wont go back because of the up selling that goes on. I wish more shops would take care of their customers. I also felt really mistreated. i was talked to as if i knew nothing. got charged for something i didnt ask for?...but i didnt fight it i just wanted to leave. UPSELL is the keyword here, shop would be perfect if they looked at you first and not your wallet.

1996 Cherokee Sport with 97,000 miles; enough said- but, wait theres more...I stopped by Marlow Automotive one day 10 years ago when my engine oil light came on.Turned out the oil sending unit was damaged during an oil change at ANOTHER SHOP.Not knowing anybody at Marlow I asked if someone could look at my car to determine if I had a serious issue. Bill Marlow walked out the front door raised the hood and immediately said, no immediate issue but, the other guys neglected to report breaking the oil sending unit during the oil change.Accurate diagnosis, quality repairs, consistent service = Marlow for me!I have lots of positive repair experiences with Marlow Automotive over the years.OBTW- 242,600 miles today on my 1996 Cherokee Sport.Thanks, Bill, Candy, Jose, Jr. and Charlie for always taking care of me and my vehicle. Im coming by tomorrow for a right rear tail light bulb and new shocks next week.

Had a nail in my tire of my new truck, had another place tell me I needed a new tire, I thought it was BS so I went to these guys, they patch my tire for cheap and its been 2 weeks with no problem, always buy local is what I learned from this.

Had transmission problems on my 96 Jeep Cherokee, turns out just a few seals and bearings. I had it back by end of the day, no up sell, badass

Website says its free for diagnostic service, but when I walk in the weird guy told me its $57. Never heard before diagnostic fee!
