I had been using another auto shop for a number of years. Due to some issues there, I wanted to take my car elsewhere. I had had a couple of conversations with Matt about my car needs and appreciated his straight forward approach and knowledge. I took my car in yesterday and they were able to get the part quickly and finish the work by the afternoon. Matt arranged for me to get home and then get back once my car was ready. I felt confident in the work that was done and there was no pressure to do more than was necessary. I am so happy to have found a car repair shop I can use in the future.

This was my first visit to this establishment; it seems you cannot often go in for maintenance on your vehicle and not be upsold. While I was in the position that I would have said yes to practically anything, there was no need. The information in the report was clear and concise; they thoroughly explained everything that was issues of concern. They outline what I needed to do my next check-up and gave me a full report on each area they checked. I loved that I got a text message of the information and was able to view it before I went to pick up my vehicle to organize my questions. The statements in their waiting room say it all, what they are and do is pretty straightforward. While this was my first visit, I can say it will not be my last.

Took my vehicle in for a suspected timing belt issue. Matt was very friendly and let me know that they would check things out. My vehicle has over 200K miles, so I was a bit worried about what they might find. I took myself across the street to Mudleaf coffee (Awesome coffee shop!! The Lavendar Honey latte and bacon, cheddar and chives scone were delicious). I received a text from Matt with a link detailing all the issues I had 😫 (more than I wanted, but not unexpected) — novel and nice touch. I decided on multiple repairs that they were able to squeeze in before end of business day. The whole experience was easy and pleasant. Thanks, Matt, for an exceptional service experience!!

Overall great experience done by great staff. Matt is the one who I was in contact with most and he was in contact with me throughout the entire process and gave me a legitimate timeline they expected to be done and kept their word. They also have a very cool diagnostic website they send you with pictures and videos of your car and what they found that was very helpful. I only came to this repair shop on a whim due to my breaks malfunctioning early on a Saturday morning and they were the only open and closest shop but they have gained a loyal customer in me & I highly recommend!!

If you’re getting your work done anywhere else you’re at the wrong shop. I’m very mechanically inclined and do most of my own work and only come to shops when tools that I don’t have are necessary like for alignments. While I was here I’d listened to Matt quote a job to a customer over the phone and I knew it was a great deal for the customer! They also had me come out to the bay to show me the issues that were causing my misalignments and gave me guidance on what needs replaced KNOWING I would be doing that work myself! I’m very pleased with their service and will always return to THIS LOCATION for any work I need done even though they have another location closer to my house!

I would highly recommend Integrity 1st Automotive. I went in to get my AC looked at and oil changed. Matt and his team were able to fix my AC without having to replace the compressor. Majority of companies would automatically say it needed to be replaced and charge me hundreds of dollars. Matt was very professional and informative on what was wrong with my AC. We just moved to Plano and will definitely continue to go to Integrity 1st Automotive.

I was actually going to an appointment next to this service center when I checked my tire because my vehicle was pulling to the right and shaking to see I was missing all kinds of tread and actually had a huge air bubble about to burst my tire. I initially tried to change the tire myself with my spare only to find out that one of my lug nuts was completely stripped. Matt and his team were able to get the tire off and he showed me just how bad the damage actually was. Can you even let me know if I didnt have a spare he wouldnt let me drive that car because it was a danger to myself and to everyone else on the roadways. They wound up getting it taken care of and I was able to be on my way. If anyone is looking for a quality service center that will be upfront and not try to give you a fly by night service this is definitely the place!!! But a month later I received my car license plates and was unable to put the rear one on. I went by and asked if they could help. He was extremely helpful and said no problem. But the plates proved to be very difficult! Even after a solid 30 minutes working to get the license plate in, they did not charge me. I will continue to take my car to them in the future. This is one of the best car work shop I have ever visited. I went there for some small tyre work, their service was quick and exceptional. The guy at front desk is coolest and he takes care of the vehicle look into all the related problems and report back the status. The only regret of my visit is that I forgot to take his name to mention it in the review.

I literally stopped at this location because of the name. I wanted to see if they would really love up to it. And honestly, I would say they have lived up to their name in my opinion. I always walk away feeling taken care of. Matt at the Parker and Independence location always provides excellent customer service, and I know I can expect quality work.

A couple weeks ago I had an issue with my key getting stuck in the ignition and not starting my car, I was beside myself but Integrity 1st made getting it fixed a breeze. Got my ignition changed and new keys and everything, they made it as convenient as possible.Well fast forward to today and I got a call from the Manager, Matt. I half expected a sales pitch on some of the other issues they pointed out on my vehicle while it was there, but nope! He just called to ask how the new keys were working and my new job we had talked about was going!It really is a blessing to find a place that treats you like family. I’ll definitely be returning.

Matt took excellent care of my Midnight Star! (Kia Sorento). I couldn’t have asked for better service. He went above and beyond to repair her and I’m very grateful! We have been reunited for roughly two or three weeks now and she rides well. She’s a bit older, ‘08, and so I wasn’t sure what to expect. All things considered, she’s as close to new as one can get. I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. Friendly and courteous service. I still feel incredibly safe in the lounge area in the midst of this pandemic. Quality work at an affordable price. Hard to beat that.

Great place to fix your car or get your oil and yearly routine car maintenance done. They are fairly fast will mostly fix your car within hours (same day). Their prices are OK. If you live in Plano I would recommend this shop.

First time there for an oil change. They were very professional and easy to talk to and understand concerning my vehicle. Masks were on, social distancing was adhered to and it was sanitary. They even gave me the heads up regarding upcoming issues about my vehicle. They were pleasant and took my vehicle right away for my appointment at the Central Plano location. Needless to say, I will be back.

Mr. Matt was honest from the beginning when he said that my oil change would take about an hour due to the volume of business the store was handling that day. I was happy about how he continued to give me updates on my vehicle. I had recently purchased a used vehicle and was concerned about the check engine light that had began to turn on. I addressed this concern to the service advisor and he told me he would go ahead and have his mechanics look into the issue. When it seemed that there was nothing serious to worry about, which was just a fluke that needed to be reset. Mr Matt chose to be honest with me and didnt try to sell me anything unnecessary like most other service advisors tend to do in this industry. They really put the integrity in Integrity 1st!

My engine was making a noise, and I took it into First Integrity and talked with Matt. I was impressed that they had a mechanic ride with me so I could point out the noise to him - never had that happen before. They called me back and suspected the timing chain - which had been completely replaced by Huffines just one year ago. Matt said there should be a warranty on the work, so I called Huffines and sure enough, there was a 2 year warranty. I went back to pay for the diagnostic work, and he said no charge. I am impressed with their professionalism, and will definitely be doing all future automotive work with them.
