I took my tuck to this shop because it was close by and also a concierge location for my insurance. They did a good job on the body of the vehicle, but did not properly address anything else. When I picked up the truck all the air all came out of the defrost vents regardless of the selected direction. They offered to look at it and I planned to take it back the next morning, however the battery died. Called the insurance associate who then argued with me about the age of the vehicle (08, 73k miles), telling me to get a jump or replace the battery myself. To the agents credit, the shop did not let them know about the battery issues either. After replacing the battery myself I found out from the shop itself that they had to charge and jump the battery numerous times while working on it and no one bothered to tell me. This could have easily been an alternator issue that the shop missed. They did fix the vents by simply reattaching a vacuum pump hose, which should have been checked previously. Finally, they replaced one tire as part of the collision, but did not balance it, causing the vehicle to shake. Insurance did offer to reimburse the $9 balancing charge I had another shop perform, but it was worth it to have another shop fix their mistakes and to not have to return.Bottom line, if you have body damage only, great shop. Do not trust them with anything to do with your engine as they do not thoroughly check even the most basic parts. Travelers insurance should be concerned with associating their name and business with this shop.

My husband was involved in a rear-end accident where he had around $6000 in damages. I work in the insurance industry so I was skeptical of any location that we were recommended for repair work. The staff at Crest Collision was extremely pleasant, kept us informed, and the repairs were excellent. I will for sure be using Crest again for future repairs!

Ill be honest, I am a Crest Collision fan!I was only supposed to be have my 2015 car estimated only and then brought back for repair several weeks later. When I arrived, it was determined that the repair type was entered incorrectly, but suggested that, since I was already there, might as well drop it off... 5 mins later, Enterprise was there to pick me up, things needed was transferred from my vehicle into my rental and i was on my way. They kept in constant communication and I picked my car up, shining and looking beautiful as the 1st day I got her, 7 days later.

Seriously a great experience. The office people were professional and helpful, and the mechanic was honestly one of the best people Ive ever dealt with in the car industry. My car looked better when I got it then it has in years, and they brought it back freshly cleaned.

Prior to Christmas 2015 I was rear ended by a travelers customer. I was sent to crest collision in Plano to have the repairs done. When I went to pick up my car a few pieces to my car were not put back on and the paint didnt match. I spoke with the management and they exclaimed that they were not responsible and that my rental car would not be covered any longer. I was forced to pick up my car or accrue expenses. When I went to pick it up they did manage to put the pieces back on my car that they had removed but they did not repaint the bumper to match. I contacted the insurance company and they said they would speak to the shop.... a month later, I reach out to the insurance company and they explain they never sent the request but then the next day they inform me that the body shop called me about this matter. I guess they forgot to dial the phone when they made that call. No one has called me at Crest Collision to make it right. They got their money that’s all they care about. I wish I could load a photo so you can see my two tone Audi!

Wonderful experience. Car looks great and the customer service was excellent. 4 stars because thwy missed 3 spots, but took care of right away. Recommended.

Good people who do a bang up ah er out ah great job. Keep you informed even when the insurance companies keep playing games.

Unfortunately, I had an extremely poor experience having my car repaired here. I dropped off my car and explicitly stated that the only items that needed to be replaced due to accident damage were a wheel flare and a reflector. However, the shop replaced my entire font bumper due to a small scratch without ever consulting me on this replacement. This led me to paying and additional $400 out of my pocket. I was never refunded for this replaced bumper that was not needed, and that was never discussed during my initial consultation. Very poor communication throughout the process.

Terrible to work with. Sent back and forth between north and south shops for 3 days then when it’s settled they don’t accept cars on certain days which put the appointment out over a week. Bought from Crest and expected that same dedication to personal service. Unfortunately, that isn’t the case.

Consiere for Travelers. Best way to describe it is a friedly and smiley kind of pushy to take what they give you at face value. Get a second opinion or you Will Regret It. 3k in damages was appraised as 1.3k and they are always hoping you take the check and leave. Dont do it.

Minor repairs to my car as the result of a crazed Tollway driver. The customer service and repairs were both excellent.

So far we had a positive experience, the car was damaged by hail and still is in the repair shop. They call twice a week with the status updates and have Enterprise rental next building. Will update this when they are done with repairs.

Shoddy repair job on our prius. Go elsewhere.
