It has been almost impossible to talk to them, the website appointment scheduler does not work, Ive been calling multiple times, two times they hung up on me or it got disconnected... but I called immediately right after that and nobody would answer the phone. The little I could explain she did not sound like she cared at all and only said we need more information, I said I can provide that information followed by a long silence and then another disconnected call...

Based on the old reviews, this shop used to be much better than it is now.I called to set up an appointment to take my car in for them to look at something that Classic BMW quoted over $800 to fix. I told the woman who answered the phone, Esther, what it was, and she said theyd have to look at it but based on what I told her, it would be $300-$400. She told me that I could drop it off when they opened the following day (Thursday), and they would take a look at it and get back to me the same day. By the next afternoon (Friday), I still hadnt heard, so I called and had to leave a voicemail. I tried again later that day as I didnt want to be without my car over the weekend. I didnt hear back, so I called Monday on three different occasions and still got voicemail and no callback. Tuesday still nothing. Finally, on Wednesday, I was able to get a hold of Esther after calling from a different phone number, and she said they were finishing the diagnostic and waiting to find out if the part was available, and she would call me back. I told her that if it wasnt going to be done on Thursday, I was coming to pick it up. Miraculously, they got the part, and it was done Thursday afternoon. When I picked it up, she made no comment or apology for it taking so long. When I got in my car, the floor mats were muddy, and my gas tank was empty. It read 8 miles to empty! I dropped it off with nearly half a tank. And it cost just as much as the dealership was going to charge! So, a week without my car, an empty tank of gas, and I didnt even save anything!I would suggest looking into another shop. I certainly wont be back.

Tried real hard to make an appointment for an oil change this morning. Called three times before noon on a Monday but no one answered. Left a voicemail no one returned the message. Finally Esther answered the phone at 1:00. Told her three times I wanted to come in for an oil change this afternoon and asked her times available and she kept repeating over and over again what time do you want to come in. Apparently rather than tell me available times she decided it was better to hang up on me and then wouldnt answer the phone again. This isnt the way to run a business, sorry you wont be getting ours.

Expensive and will intentionally cause a defect to your vehicle as they have done to mine, and claim to discover a problem that you never took your car in for in the first place. Damaged window regulator along with missing hardware that supported the window which was never a problem prior to, tracked my cleaned carpet with oily dirt to the drivers side that I have to have cleaned again. Addition to that, didnt reprogram my car as I requested in the first place. Now, Im making it my personal mission to let anybody and everybody know what lengths a shop like this will go in order to make a buck and disregard customer service and disrespect customer property. Im not done by a long shot. More pics of damage will follow....

Ive been taking my car to him approximately for 2 years. Im really satisfied. Working with an experienced mechanic just makes you comfortable. Price?. I dont even need to think about it because his price reasonable. Reasonable price and good labor, normally you cant find these two together but If you meet with Austin, you will have a chance to experience it.Thank you Austin for being good and honest.

ACCEL BMW is the absolute BEST certified BMW repair shop, ever. If you want an honest diagnosis of your repairs, ACCEL BMW is the place you want to take your vehicle. To make a long story short, I was having problems with my car auto braking only when it rained. Because I thought the problem was manufacturers issue, I took my car to BMW of Arlington where I purchased it. Twice, I took my car to BMW of Arlington, with the above problem and the mechanics were never able to properly diagnose the problem. As a matter of fact, they told me that I would have to pay ~$8000 to replace the entire braking system and they still could not guarantee that the problem would be fixed (See attached). I took my car to ACCEL and after a few days, Austin called my husband and informed him that he was able to pinpoint the actual problem. Austin gave my husband the option of replacing the needed part with a new or used one. My husband asked Austin what would he do and Austin suggested going with the used part. My husband trusted Austins opinion and went with the used part and the rest is history. The problem was fixed at a fraction of the cost that BMW of Arlington was trying to charge and Ive not had any issues, at all.I cannot put into words how much I LOVE this business. Everyone is beyond professional and Ms. Esther, who works in the front office, is a ROCK STAR!

I am from out of state buying a car located in TX online. I called Accel to see if they would conduct the PPI for me, as I had some specific concerns about the car and needed an independent mechanic with BMW knowledge. Accel knew exactly what I was looking for. They were very responsive and even followed up a few days later just to make sure I had everything I needed. Gave me peace of mind from miles away!

Amazing experience with this shop. Needed a new battery for my 2011 328i and Austin got me in and out in under 45 mins, changed a brake light for no added charge that I didnt know was out. Took the time out to check out another issue that I inquired about and gave me his expert advice on how to proceed. Went out of the way to take care of me, and the price was the lowest around. Wont hesitate to go back or recommend.

Got my wheels replaced, aligned, filter changed, and vehicle inspected. Saved me a lot of money from taking it to a bmw dealership, these guys are great since they specialize in bmws. Only complaint is my leather seats were dirty when I got the car back.

I had a freak issue with my electrical system on my 2011 BMW 328i after I replaced the HID headlight, and Austin informed me that my problem was covered under a extended warranty that was recently renewed for 10 years or 150K miles! I found this place based on the near-perfect rating on Google. Duy fixed the idling issue on my 2000 Z3 along with a couple other issues that I already knew. Their quote is very reasonable and they recommend exactly what is needed and what can wait. Austin took customer service to the next level and actually checked back with me 4 days later on how my car is doing. They are always busy though, meaning many other BMW owners take their cars here.

About a year and a half ago I almost sold my 2005 BMW as a dealer quoted me a repair bill that was easily double the value of my car. Well I gave it one last shot to save my car and took it to Accel where I met Austin the owner. He quickly diagnosed the real problem and fixed a problem the dealership made (they actually forgot 2 of 4 washers in the engine). He had me out the door with a VERY reasonable bill and my car continues to run great. Ive had it back to him two other times for repairs and always quick and reasonable. I wasnt going to get another BMW after this one, but with Accel, I feel Ill get another as Austin and his team are so good at what they do.

Took great care of my 135i. Replaced my water pump and thermostat, several hoses. Also did an oil change and brake fluid flush. Gave me a great price and did the job quickly. I knew going in, I need certain repairs done and Austin did a great job of informing me of what need to done immediately vs what could wait. Knowing I still need a few small things done, I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

This was my first visit to Accel Motorwerks but they came highly recommended and they lived up to the billing today. The customer service was exceptional and no pressure and fear tactics here like the others I have experienced including dealerships. I took my car in for a used car inspection that I had just bought and came away with a clean slate and even a recommendation that a warranty may not be worth investing in - the funny thing is I believe it completely when its coming from Austin and yes, even for a used BMW! In addition I went through with a state inspection and a brake fluid flush all at a very very reasonable price! I walked in and walked out completely satisfied and very pleased with Austins laid back and yet confident demeanor. Highly recommended for your BMW needs!

We took our 528i in for a repair. We had initially taken our car to BMW Plano when there was a problem with the battery maintaining a charge. The dealer wanted to charge us $183 to diagnose the problem. They quoted another $600 for labor and $80 for the part (a serpentine belt) to fix the problem.We thought that was outrageous and called ACCEL who quoted us $150 for the part and the labor. We had an awesome experience they got us in the day after we called. When I picked the car up they told me the repair didn’t take as long as they had anticipated so it would only cost $130 not $150! I couldn’t believe they were charging less than they quoted, I would not have known any different.I am so happy with their service! We won’t take our car anywhere else now!

I have been coming here for a few years. Always raved about them and recommended anyone I knew who owned a BMW to take it there. Fair prices. Flexibility on Saturdays if your workdays keep you unavailabile for an appointment. So, imagine the disappointment with my last visit. Have an older BMW that I wanted to take on a long trip, so requested full service. Price was almost $1000. Was not as competitive as they usually were but I chose to be loyal.Issues: Windshield washer fluid wasn’t replaced. Infact the washer cap was left open and I only found out when I opened the hood. Service light still came on afterwards. So uncertain if the actual services requested was performed. Fuse box left open as well. Many other nuances that made me regret the experience. Maybe it was a one off. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday evening and picked up on a Friday so was highly disappointed there was zero attention to detail. With what I paid, I would have been better off going to the dealership. At least I would have gotten a loaner.

I had a strange issue with my 2013 X5, and The dealership wanted to charge me a crazy diagnostic fee (Austin didnt charge to diagnose) even though they had an idea of what it was causing the problem. I contacted Austin Ensley the owner at Accel Motorwerks at the direction of a close friend. I was told that I could get the same service as I could at Classic BMW, but with a more personal touch. I was greeted by the owner at Accel Motorwerks and was surprised at how knowledgeable and detailed oriented Austin was. The brakes and oil change on my 2014 BMW 335i would have cost me nearly 900 dollars and change at the dealership, but I had the same work done with the same parts the dealership uses and it cost me hundreds cheaper. I dont usually write reviews, but this place deserves one. I have taken my Z4 here for almost a year now for its oil changes and such, and when I had a problem with my water pump. Every single time Ive been here, the workers are super helpful and are not at all pushy. They will tell me what the car needs, but wont push me into spending more like the majority of other repair shops do. Its especially nice because most of the time all I need is someone to diagnose a problem and I can investigate whether or not its a job I can do myself. Also, recently I took my car in there thinking it needed an oil change, but they kept records of when I was in there last and told me it wasnt due for another couple thousand miles. Every other repair shop wouldve just taken my money and did the oil change without question. They are truly honest and take the time to make sure their customers are satisfied, even going as far as texting me a few days later to make sure everything is good. I will continue to go there and I recommend them to everyone.

I have never left a review before. However, this place made me to. If you drive BMW, this is the place for you--hands down. I brought my car in the morning, and the repairs to my suspensions and alignment were done the same day. Austin (owner/mechanic) is the most honest, humble, and skillful guy who gives service second to none. He will not charge you for the things that does not need repair/replacement. He even did secondary check for my other parts. And since I live one minute away, he have me courtesy ride too. My friend recommended me here, I am fully satisfied. This is by far the best place if you have a BMW. Austin is honest, friendly, kind, down to earth, hard-working and i could go on and on and on. I was so frustrated with the mechanic i have and he kept charging me for the problem he couldnt even diagnose and asked me to sell my car and its of no use and told me that you would need to spend $1200 just to have the car in proper working condition. My e90 328i battery had died on me when I was leaving work and I happened to be very close by Accel Motorwerks (about half a mile). I felt a little bad for calling them less than an hour before they closed but I needed a new battery ASAP. I called them and I believe I spoke with Austin if I remember correctly. Without any hesitation, Austin willingly drove over to help jump start my car to drive to the repair shop and he picked up a new battery. I was out the door in less than 30 mins. I definitely will be coming back here for future repairs.

I drive past maybe 10 mechanic shops just to get to Accel. The reason being is because people like Austin care about your car, just as much as you do! You get better service at Accel than you would at the stealership. Hes my go to guy when theres anything wrong with my M3, even a small rattling sound from a loose screw. I just had the most amazing experience with this place! After having our windshield replaced, we had problems with the wiper blades and headlights. Two days ago, Austin, the owner, drove downtown to my job from Plano to personally assess the issues. Then he promptly ordered replacement parts, no questions asked. Today, he picked up the car from work, took it back to the shop in Plano, replaced the rain sensor and the seals around the glass, washed the car AND the engine bay, and delivered the car back to me a few hours later! Ridiculously PHENOMENAL customer service... Ill definitely go back to Accel Motorwerks and Id absolutely recommend it to any BMW owner. Thank you!

My 7 series brake indicator lights came up stating that i needed to replace my breaks. I took it to Accel to get fixed. Come to find out that I didnt need any brakes at all. (My brakes are still good for 2 yrs). What happened was I commute for over an hour each day, so the brake indicators came on prematurely. These guys couldve easily replaced my brakes without telling me that I really didnt need to get them done. They are extremely honest. Been taking my car here for years now and I have never been disappointed. If you want great service and honesty, drive past the dealership and head straight to these guys.

I had experience with another fancy BMW only shop in the area which was satisfactory, but I wanted to see what else DFW has to offer. Austin, the owner, is extremely visible. I went in for front thrust strut bushings and alignment. It turned out I need new front tie rods as well so all in all it was a more significant bill than I was expecting but it was a fair price. I made it back home, and all was well.A week or two later, I noticed the car pulling a bit to the right on the highway. Nothing major but enough to worry me. I called Austin and made an appointment to come back in and have the alignment examined once more. He was very kind and did a re-alignment and tire rotation free of charge while also putting to rest some of my concerns with the pulling right on the highway.I didnt know this, but BMW cars are designed to be set up a tiny fraction to the right so that if a driver is disabled at the wheel, the car does not drift into oncoming traffic (thats the idea anyway). He explained some other technical terms which I didnt altogether understand but made perfect sense. He was never once short with me. He took plenty of time to explain.Now, I have a 2008 BMW X5 4.8i with 150,000 miles that is in relatively lovely condition considering the cars litany of potential mechanical pitfalls.NOTE: Beware used BMW X5 8 cylinders. Take it to Accel Motorwerk before you buy it to have a thorough inspection. I wish I would have done this before buying my X5.-CL

I had an electrical problem with my BMW 325 that the dealership tried to troubleshoot many times. Accel Motorwerks located the problem in a short period of time and got me on the road again. After taking my car to the dealership and getting an outrageous quote I brought my car to Austin. Not only were his prices unbeatable, my car was finished when he said it would be done. Would def recommend his shop to anyone in the DFW metroplex.

I had a pre-buy inspection done here for a pre-owned BMW that I was considering buying. Dealers dont do pre-buy inspections (I am guessing they want you to buy their certified pre-owned instead), so I wanted someone who was used to looking at BMWs. Accel took the time to do a detailed inspection, and explain everything and show me everything they found. They also took the time to explain what to watch out for in the future on that particular model. The price was very reasonable and ended up saving me far more than it costs because I had some good information to negotiate a lower purchase price.
