I live close and love the value of family run and owned businesses so I decided to come here versus the Chrysler dealership for my oil change and tire rotation. The guys were super nice, told me pricing up front, and I got a mobile vehicle inspection report during the oil change free of charge so there were no hidden or unexpected fees. Will 10/10 be back and would recommend!

Ive done business with SavMor for 25+ years. I have always been satisfied with their service and until recently have felt that they offer competitive pricing. I was surprised to learn during my last oil change/general maintenance inspection that they now charge $22 for a tire rotation and $40 for labor to change out a cabin air filter. Little things like free tire rotations keeps people coming back to service their vehicle and a 5 minute task to change a cabin air filter doesnt justify a $40 labor charge.

I was turning 120K on my Ford F-150 and had several maintenance services due. They provided a thorough diagnostic, even noting several issues that the dealership had missed during a recent oil change, tire rotation, & inspection. I made an appointment, received a complete inspection report with list of suggested/required services, got an accurate estimate of cost for each, and a no-pressure opportunity to discuss what I wanted done now and what I would come back later for. Repairs were done quickly. Workmanship was great, and work/parts were warranted. Excellent overall experience!!!

Communication was excellent at every step. I never felt rushed. I never felt sold to. It was more like I was talking to one of my dads mechanic buddies who happens to be an expert on my car and is gonna try to help me out. The issues with my car and the repair/maintenance options were explained very well in terms I could understand. The job was done very well and in a very timely manner.

This place is incredible- from the customer service, the service in general, and how clean this place is. I’ve brought my car here several times now to be serviced, and I have never felt as if they are trying to sell me additional, unnecessary services. As a young, single woman it’s been challenging to find a trustworthy place that won’t try to rip me off. These guys are terrific! My AC went out last year and 2 different shops (both chains) told me I needed a new compressor. They didnt run any tests at all. Since I was laid off due to Covid, I couldnt afford the $1k + they quoted. I drove around in the Texas heat for a year, then heard about SavMore and took it to them. They evacuated the AC System, checked for leaks & recharged the system. Charged me less than 1/2 of what the other 2 dishonest shops quoted. I recommend them to everyone and ESPECIALLY women. There are so many dishonest shops operating & taking advantage of women. The service manager Trent was really friendly and kept me informed of what the mechanics were doing while I waited. I had planned to get a new used car but prices skyrocketed due to mfg shortages. T@hey checked everything I need to keep my car healthy. I can get this work done incrementally without breaking the bank & keep my Gen 1 Prius running for years. Thank you, Trent & SavMore for your honesty and great work!

This place is awesome! I took my car to firestone and they gave me an invoice of over 3 grand, and were very unprofessional. I came here and not only was the cost some 800$ cheaper, but they helped me get a better understanding of what was going on, and were very open and professional the entire time.

These guys are honest and always deliver a quick, reliable service. As a woman I have never felt pressured to get something serviced that isn’t actually necessary and they treat me with respect. I truly appreciate this service station.

I have lived in Plano since 05 an I wasted my time going to other auto shops I should’ve been going here the whole time. They work with you, they’re honest. Have great prices. I had my truck worked on by then over a time of 2/3 month an I will continue to take it back to them until the engine fall out it!

We needed a new windshield for one of our company vans. Sav-Mor was very competitive in pricing, but what I really liked was the professional way I was handled. They ordered the windshield and I got the very next day service. Easy drop off and pickup. Total follow up about the van being ready to go!! Cant get better service than that! By the way, this was one of several repairs they have made for my company and I was handled the same way each time!! Love it!

Fantastic experience cant speak highly enough of Brennan and the team at Sav-Mor they fitted me in when we desperately needed help having just got into town from Chicago they were completely honest and up front from the get go and managed to get the problem diagnosed and fixed in record time so we could carry on our journey and very reasonably priced too.

Hernan was great about telling me the things they found that needed to be addressed now and those things which could wait. I decided to go with all of the work as I agreed with his recommendations. The prices were much better than the Hyundai dealer, they provided a 3yr/36K mile warranty, and could get the work done immediately in less than 2 days. I will definitely use them again AND I would highly recommend this shop to friends and family. I was not paid or compensated for this review. I had lots of maintenance that needed to be completed and was glad to have found this shop. I trust them.

I searched for a local repair shop to assist with some steering issues. I found Sav-Mor online and scheduled an appt for the following day. I dropped my car off with Hernan, they shuttled me to work and kept me up to date on the status of their inspection, recommendations and pricing. I love the app function that lets you see what they are seeing. They were very kind, quick to call or answer as if my vehicle was the only one there - when in fact, they had lots of vehicles in line. I will use Sav-Mor again and highly recommend them!

Scott at Sav-Mor Automotive did a very nice job rebuilding the brakes and replacing the valve cover gaskets on my old Chevy Silverado. My truck was returned to me clean and undamaged.The service Sav-Mor provided was very good, but kind of expensive. You get what you pay for.

I LOVE SAV-MOR!!! I have been going to Sav-Mor for over 10+ years and they have been the kindest, most hard working auto shop in the DFW. If you are NOT a car person like me, they treat you with respect and with the understanding that not everyone is a mechanic!! I enjoy going there for not only my regular oil changes but for ANYTHING I may have trouble with my vehicle. Brenner and Herman get a special shout out for all their patience with someone like me who just fills up the gas and expects the car to go go go!! I and my daughters have used sav mor for years in the past. Thankfully my vehicle has not needed any repairs in the past 2 years until recently. Unfortunately they have increased their prices significantly, turn over time is much longer, and it has lost its home town family feel.

All-in-All this is a very good shop. While traveling I experienced a problem that they were able to address. They were thorough in the diagnostic. I would give them an even higher rating, if possible, were it not for one small issue. The grease deposited on my carpet will require some serious detail carpet cleaning effort. This is really no reason to ding them as that stuff happens.

I love these guys. They are personable, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They perform the work as dianoised in a timly and economical manner. I have been throughly satisfied with their work. The vehicle is running as well as, if not better than, when I drove it off the new car dealers lot 250,000 miles and 20 years ago.

I used these fellas and Ill use them again. They met my expectations. They are a first class group. Above and beyond professional. They identified the problems, took all the time I asked for to explain the issues, they showed the defective parts even before I authorized the work. They imploy a technic of using digital cameras to build a album of the issues which I was able to access online and see what the issues were. When I got the vehicle back it ran as good as the day I drove it off the dealers lot. I drove 3,000 miles within a day of picking up the vehicle and it tracked as straight as an arrow on the interstate the entire trip. I love this place!

Upon completion they provided information of completed services as well as additional services needed in the near future, including a breakdown on pricing of services and listed in order of importance. Fantastic Group. I am a relatively new customer at SAV-MOR. For the previous 25 years I used a competative fix-em up shop that recently changed ownership. With the change in ownership their attitude toward customers also changed. For the past year, I knew sooner or later I was going to have to find another automobile fix-em up shop. I dreaded the thought of having to start searching for a replacement shop. I made one call to a trusted friend to ask who he uses. His enthusiasm for SAV-MOR was so convencing that I took a chance in September 2020. I found a new home at SAV-MOR and my concern for a new automobile fix-em up shop exists no longer. Very honest and reliable shop! They were so kind and helpful. Tommy and his staff went above and beyond with their customer service when assisting me. Prices are very reasonable and they dont pressure you to get work done. Will definitely be using them for all my mechanical needs.

This is a great auto repair shop with good employees. Tommy the mgr is super honest and will go out of his way to fix your problem. They are very high on their diagnostics charge of $149 when others charge $50. Plus the diagnostic charge should go towards the cost of the repair. All in all, this is a good shop.

I recently purchased my car from a dealership a few months back and after having numerous issues, I decided to take it to Sav-Mor this time for a suspension system repair. I couldn’t have been happier with my decision. Brenner was my service advisor. He was very polite and did everything he could to work with me to make sure I could afford the repairs. He was very patient with me. He took his time answering all my questions and kept me updated daily. Raymond was the primary mechanic who worked on my car. He went above and beyond to ensure my car was safe to drive. He found a major safety issue that was entirely unrelated to the suspension system. It was only $20 to fix so I know they weren’t just trying to make money like other shops would do. They truly care about your safety and doing the right thing. When I got my car back, it drove better than it did before I took it into the Sav-Mor, which just confirmed I made the right decision to not take it back to the dealership this time. Brenner and Raymond really went above and beyond and truly deserve to be recognized for their outstanding attention to detail and honest hard work. My family has been coming here on and off for years and we will continue to. Thanks guys!!

Took my Highlander to the Sav-Mor guys on 14th St, Plano. They quickly determined that the service light (picture of a battery) on my dash was due to a faulty serpentine belt. The repair was performed quickly and at a fair price. (They even gave me a 15% discount because it was my first visit.)They will be my go to guys for all my auto repair needs in the future.

Took my vehicle several times to help resolve the same reason which was never resolved. Each time I got it back something else would go wrong and original problem is not still not resolved.

Highly Recommend Sav-Mor. They fixed my F-150 in half a day. Ford couldnt figure it out after having my truck for a week and these guys mastered this ABS sensor in no time. They also all have an excellent attitude to boot. This will be my shop moving forward and I will be spreading the word!

Excellent all around experience. This was our first experience with Sav-Mor and also the first mechanic experience we actually enjoyed. The staff is very friendly and extremely transparent throughout the entire process. We received regular updates and pictures via text and the cost of services was 50% of the quote we received from NTB for the exact same work (full brake job, CV axle replacement)

I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. Brenner and team are on top of their game. Prices are fair, employees friendly, high quality service. I went in to have my brake sensor fixed, they noticed my car was turning over slow so they charged my battery up, free of charge. They also provide honest advice and won’t advise a service unless they genuinely believe your vehicle needs it. 11/10!

Great people working here..The guys up front are always professional and friendly.I was working in Plano for a few months and needed a couple new tires and eventually a patch on one of the tires after picking up a nail on a trip.These guys took care of everything and got me back on the road.

I needed a state inspection for my 8 yr. old car. I did a search looking for a locally owned business (in the past Ive had issues with some of the national auto chains looking to add on extra services). They did the job quickly and I found them to be open, honest, dependable, flexible and convenient. What more could you want? I highly recommend them.

Very unprofessional. Do not use these guys. They damaged my car while working on it and refused to pay me the amount my auto dealer said it would take to get it fixed. They wanted me to take it to some small dinky body shop for repair, even though I have a custom paint color that needs a top quality paint facility to properly match the color. The manager Tommy was so unprofessional as to refuse to provide me with their insurance company so I could file with them instead of filing a claim with my insurance company so that I did not have to pay my own insurance company deductible, even though he admitted that they damaged my car.
