Iam a new patient. Seem to be very strict on timings. I was about 10 minutes late to my appointment. I was denied entry at the door. First time experiencing such an incident

The people here are great. Dr Factor was awesome. Asked lots of questions. Very thorough and never rushed the exam. They dont have a big enough selection of frames for my taste. But nonetheless theyre a great place. Ps. Not sure why google says they dont open till later. They open at 830am.

Dr. Lee is extremely thorough and attentive. She explained all options and procedures during my visit and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. In addition, I did not have to wait and was never rushed. She has a terrific personality and believe she truly loves her profession! Hands down, one of my best experiences with a doctor!

I have been going here last few years, when I needed to be seen almost two years ago they got me in and saved my eyesight. I was actively having a detached retina, found me a eye surgeon close and got it fixed losing no vision. They are great and know what they are doing. Highly recommended.

This is a great optometrist office. I have only seen Dr. Factor and he is kind, genuine, listens, and is honest. The staff are wonderful and helpful. They have an amazing selection of glasses, especially from small designers. They are not pushy at all on what to get and will give honest recommendations on what to get. I highly recommend this office for your eye care needs!!!

Been coming to this office since 2013! Wonderful service, well worth the hour drive to go see them exclusively. They follow through with everything. Wonderful customer service and show they really care about their clients. Only down fall is they dont take Mercy Care insurance so unfortunately my son cannot come here. Hours are short totally need more weekend hours.

I have very strong vision correction, and Dr. Lang gets me. Ive been coming here over five years now. Their opticians are wonderful also; particularly Bruce has been there many years and takes great care of my lenses and optical adjustments!

I haven’t had an eye exam in about 10 years, this was a easy experience for me. Staff is nice, clean office and Dr Factor was very informative. I will be coming back for future preventative eye exams, hopefully not another 10 years.

Dr. Ken Factor and Dr. Tami Lang are both outstanding Optometrists. I have been a patient at this office for at least 8 years. Recently Dr. Factor was able to meet me at his office, earlier than hed normally see patients, as I had an emergency situation with my eye. I was hoping to quickly catch a flight to attend a memorial for a family member but did not want to get on a plane until I had my eye issue diagnosed. He was able to diagnose my problem, write prescriptions and send me on my way with a great level of comfort. I made it to my flight with 5 minutes to spare! Ive been a patient of this practice for 20+ years. The staff have always been unfailingly cordial and helpful. The doctors are professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to questions. I wholeheartedly recommend the practice of Factor and Lang.

Granted I was 15min late for my appt. However there was not a single customer in the office for the entire time I was there. The front desk ladies were nice, but informed me that they could not fit me in. I have never been in a completely empty office and been refused an appointment. They said it was so that the next person would not be behind but there was literally no reason why they couldnt have fit me in as there were NO other customers. Bad business at this location and I do not not recommend.

This past week, I went back to Dr. Factor after being diagnosed with dry eye and am not able to wear contacts so will be switching to progressive lenses. This was a huge change for me but Bruce was so helpful and patient with me in selecting the right pair of frames and then giving me an excellent fitting that I feel confident that I will be able to get used to these new glasses quickly and easily. My entire family has been going here for years and, for the most part, weve never had issues until recently, except for cost. Even with VSP insurance, my two kids glasses were $800 out of pocket (they have mild prescriptions and we didnt go over the allowance on frames at all).Last week, I made appointments online, moved meetings around and took time off work to accommodate both appointments. I just happened to call to verify insurance the day of the appointments and found out my kids werent on the schedule. It seems the online calendars hadnt been updated in 5 days and availability was therefore incorrect when I went to book appointments. The man whom I was dealing with seemed completely unconcerned and was not apologetic at all - he also didnt seem surprised and said that kind of stuff happens. I spoke with the manager, who again could have cared less and wouldnt do anything to accommodate us even though they still had 1 slot open. It shouldnt be that hard to get one extra kid in for an eye exam if your office was at fault in the first place. Time to get a new optometrist.

I have been a patient there for a couple years now. I was having floaters and blurred vision, calledto be seen they fit me in and did the referral to retina specialist . I got in the same day and had the laser surgery. In saying that if I had waited any longer or delay in care I may have had a worse problem. Ian very thankful they took care of me and saved my vision.

Dr Lang is very friendly and patient. The office keeps up with the latest lens offerings, like the film that reduces fatigue when viewing monitors/screens all day for work.

I really liked Dr. Factor and I would go back again for the eye exam and prescription, but I would not have lenses or glasses made here again - shame I had my eye on a spare pair but not now.I have an expensive handmade set of rimless glasses, so just opted for new lenses.Strike One! - They said 2 weeks, but it took 3 and not one phone call. I actually ended up chasing.Strike Two! - When I put them on they were very cockeyed. The assistant kept saying dont look at the top look at the bottom you have one eye higher than the other - I can kind of accept that in some mild way, but not an 1/8th on an inch! They were clearly off! After three attempts, I eventually gave up and politely said OK and left.Strike Three! - Got home and yes they are crooked because the right lens has a side knick to prevent the arms from rotating in the lens and the right one is off - hence the right arm is rotated a little too low, pushing up the right side. I just decided to widen the knick and fix it myselfWont be going back for that other pair - will stick to my normal place who know what the heck they are doing with high end frames!

I wish I had a reason to go by more than once a year.Just picked up my new Varilux 4D glasses. WOW! I can see again, and in amazing detail.I had tried to convert to progressives in years back with the big box glass makers and always hated them and went back to bi-focals.These new 4D technology lenses are unbelievable! Seriously I have never seen so clear in the past 3 years. Minimal blur at most all angles, and I can see my entire cell phone and read the text without having to move it or my head.Thanks to Michael and Bruce for giving the the straight scoop on the technology and assuring me if I didnt like it they would correct it, or put me back in bi-focals.Hands Down the BEST optical folks I have ever dealt with.Thanks Dr. Factor, Dr. Lang, Michael, Bruce, and the rest of the team.UPDATE: Ive been wearing my Varilux 4D lenses full time for a week now and I LOVE THEM. Older progressive technology was impossible for me to use. These are remarkable.Update: 5/2018Just updated my glasses. Varilux 4D+ lenses are amazing. As always my annual was pleasant, personal, and thourough. I cant say enough good things about these folks. I pop in regularly throughout the year for free adjustments and ultrasonic cleaning.
