Thanks lenscrafters! Chris was great! Got us in and out n even tightened up my frames for me! Love LCs!!
Everyone was very nice! Perfectly satisfied with my experience with an eye exam and purchasing new glasses.
I have never been to Lens Crafters before. This location is my first experience. The location made me very comfortable because they are following CDC guidelines and are also on top of sanitizing. Everyone i came in contact with was very friendly. I felt very comfortable picking out my frames for my daughter and i. And someone was always there to help if i had a question. Getting my frames fitted was an easy process and i really felt that the frames were made for me . I havent experienced such a great service in any other vision center before. My husband loved the service so much, he booked an appointment here too. I am not going to lie, i did feel a little discouraged after reading the reviews, but i still decided to come here. So i definetly recommend this location. I cant speak for any other Lens Crafters but this one gets a 5 star in my book.
They have a great selection of frames. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do a pretty decent job. Better than I could do, thats for sure. But that mall they are in is like deadsville, man.
If I could give this LensCrafters location a negative star, I absolutely would. Ive been going to LensCrafters for years but since the one @ Metro center closed, I relocated to this one. My appointment experience was great. The Dr. is very professional and friendly and the sales rep who helped my boyfriend and I find our glasses was helpful. However, once we purchased our lenses, frames and shades (dropped a decent amount of money) the rapport turned cold. We were advised because of the pandemic, it would take longer to receive our glasses (14 days) and we understood. We ordered 4 pairs total. A week after our appointment, I got a text saying Your glasses are ready! (exciting). My boyfriend and I went to pick up our glasses but it was only 1 of our 4 pairs. It was a bummer but we continued to wait patiently. I got a second text a week later saying the same thing but we were going to wait until our other 2 pairs came in to save us a trip.Anyways, we are going on 3 weeks from us getting our remaining pairs of glasses. One day before a trip we are taking, I call LensCrafters to simply get an update on our glasses. I called 9/16/2020 @ 12:32pm. I tell the rep who picked up my call that I was calling to check the status of some glasses my boyfriend and I ordered a few weeks ago. Her response was that I will get a text when they’re ready. I said I understand this but it’s been 3 weeks. She asked me if I got a text. I said yes, previously for my first pair but I’m waiting on 3 more. It was like pulling teeth with this person. Her tone was extremely rude and condescending. She really belittled me. The rep then asked me if I just called which I did not. I had to ask her frankly “Are you able to tell me if my glasses are in or not”. Continued to give her our information and she was able to tell me they were in. FINALLY.It’s all rainbows and butterflies when your spending money on their glasses but after, the staff could care less about customer service. I will not being returning to LensCrafters. Clearly they do not value my business. I prefer to leave this in my past so please LensCrafters do not reach out. It will add more insult to injury and a further disservice. I want nothing to do with this establishment.
I was scheduled for the first exam this morning, but learned upon my arrival that LensCrafters schedules 2 appointments at the same time, with the same Dr. This is unacceptable. I was told the other patient would need at least 20 minutes with the Dr, maybe longer. And I was just supposed to sit and wait????? No- I walked out. This is a terrible way to treat customers/ patients, and during Covid, it’s shameful.
Went to this location with a prescription from another doctor. Picked a frame that was 100% covered by my insurance and paid for the lenses. Came back today to pick up my glasses, and the lenses were definitely not right. After a lot of back and forth between the salesperson and the manager (who kept staying in a back room) I finally asked to just get the frame, and said I would go to my doctor for the lenses. The manager finally stopped hiding in order to process the refund, and insisted that I owed $69 on the frame, even though the previous week I was told my insurance covered the cost at 100%! And then he kept telling me in a very condescending tone that he couldnt use my annual insurance benefit because I had already used it. Well, duh!!!! I ended up asking for a full refund and leaving without a frame, wasting a good 90 minutes of my life at this store between my 2 trips. Never going back.
Not happy that it is taking two months to get glasses and I still don’t have them yet
I was a little hesitant about scheduling an appointment after reading the reviews but I scheduled one anyway via the online process.I arrived on time for the appointment. The staff greeted me and everyone was friendly. I dislike waiting so it was nice to get in and out in under 30 minutes for my contacts exam.Dr. Marianne was friendly and nice as well. She didnt rush the appointment and all of my questions were answered.Overall, I would return if Im still in the area next year.
On my paperwork I was supposed to have a contacts exam. They didn’t do it nor charge me for it. When I went back to ask them to do it they say they have to do eyes exam and a contacts. I asked sense the prescription for glasses was already given if I could skip it. They said no that I would have to go through the whole process again. I told them all I wanted was contacts. On their own paperwork it said I was supposed to be fitted for contacts. Guess they don’t read people’s paperwork. I also asked if they would waive the eye exam they again do no. Then blamed it on me for waiting so long. Would highly recommend you don’t go to this location or visit with a dr MARIANNE RIPTON. Plus my grandma said she knew her when she worked for Walmart vision and she’s very rude to new people. Not cool at all. Never doing business with them again and telling everybody this story. We shouldn’t have to pay for something twice. All it is is a way to make money because their office is in a mall and the malls are dying because of amazon and Walmart. But I refuse to pay $120.00 because of a mistake they made and five me to pay for.
Dr. Ripton and her associates Angela and Juan was extremely friendly and professional. I will be going back next year.
Absolutely AMAZING and extremely helpful. Stephany was great, the Dr Marianne. And full staff was tremendous!! I drove over a half hour to get here. For good reasons 👓💜
Lost my glasses on vacation, called the store and they expedited a new pair for me to the state that I was vacationing in. Thanks
Excellent customer service
