I was a walk in client. They were friendly, competent and helpful. I was treated with respect and care and never felt pressured into getting expensive treatment. I would recommend this business!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are being very safe during these trying times. They have a nice selection of frames. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and has many good recommendations for hygiene. My contacts are so much more comfortable after doing his cleansing and eyewash regimen. I would have given them 5 stars but the only thing I dont like is being routed to a central call number and not directly to the office.

DO NOT GO HERE. Took my money, never called me to pick up order, when I called MICHAEL (5 months later) he said I picked it up. When I told him I did not, he called me a liar then said oh wait your chart says one dropped, reorder then he said vials are empty all while telling me I am a liar and whatever he is coming up with on his side is true. Then proceeded to say he would reorder after I told him to refund me, prescription was already invalid. He ended with, “I reordered” and find it hard to believe that my notes are incorrect. I can not believe what I am experiencing, long time customer, can’t get through to the Dr. to tell him this guy is ruining his business.

Ive always been very happy with their customer care. Linda is very sweet and Dr. Stern is knowledge and helpful. Been going every year for 3 years & they always help quickly, fix any issues and are attentive to details.

The tech at the beginning who does the initial eye exams and photos found out I go to NAU. And so he told me I looked like I would be the type of girl to dance on his bar he used to own by NAU. I told him no. And he kept asking about it pushing me to say yes I would be. It was very weird and I was uncomfortable.Then after all this, it took them over 2 months to get me my contacts. Every time I would call there was so much confusion on where my contacts were. I have never been to an eye place that was so confused about everything. I won’t return.

So far i have an approval through the VA and this place is clueless with what’s going on

I had a wonderful experience at Better Vision this morning. Everyone was very courteous and professional, and my appointment was conducted in a reasonable amount of time. The office and storefront areas were tidy and clean, and the check-out process with my insurance was smooth.

I have been trying for almost two months to receive my prescription sunglasses with no success (I ordered two pair on June 04, one clear, the other sunglasses). A month ago I received a $400 credit out of a total $850 bill as well as assurances that I will shortly receive the sunglasses. As of July 24, nothing is happening and I doubt I will see the sunglasses.Update: August 11. I received my sunglasses and they are great. I am changing my review from one star to five stars because of the outstanding job that Katrina has done. While it was a long time coming, I felt like she was on my side and made the difference. Thank you.

I had the best experience with Dr. Stern, his office staff was so professional. I got the best service and care I was able to get great contacts and glasses my vision is so much better now.

Aside from not being able to see the doctor face-to-face (I get it, COVID times are here), my visit was great. My time wasnt wasted, the staff were uniformly efficient and pleasant, and all my questions were answered.

Dr Stern got me in immediately when I scratch my eye. I was in a lot of pain and I was able to see him within a few hours. Everyone was so nice.

Update: with in an hr of making my post, I was contacted by the office manager. She wanted to know why and what was going on. I explained everything that was going on. She stated she had been out of the office and was sorry. With in 4 weeks of this original post, my warranty work had been taken care of. I thanked her for correcting the issue but also expressed my frustration in how this should have never happened.If I void give this company less than a 1 star review I would. Iv given this company and its employees several chances. I know I have less than desirable insurance thru the city of Phoenix, but this company had horrible customer service. I am the one who has had to constantly follow up to make sure things were done/ ordered. Iv been waiting 6weeks now on warranty issues. Iv checked back at least 3 times, each time to find out that nothing had been followed thru on. I shouldnt have to stay on them like a 5 yrs old child to make sure they are doing what they said they would do.Buyers be ware

Had a great experience today with the Bettner Vision team, Dr. Yates is a good provider and very thorough. The staff from front to back were cheerful, professional and easy to work with.

I was very pleased with my experience at Bettner Vision. They took the time to explain my eyeglasses and available coatings for uv protection and glare reduction. They use the latest technologies to make exact measurements and ensure i received the best fit and perscription.
