I was at the SERVICE department to get my 2017, inspected. Everyone was doing social distancing,. I was greeted at the time of my appt. The staff there was very knowledgeable about my car, they also answered all of my concerns about my car that I had. I also would like to add that the waiting room, was very clean, and also set up very nice for social distance. I give them a 5 star review. I look forward to going back for my car needs.

I was told I needed two batteries replaced and two filters replaced which was fine. I explained to the representative that I just purchased my car battery less than 5 months ago so after it is replaced please keep it because I wanted to return it to Auto Zone. The rep did not keep the battery as I requested. When I came to pick up my car he told me he forgot to keep the battery and tried to make me pay and than told me he will call me if they can find the battery. He did this all while having an attitude about my request for the battery. I asked him to speak with a Manager and he resolved the issue by discounting the battery. Not to mention my car was at the dealership for 8 days for minor issues with little communication about when it would be repaired. This was the worst experience I ever had.

I’m very upset! I brought my car in to be looked at because it would stall before starting. After waiting patiently for 3 hours I was told it was $700 because I needed 2 new battery wires and they had to be soldered off because there was bad corrosion on it. I was also told I needed a new battery. I took my car out, went home and my boyfriend looked at my car. He poured baking soda and water on the corrosion and it came right off! My battery life is 14.7 which is almost like a new battery meaning it was still good! The fact that I was about to pay all this money for my car to be fixed is sickening. I understand covid is here and everything is more expensive but $700 for this is sad. The guy at the front with the twist was very nice.

During the pandemic I have been to Hessert several times. Its actually nice to escape the madness in the world. Everyone is so helpful and very professional! I look forward to buying my next vehicle there because of the wonderful service!

Promoted Repossession as a good idea.My father went in there to trade in his vehicle. Sales rep was great at first and had him drive home the vehicle he was interested in buying that night.Except they werent able to do the normal trade in for one vehicle. Due to the amount still owed on it they were unable to even touch it. Not the dealerships fault due to depreciation and use on the vehicle it makes sense.Their recommendation was for him to just buy the second car, and stop making payments on his current vehicle. Eventually it would be repossessed and You know, youre credit will take a hit but its not to big of deal.Leaving the issue of legality of this completely behind, how they are morally and ethically able to offer this as sound vehicle purchasing advice is beyond me. We actually purchased the vehicle from Gordons two years ago, and even though I didnt have a chance to shop the deal prior the transaction went smoothly for my father.I dont know is being taught to Sales Representatives and management at Gordon Chevrolet, but recommending people to allow vehicles to be repossessed It is an atrocity. If the these employees are licensed financial advisers it has now become my mission to have their licenses revoked. If they are not licensed financial advisers it has now become my mission to make sure advice like this can never be given out again.

Cashier questioned me about reading the documents I had to sign. She informed me that I don’t need to read them, just sign them and take my packet. She scoffed and her attitude was very rude. Didn’t provide the image I would want for my wife or family to do business with.

I purchased a 2016 Chevey Equinox, and I must say I love it. And the dealers and the young lady who sold me the car was amazing. I never in my life been so relaxed buying a car. So I seen this place on the news last night and they said that they will help you no matter what is going on I did the credit application​ last night and I called the next day and they was like oh okay well my manager looked at your application and told me to tell you that we can help you and I was like okay well cool than I went up there and it was a whole different story they lied to be from the door the guy Mr Gordon let me down and I wont be doing back but the lady I was speaking with is so sweet and nice thats the only person I will trust and listen to she kept it real with me from the time I came in the door but I really hate how the person I spoke with over the phone twice told me I was gonna get helped and than come to find out I need a co signer plus they wont pay off my car loan I have now but when this place was on the news said oh yea we will pay off your car and get you into something else dont trust it smh bad business

I went to that dealership last month because they had some gift promotion going on. I was a potential winner of an HD television, but unfortunately didnt win any. The sales guy, Muhammad Abbas, who attended me was very nice and explained the entire matching number policy in very professional manner. I really liked it because normally sales person do not spend their time and energy in explaining fine print that we mostly dont know. But, he was very nice and gentle and I came back home with a smart watch that I gave to my 4 years old.

My Chevy Cobalt had a recall on its ignition switch. I could not get my car shut off I brought it in to them and dealt with an Aaron in the service dept. They told me to come back and drop it off (I had some errands to run) that same night they called me and said your car is ready Great service!!!! there was another worker there who was incredibly helpful but I forget his name. Ive purchased my vehicle here and I know family members whom have done the same. All of the staff members are cheerful and helpful. But keep in mind, there job is to sell you a car. The service department is also friendly and helpful.

If you go here have like 15 to 20 percent to throw down or have decent credit and still need to throw down something. The customer service is good and they one guy is there to help you get a loan while also helping others. So make sure you have time and eat before you go. I am so sad to say this but this will be my last year purchasing a vehicle from A Chevrolet dealership due to the poor service provided by Hesert Chevrolet in Philadelphia. All the vehicles I have had in the past 7 years have been Chevrolet vehicles purchased from a Chevrolet dealership. Never have I had an issue until I had service done to my car at Hesert Chevrolet. On 1/20/202 I took my vehicle to get serviced due to my check engine light being on. They told me my car needed Throttle Body service and it would be fine. I paid for the service and two days I had to go back because my car was slowing down in the middle of the road while I was driving in the city. This time they said it was the accelerator brake and it would be fine. Two days later my check engine light is back on again(Friday 1/24/2020). This time they did not have an appointment and said I could come in on monday 1/27/2020. On monday after doing testing they said I needed an oil change. I left the service center at around 8:30 and at 10:30 my engine light was back on again. So at 2:30pm I went back after working to bring my car back. They told me I had to bring the car back because their Director Mark was not their to approve a rental. I brought the car back on 1/29/2020 when the manager was available and I did not get my car back until today 1/31/2020. Now after receiving my car back my car had a dent and several scratches. I told the representative I would not leave the parking lot until someone addresses the dents and scratches. Well fortunately the Director Mark, GM, and owner Tom Hesert was there. They were outside looking as I walked outside with Mark the Director. The GM and Tom did not introduce themselves only proceeded to circle my car and say that they did not do it. I asked them to check their cameras and they refused because it was too much work to check the footage. They even said it is not their responsibility if the car was on the lot and someone opened the door and hit my car. They all proceeded to walk away and said we are done here. They said you signed the papers so we no longer have to deal with it. Even though I explained that I did not sign any papers. I had never experienced a situation such as this. The way they spoke to me as a paying customer was unbelievable. I spent over a week back and forth to the dealership and to receive my car back in a condition that I did not leave it is unacceptable. Three men that are in a leadership position belittling a customer and making me feel persecuted for simply wanting my vehicle back in the condition that I left it is unsettling. I am saddened that this is the place that I trusted to do my repairs on my vehicle. GM financial should be ashamed that this is a dealership they conduct business with.

Once again, a visit to Gordon Chevrolet has a calming resolution. As we have grown accustomed to, we ask to speak to the technician who we requested and sure enough Tech Joe showed up to answer our questions and calm all our concerns! His knowledge and sense of humor goes a long way in soothing any concerns we may have. He even helped another customer who was pretty upset with her own car problem while we were all speaking together in the customer lounge. That he was able smooth over her concerns as well, was impressive. Thank you JOE! And thanks to Gordon for having JOE available for us customers!

This is a horrible place to buy a vehicle from I purchased a vehicle back in 2016 and the sales rep told me that the vehicle will be $14,000 for a 2012 Chevy equinox and once the bank approve me they will go ahead and do the paperwork, didn’t know what I was signing in a rush to get a vehicle they ended up taking $21,683 from my bank and now I’m stuck with a huge payment amount a month and they do not want to trade in the vehicle and they do not want to help me at all they are a bunch of thieves before signing any paperwork make sure you read the price because word-of-mouth is not nothing to them!!!!! Very disappointed

They are honest and quick! They made me aware of a recall on my car and were very apt to fixing the issues! I had a fantastic experience!
