I visited last Friday at 12pm and was advised to make an appointment three days in advance if I wanted an oil change. I did make an appointment this week for 12pm today and dropped my truck off at 12:15pm. I asked them to please have it ready for pickup by 3pm and they told me they would do their best; when I went to inquire about the estimated time it would be done - at 3:20pm - they told me it was not in the shop yet for service. I feel like its not unreasonable to expect an oil change to be complete in less than 3 hours. I will not likely return for service.
The service was fast, professional and my car is running great. My Service rep Austin was wonder! I thought that I lost my wallet and had gone all the way home for it. I tore my house up look and still didn’t find it. I received a text from Austin saying that he saw it on the driver side floor. When I got there, it was exactly where I had left it and everything was intact. I also explained that my son is in college for Automotive Engineering and needed to do some kind of survey for school with someone in the field, Austin agreed to help answer the questions for my son. He went above and beyond and that type of service is rare in this day and age!! I recommend you take your car to this Toyota for service, every time. I sure will!!

Central City Toyota services dept really cares about their customers happiness and satisfaction. I submitted a negative/neutral review today about one of my cars wheel covers got some small scratches after recent service works, their service rep (Brian) called me right away within a few minutes and told me that he will order a new replacement wheel cover. Wow...Im totally shocked at the amazing fast and courteous response and his willingness to make me a happy customer. I did not expect that. Additionally, what I failed to mention was that after the wheel alignment and balancing service, the slight vibrations at high speed was dramatically reduced. My car was rear ended a few months after purchase and the original collision place (another dealer) could not diagnose this vibration issue after I took it back. I would like to thank Brian again for his help and amazing service.

Bought a certified pre owned vehicle from center city Toyota in 2019. Very low mileage clean car. For two years I’ve had the Toyota service center servicing my vehicle. I’ve only put 6,000 miles on this car very well maintained so i thought. I found out in my recent annual inspection/oil change that the entire sub assembly is rusted out and on the verge of catastrophic failure. This is a very old problem for this vehicle that i was never made aware of and as a result have been driving around in a very unsafe vehicle with my family for the past 6,000 miles/ 2 years. Very disappointed will never do business with this establishment again I suggest not relying on their service or sales center for information as the are less than honest.

Took my first car here for its first inspection after buying a 2009 Prius. The car was safely on our block for 4 months as I was waiting for the license plate to arrive before I could get it inspected.I chose this place because its a dealer and I thought they could be trusted. After the car passed inspection the rep tried to sell me on a $250 catalytic converter plate and install. Our friend is a mechanic and said hed install the plate I already have for free as its just a few bolts. The rep lectured me on how serious it is to get this plate and how much a thief gets each time they steal a cat converter and that the process only takes 7 minutes, which I understood. I opted to wait for my mechanic friend as our block is safe but 3 days later our catalytic converter was stolen. The complimentary shuttle service to your house while the car is being worked on seemed so generous. They knew the exact location of a car without the protective plate. Coincidence? Maybe
I dropped my car off at 9:55am, I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30am. I wanted my brakes checked and a tire sensor checked. I was informed that it would be a little wait because they were busy and I was okay with that. The time is currently 1:11pm and I have yet hear anything about my vehicle! I trying to keep my cool because I’m ready to snap! I mean be considerate enough to come in and let me know of the progress. I usually don’t have any issues with this location, it’s always smooth service but today was totally different. I won’t be returning.
I have passed this location many times and never imagined I would be purchasing my “like new” vehicle here. Nonetheless—being a believer that God is in control and more importantly He knows what’s best for me I “ended up” here. My first experience with Central City Toyota was less than spectacular. I scheduled my Prius for routine maintenance via their concierge service. The morning they were supposed to pick up my car they never showed. When I called they apologized and said they would send a driver out. The driver arrived at the new scheduled time, only to the wrong address.Navigating the labyrinth of their automated phone system is far from a smooth, professional customer interface.Next they attempted to send me an automated link so I could pay for their services, after several attempts the link did not work, either via text message or email.Im aware these annoyances may seem trivial, but when I pay top dollar for a bonafide Toyota Service I expect things to run a lot smoother. Hopefully the work that was performed isnt equally to their customer service, time will tell.
Worst experience this time. They don’t know how to diagnose a honda car. They charged me for the inspection. The inspection failed. They told me they will diagnose and repair. They could not do that. So if they cannot do that, should not they return me my inspection money? Ridiculous service.

Maurice was amazing! It was my first car and he was so patient! He worked with me; gave 120%! They close at 7:00pm and there were issues getting insurance because I’m so young but he literally worked until 6:53pm searching and searching for lower rates until he found one, signed my papers at 6:58pm... was out with my new Toyota Camry HYBRID by closing !!! 10/10 recommend! David Ragland is a wonderful person. He assisted with details. When I had flat tire, he told me that my tires are in warranty, which impressed me. When the customer didnt know about that, he could still advise in the interest of the customer. I appreciate that. When I had to change the brakes for inspection, he talked to the manager to lower the quoted price down so I dont have to switch to another garage, which is great. He also arranged the shuttle service for me. He always go the extra mile for customers. He casts my vote for employee of the month! I like Toyota make and David makes me loyal to Toyota Central City rather than going to another garage in the future
It was the quickest and easiest checkin ever. I pulled into the service checkin area and was immediately greeted by a personable service advisor who handled things very efficiently. I asked to be dropped off at my home, and within minutes a friendly and helpful gentleman met me in the waiting area to give me a ride. I was very impressed and felt well taken care of. I love this Toyota dealership!

So let me first start of and say when you stick with Toyota they will stick by you and have your best interest at heart in any decision you make when it comes to purchasing and servicing your vehicle with them. Someone damage my old vehicle to the point i needed to get a new one and Ted and Roy made it possible for me. Ted was caring and helpful and made a way for me to walk out the dealer extremely satisfied. He went above and beyond and with that i must say is what we call excellent customer service. Roy stayed later than his time to assist me and make sure that i was fine and gave me beneficial advice before making a decision that could potentially affect me in the future and i am extremely grateful for that. I just want to say thank you Ted and Roy. Y’all truly made my night with all y’all help and even when it was time for y’all to go home. Toyota y’all truly have great employees on your team.

This is a shady business!!! If i could leave 0 stars i would, this was the worst buying experience of my life, and i will absolutely NEVER buy anything from them, and i will never recommend anyone, most employees are impatient, and do not know how to de-escalate any situation when a customer is not pleased with the service, and instead they just treat you badly and escalate the situation and act in a very unprofessional manner. Although, there is two people that did stand out and i cannot speak bad about them, Jamie Haberle the General Manager and a service technician who was Puerto Rican, that actually tried to help me in my situation, they did everything in their power to help me out in my situation and solve my problems and for that i respect them and i am very grateful. But as of everyone else I interacted with, it was a completely horrible experience, and im very happy i got rid of the car they sold me. It was so frustrating and unnecessary that i had to completely escalate my problems to CORPORATE TOYOTA in order to get my problems taken care of. Worst dealership experience.

Maurice was a pleasure to deal with. I appreciated that he had the car ready to go when we arrived. I hate going to car dealers, so the fact that he cut out a lot of the painful waiting was great. And he generally had us out of there pretty quickly once we committed to buy.
I bought a car from the 48th & Chestnut St. dealership in late August. I had to bring it back 2 weeks later because the windshield was not sealed. They lied and said it was fixed. So it rained and the water drenched my car. So I brought back again in April after it was fixed. They told me I would get a free Detail. So, I brought it back again to get it detailed. I got here at 7:30 (when they opened). Its now 10:30 and I still havent been taken care of. I will NEVER purchase a car from this dealership ...EVER AGAIN!
I went to get an oil change (Groupon Coupon). I was informed that I needed new tires in the front and that my front right tire was slashed. I drove into the service area and had been driving on this tire back and forth to Blue Bell for a couple of weeks with no indication that I even had an air pressure issue. I was informed that I could get two front tires for about $334.00.I let them know at this time I could not afford new tires.I left my car. I missed two calls from their representative. I picked up my car and could not even get home because my tire went flat. When I called the next morning to voice my concerns and to let them know there was no problem with the tire when I arrived there I was told we called you twice. There was no problem with my tire when I arrived at Central City Toyota.I drove my car to Stans Tires and the only think wrong with the tire was a nail in it. I am attaching a picture.I am so disappointed in how I was treated. I feel as if they were trying to take advantage of me first as a woman and secondly as a senior citizen.

I typically took my car to the Langhorne location, as it was closer to where I used to work. This was my first time at Central City Toyota and I have to say, the service was MUCH better. Langhorne is HUGE, and as a result, the personal nature of the service gets lost and there are often many small errors or misunderstandings that add up to much frustration. Not so, here! At Central City, every single person made an effort to talk to me, call me by name, communicate effectively and promptly, and assure I had the best service. I am very grateful for the experience I had here!

I would like to thank Mr. Brian Mcdaid and the general manager Jammie for making sure I have a quality service done on my 2006 Toyota Sienna. It was my first experience having my car break down and having a expensive job done after only having this used car less than a month . The communication was touch and go through the process but Mr. Brian handled my situation well and made sure my issues were fixed with great urgency and pricing was reasonable for me to handle. I will definitely come back to have service done again in the near future .

Buyer Beware!Went in for a simple oil change, with a coupon.I was told they were not busy so it should be quick, which was good news.Nevertheless, ended up waiting 3 whole hours, which was frustrating enough.The worst part was the final bill, which was nearly 20% higher than expected.They tried to dismiss the difference, by saying it was the taxes (taxes are only 8%).After complaining multiple times, and showing them the coupon on their own website, they said those were not their prices, but they did adjust my bill. Nevertheless, they still overcharged me by about 8%.At that point I was tired of the BS, and late for my evening plans, so I just overpaid the extra 8% and left.

Everyone was wearing a mask and keeping six feet distance and there were plexiglass shields and hand sanitizer at the service desks.

Service was excellent. I had to bring my car in for maintenance that was overdue. Even though it was clearly a busy morning as cars were already filling up the garage early in the AM, an associate came by to check me in within minutes. I also wanted to especially thank David Ragland. He was forthright in telling me what issues my car had, and what repairs and maintenance would be optimal. When I could not afford fixing all the things wrong with my car, he was able to give excellent advice in helping me to choose which issues to fix now and which could safely wait a bit later. I felt like he was advising me as if he were in my shoes, or if I were a family member of his. My family and I have had consistently excellent interactions with him before as well, and we trust him. I bought a used car from here about 8 months ago and the manager upsold me on an all inclusive warranty for my camry stating that everything will be covered for 2 years bumber to bumper. My cars rotors went in those 8 months and he said it would be covered. When I went to pick it up on 01-04-2020, they gave me a bill for $690 for rotors and brakes.He said the warranty doesnt cover those parts even though he said it would be so when I purchased the car.These guys from the manager down to the sales associates are liars and thieves. Do not let them upsell you on their useless bumper to bumper warranty.
I took my 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid to Central City Toyota for an oil change, new windshield wipers, and air filter change. Left detailed requests and instructions. My requests and instructions were followed. Mechanics did a great job. I checked and confirmed that the services requested were indeed completed. Brian Mcdaid was very professional and attentive to detail by maintaining me informed and providing updates. Very simple, I respected the staff and they respected me. I paid for quality service and received quality service.

Car was throwing a specific code that was specific to a recall on water pumps on my 07 Toyota replaced (for free) on air pump on prius’ from 07-09 up until 2015?..I told Toyota this was the problem and They ignored me and said it was a censor..they replaced that for $600+. Car broke down few hours after getting it. Turns out *gasp* it WAS the water pump..they replaced it for “free” but I still feel like I was cheated out of my Money. DO.NOT.GO.TO.DEALERS. Or Midas they charge triple for nothing. Shop around and Be aware before full going to any mechanic so that matter.. research your cars recalls and whatever specific codes. there are plenty of information on YouTube take advantage of it. just because they are at the “dealership”does NOT mean they’re NOT mediocre. Research. shop around.

Definitely will not be bringing my vehicle back there once I get it back. It’s been almost two months since I towed my vehicle there to get a engine put in and still haven’t received my vehicle back. Every time i turn around and call for a update it’s always something. Archie Gibbs is a excellent employee but horrible maintenance service and takes forever to fix one thing.

The pleasant atmosphere at this dealership is both refreshing and relaxing. They treat you as a person and not just a number. In this technological age we live in the personal touch is often removed. But not here. I always have a pleasant experience when I come . They truly take customer service to heart. I want to give a shout out to Brian. Hello guys i had many times bad experience with service team, and sales team they dont care their customer and they were so rude whole time and they dont want to improve their customer service with customer communication they gave me hard time i afraid to ask something about my car about my, license plate and registration, i know one of sale manager name its name is Ted Daddario from Sales, he is rude he always been over reacted to me and to my friends this is disrespectful behave .also he doesnt know how to talk properly with his customer and with people.Additionaly from service JOSHUA SHEPPARD he was so rude, unrespectful to me and to my friends i remember everything I didnt forget whole time i wish they can improve their service

I was up all Friday night scrolling through different vehicles and came across 2 that I really liked. I submitted an inquiry and Kelsey called me first thing Saturday morning. She was extremely sweet and professional we set up an appointment to meet that morning. When I arrived I was set up with William he was super helpful, professional and informative. He gave me an educational review on what to look for when searching for a new vehicle, what was the best choice and how trading in a vehicle works. He also shared that he, too owned a Toyota, which made me feel all the more secure. What better way to trust a product than to have the employees own one themselves. I was really impressed and at this point sold! The process was very fast! As some of you may know purchasing a vehicle can suck up most of your day, but the everything took only about 3-4 hours. I test drove about three cars before making my decision. They even helped me look for cheaper quotes for insurance. It is safe to say that whenever the time occurs again to search for a new vehicle or even receive Matenience with my new warranty, I will certainly be back!

Great place but they’re so under rated. People in here are great in what they’re doing. Bob is the guy. He knows his staff. I can always count on this guys. Archie and Uncle Frank is also great. Make every bit of my service visit smooth. Left my Lexus at them for an inspection and it was does on time as they promised.
After today my experience with Toyota has been completely changed. Thank you so much for reaching out to me and making my trip into the dealership wonderful. Special thanks to Will, Ted and the young lady who helped with the paperwork at the end.
The staff always treats me well and is very attentive to my concerns. The work is done well and within the time framework that was predicted. Many of the staff have worked there for a long time, providing continuity for long-time customers. I always feel that the prices are fair and honest, and they dont do extra work without asking first. I have never had cause for complaint when I bring in my car for service.
I rate 5 stars because Joshua the service advisor is amazing. I know absolutely nothing about cars, Joshua takes his time to explain everything and answer all of my “not so smart” questions. He has a customer in me for life!
I just bought the RAV4 2018. It was one of best experiences throughout my life. The sales man William was very helpful, honest, humble. The manager helped me out with finance regardless my credit score. He really was very nice person I loved him. Beside this the place very convenient and comfortable. Everyone is optimistic there.
GROUPON PURCHASES BEWARE!!My first time in here. I booked an appointment to drop off for oil change before 2 weeks. I got a Groupon coupon and while booking my appointment, I informed this to some lady over the call. She asked me about my car, make and model and said that my car needs a synthetic oil change and I purchased for a regular one. It could cost me $20 extra. I said OKAY and booked it.Finally, after 2 weeks, I went to drop off my car and there was a man at the service center who said they cannot take my mini cooper inn. I was requesting why and trying to tell that I waited for the appointment and got confirmed that my coupon would work. he may be in his 60s age. He was replying back rudely saying It needs eyes coz it is clear underneath the coupon that we accept for toyota and nissan only. I may not have eyes but my ears are not deaf. I confirmed after talking to the lady. I was ready to pay $100 for my oil change coz its already over the mileage and am desperate. I asked him if I can come around 5.30 - 6pm to pick my car. He was again rudely saying that Our gates will close at 6 why cant he be little nicer??? What did I do to him?This is kinda weird. Spending my money and getting rude answers in return. I will never ever visit this place.overall satisfied but it would be nice if they inform me to change my filter. I go for firestone usually and they will call me before taking any action with my car.
The check-in process is quick, staff are friendly, my car is always repaired & ready same-day. They observe social distancing practices & I felt safe visiting during the pandemic.

When my husband and I came here, we originally, just came to get our old vehicle serviced, because of our financial situation with our old vehicle, we thought it to be impossible to buy a car, but Maurice Ross our sales rep. Worked his magic and instead of us getting our old car fixed we left with the car we wanted, and we can’t be more excited and thankful for our new vehicle thanks so much Maurice for making our dreams a reality!!!! Love this place!!
The check engine light had recently came on in my car so while driving pass central city Toyota I decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. 2 hours later I was putting a deposit on a 2018 Camry. Love my car and the staff were great. While going through the buying process I found the same car online for a lower price and they honored it. Shout out to Esteban for his great service and help getting me into my new car.Update:While the car buying process couldn’t have been better the service department needs some improvement. I made an appointment for 10:20am but didn’t leave the dealership until after 1:30 pm, 3hrs for routine service and oil change. I also took my car in to have the software updated to include apple car play and was quoted 2hrs (I installed it on 2 other cars it takes 30min tops) so I left. Even going through the reviews the number 1 concern is the length of time from drop off to pick up. Maybe they should hire more employees because nothing is finished in a timely manner here.
I set up an appointment to have repair, confirmed their email that they sent me the night before only to have the service manager call a representative to call me and was instructed to call him back. I explained that my car unlocks itself and was shot at by a person inside the car. He told me that despite his company and Toyota both confirming the appointment, he wouldn’t touch my car if I brought it in because he personally didn’t know about the issue. Then proceeded to tell me that I don’t respect him. I may have sounded excited and upset since this car is probably going to get me killed and this is the second appointment for repair. I asked how I may have offended him and he hung up and both dealerships refused to work on the vehicle. The one thing missing from this service department, service.
This dealership seemed the most convenient to take my Camry when I got a Safety Recall letter. I called and got an appointment the same day. When I got there at the time specified there seemed to be less personnel than they expected. They gave me a choice of waiting a little longer than the time it would take to do the work or finish my errands and return. I chose the latter and there was no problem and no long wait. Overall I am very satisfied with them. Not in the best neighborhood I was told since I dont live in Philadelphia. I had no issues myself.I subsequently received excellent followup from Customer Service regarding my visit and review. I shall certainly consider having my car serviced here in the future.Update - I went back for my next service and had the best experience ever. Was in and out exactly as promised. They were very efficient and I was treated like a valued customer. Kudos to the people working there.
I felt that I was an appreciated customer. Not only did he follow thru on my request but took care of little things I never expected. When I picked up my car, I really felt this was a complete visit. The best part was that I only paid for what I requested. Thank You.
Excellent service by very attentive and professional staff. I came to get my vehicle serviced and was taken exactly at the time of my appointment. The associate explained in detail what will be done and how much will cost to avoid any unpleasant surprises. I got exactly what I asked for in the shortest possible period and at a very reasonable cost. Definitely, a highest recommendation!
I spoke to an advisor who asked for my phone number and full name. He told me it was not a good idea to do a walk-in and instead schedule an appointment. He offered appointments for Thursday or Friday. He mentioned that for Friday they close early so I needed to be there earlier. I took instead a Thursday appointment. The guy calls me back to give me more details he had forgotten to tell me. I go to my appointment and they cant find me in the system. They tell me that now I have to wait 2 hours. So disorganized and unprofessional. If you want to waste a couple of hours for an inspection go here. They dont have basic parts like a universal battery bracket & dont know how to schedule an appointment over the phone.
Very unhappy with the car valet services which was nonexistent in my recent visit. I was told that this service was offered every 30 minutes and that this would be announced in the waiting area when ready. I checked in every 30 minutes for 2 hours at which point I grabbed my own ride into the city. A lack of valet drivers, which is what I was told by the receptionist, does not excuse the fact that they could not assure me a viable option for the near 2 hour wait I was there for. I was kept waiting, assuring that a shuttle was coming, with no assistance.
This is one of the best dealerships Ive been to for services. They have you in quick and the staff is genuinely very friendly. I wouldnt take my car to get serviced by anyone else even if meant spending a couple extra dollars because it is so stress free here.
Staff is knowledgeable and efficient. They explain service needed and try to accommodate your needs. Free coffee and tea provided. Service is fast and the prices are quite reasonable for a dealership. Highly recommended
