Great first experience at world auto sales. George was more helpful and friendly than any other local shop I’ve been too. He fit me in on a day where he was short staffed and my car needed more work than expected. Fair price and great service.

I ve been going to world auto since 1996 for all types of repairs and always receive excellent work to all my vehicles. I witness the previous owner Nick a few years back tell a young lady the her car was under warranty and he strongly suggested that she take it back to them because he didnt want her to spend money unnecessarily. Which in my opinion wasnt smart in a business sense but morally the right and decent thing to do.My 22 year old son was in a similar situation but George whos no Nick didnt do the same.The work was done, my son paid for the services but when he pulled out of the establishment the car was pulling to the left. My son takes it back to him but they couldnt fix the problem, but that wasnt my problem with this situation. Sometime things can be can be difficult to fix.I later mentioned to George he should not have taken the job and not because he wasnt capable because it made me remember how Nick handle the young lady and I told him that story. George then turns around and starts kicking equipment and has a profanity lace rant as he walks back and forth in the mechanics shop. He stated how the @#$%Am I suppose to know its under warranty. In my mind everybody in the mechanics industry should know that. George showed no professionalism was rude and vulgar.All the people I had recommended this place to will not be going there anymore and I will not be recommending this place no morePS little more information about my sons car when I asked the mechanic who was working on his car was it even safe to drive he told me and I quote drive it and see. We took the the car to the Piazza dealership and they told us that the ball joint wasnt even grease so they would have malfunction in 5000 miles.

I just deleted (saved for later) a 6 paragraph horrifying review of my experience with this place... because of the simple fact that I was becoming irritated just typing it out, while simultaneously reliving my experience with this pathetic excuse for a business... So I had to stop my review.I will say one thing... If you do go, AVOID Natasha/Natalia/Nikki (she answered the phone with different version of these names each time I talked to her on the phone). This was before I actually drove 45 mins to the lot, only to find out that NO SALES MANAGERS WERE THERE, AND NOTHING COULD BE DONE WITH REALLY ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES ANY TYPICAL TEST DRIVE OR INVENTORY QUESTIONS, ETC...Apparently, THEY WERE ALL AT THE CAR AUCTIONS THAT DAY... Now, YOUD THINK THAT THE GIRL(SALES PERSON) THAT I SPOKE WITH ON THE PHONE THE SAME DAY ABOUT COMING BY /AND made clear that I was a serious buyer, WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THIS (MAJOR) DETAIL *BEFORE* I DROVE ALL THE WAY THERE... ESPECIALLY WHEN I SPOKE TO HER ABOUT MY INTEREST IN 3 CARS ON THE LOT, which were ADVERTISED ON THE Dealership WEBSITE with these descriptions AS IF THEY WERE AMAZING DEALS... GREAT CARS! *reality, not even close, even worse, all 3 vehicles I took a quick look at, had major defects, that.... even better, if you wanted to buy it, they apparently had no interest in fixing first. If I wanted to buy it then I would have to eat the cost... What?! No special rates or discounts at all. False advertising much? Car #1. (bmw X5 3.0i): didnt start. or even open to see interior, with the remoteless entry key, but apparently that was bc the battery was dead (?) bc someone left the door open all night, riiiight... Oh and car #2, a bmw x3... Ithad an unreparable, electric one-touch button moon roof that was literally stuck in the open position. And the kicker was the last car, #3, a nice little sporty Volvo,... It was sans a vehicle manual in the glove box. That was a first for me. In fact, nothing was in the glove box. But no manual? And when I asked the sales girl if they could order one for me if I bought the car, and she says Oh... Well our cars are all sold as-is (side note: offers were nothing less than average retail prices, if not higher, btw)...then she said, but you can download it from Amazon for $25 digitally. She even went so far as to go on her computer and Google it to prove to me its available. HAHA. Unreal. Oh wow, this is just only grazing my experience with this place overall... But just do yourself a favor, stay away from this JOKE OF A WHOLE SALE CAR DEALER. They dont care ABOUT YOU, JUST YOUR MONEY AND YOULL BE STUCK WITH A COIN TOSS CAR.As for my personal experience with the sales girl...I might as well just walked around the 95° F outside lot alone for an hour because she was LESS THAN ZERO IN HELPING ME. Comatose or clueless? Or completely careless? How this girl is in car sales just blows my mind. And I actually was in the business many years ago and I know the business (and basic human communication skills.)I might update this review with more details, less angst, at a later time... But maybe I can can save, at the very least, someone else from wasting an entire day going to World Auto Sales. P. S. My sincere apologies for the aggressive CAPS.

I must say this was a 5 star deal and experience. From the online search to driving out the lot it was awesome. The selection of clean and well kept cars and trucks is incredible. This is my 3rd car I have purchased here and I would say that this is the best used car dealership in Philadelphia. Now I am looking for a car for my son and Alex went the extra mile to help me with financing and making sure that it will work with my budget. Used cars are my norm now, because I have a trusted dealership to shop at. First was Volvo V90, second car I got was 2005 Mercedes C class. I was looking for a used BMW 3 series with a manual transmission and I found a great deal here, and the car was in very good condition. One flaw is that the car has a faulty iDrive system that keeps turning off every 2 minutes or so, but Paul said he is going to replace the whole system, free of charge. Great dealer with great car and even better service towards his customers.

I bought a 2012 Lexus ES from World Auto Sales. I had never visited the dealership, but the entire transaction was done over the phone. George discussed all the options that I wanted and sent me pictures prior to bidding. I was a bit scared, but trusted his research and after he showed me the car fax report and history about the car he has found I decided to go ahead and purchase it. To make the long story short 1 week later I got the car with more luxury then I even expected. I absolutely love it! Thank you George and World Auto for helping me get the car I wanted. I forgot to mention that I end up getting the car for 3k cheaper then at my local dealership. I am so happy.

World Auto Sales is an incredible place to get yourself a really low rate car alone here in Philadelphia. Or use them recently to get a loan for my new truck and the rate they gave me was easily 20% less than the quote I was getting at other places before I found them online. Such an amazing resource to have when you set out to get a new or used car and youre not 100% sure of your credit rating.

I got my 2014 Toyota Camry at World Auto Sales, and I have to say that it was a great experience! I went in and they didn’t have something that fit my budget at first, but they kept in touch until they had the right used Toyota for sale. Finally the last time they contacted me to come in I did it! I got my Camry at a comfortable price with payments I was comfortable with. I definitely recommend this dealer.

I was surprised and delighted to see that everything World Auto Sales says is true. First, its a very relaxed low-pressure environment. They dont push you at all. I was approved online for credit before I got there, They gave me a great amount of money for my car and a great deal on my per-owned BMW. Alex was the representative that had it all. He made you feel at home, but at the same time was extremely professional and informative. I recommend this place to buy BMW or any other make of used car.

Went in trying to finance a car for my fiancé and left with a car for both her and myself. They did what ever they could to make things happen, they were very understanding about my situation and were able to work things around me. We bought a car here less than 1 year ago. The process was fast and simple. We did have to come back and get our inspection done, but it didnt seem THAT inconvenient even though we dont live in Philly. We had a tire blow because of a bad plug within the first week. Also not THAT big of a deal.Fast forward a year later. I have put more than $6000 of work into a car that cost us $7000. I was in touch with these guys to ask what they could help with. I heard nothing back and then got a response that said, bring it to our mechanic. Uh, no thanks! You sold me this piece of junk and your mechanic gave us an inspection sticker that turns out to be bogus! BUYERS BEWARE! Have your own mechanic check out the car before you purchase. We bought a hybrid that now has no hybrid battery. Something the Ford dealership tells me that they have NEVER seen.Both the rear shocks have rusted through--also should not have passed the (bogus) inspection World Auto Sales gave us. No way this amount of damage could have happened in one year.We have reached out more than once to try and resolve these issues with World Auto Sales. They will be perfectly pleasant on the phone and want to resolve the issue, but ultimately have to speak with someone else and we never hear back. Makes me sick how much we have had to put into this great deal from World Auto Sales. Ugh!

When I visited this dealership everyone was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I test drove Linkoln and liked it. Sales person was very friendly and I did not feel any pressure to buy the vehicle. I was very surprised with such a good the prices and very interesting selection good quality used cars. When working with the numbers everything was transparent. I wanted to brake my lease, but after seeing the numbers and honest input of the salesperson, I decided to finish paying my lease and than come back and buy a car. Bought a car Sept 12, 17 only to pick it up Sept 13, 17 and return it Sept 14, 17. I took the car to my mechanic as soon as I bought it and the car had a transmission problem. I returned it immediately and was told the car had a problem with the tort converter and was going to be fixed. I am still waiting for the car to get fixed. I called Oct 6, 17 and stated I do not want that car and inquire about my down-payment only to be told it cant be refunded even when I had 30 days warranty. Dishonest people. Apparently they are unaware of the lemon law covering used cars. I had filed a claim on this matter.UPDATEThe dealership tried their best to work with me but unfortunately we couldnt do business and they refunded my deposit.

I only gave them a 4 star rating cause of my inability to conclude the deal on an Acura about 6 weeks ago. Vlad was extremely helpful in getting financing and offered a payment that really met my needs. I writing this as an apology for not following through. The Acura i was looking at was not quite my speed, but nice. So I though I could get a better elsewhere. This had been my first foray into car search in over 17 years. It was a pleasant experience and Vlad was excellent in his honesty and forthrightness. I am still looking for a replacement vehicle and if I see something on their website that I like, Id knock on their door again without hesitation.

I liked them, my dad recently bought a car and they where very friendly and there was a snack section, but 1 thing was that they didnt clean our car on the outside knoeing that we bought it, the lady was cleaning the view cars only.

My girl and I stopped in for a car and right away we were greeted by very friendly staff and offered a cold drink and some Doritos lol but we were very happy with the deal we were offered so we purchased the car and we are both very happy! Thank You World Auto Sales we will be back to buy again!

My dad always told me to get auto loan pre-approval before going in to buy a car, but most dealerships here in Philadelphia don’t really want to let you do that because it is harder to upsell you. Luckily, I found World Auto Sales who were happy to offer me pre-approval for my auto loan and it was a huge help in selecting the perfect sedan from me.
