I recently bought a RLX from here. I love the car. It was a bit of back and forth for me with one bank and verifying somethings which would have caused me to put more money down after I’ve already drove off with the car, it began to get a little frustrating but Angel behind the scenes worked some terms out with another and was able to lower my payments and get a longer warranty which was excellent for me . Mind you the lender we ended up going with eventually did not approve me at first . She worked it out and awesome !

On May 26, 2018 I walked into the Liberty Imports dealership with my mom and girlfriend. We were greeted by Melissa, who was very welcoming and attendant to our needs. She asked if wanted water and that stood out to me. We were then greeted by Chuck, the owner. He asked a few questions to get a feel of what we were looking for. He was efficient, genuine, knowledgeable, and didnt have that sleazy car salesman feel. My family and I appreciated the great customer service. Customer service is no good. The lady would rather argue with you instead of speaking in a tone that is not so stand-offish . The car is fine but the customer service from the lady was horrible. I almost left the lot without a car because she chose to argue with me (a customer) instead of trying to control and calm the situation.

Let me start off by saying the owner and the staff are amazing. They were so sweet and accommodating from the second that I walked in. They make you feel right at home. My credit is not the best and yet, they approved me for a brand new 2017 car that I absolutely love! Before I left, they gave it a fresh wash and gas money. I am so happy with my car, the price, the payments, the way I was treated while I was there, everything. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone. I’ve been trying to purchase a black Jeep Grand Cherokee 2015 limited edition for the past two days from Amy, first she told me I needed one price for down payment, I did that and she then said I need twice that amount, I felt skeptical but prayerful. She told me she would call me back, and now she’s not answering my calls. I left several messages. I’m posting this, because I’m confused simply because I’ve read these so called wonderful reviews. And I’m a customer getting the cold shoulder and she wasn’t that kind to me my second visit there on yesterday. I’m not understanding this dealerships. Redemption, I received a phone call a week later, and I must say the red carpet was rolled out for me. I’m now driving my Limited Edition Jeep Grand Cherokee ( by the way is my all time Dream Car), we negotiated a payment that satisfied my budget and the paperwork and process was smooth sailing there after. I absolutely recommend this dealer to all who wants to drive in Luxury 😆😆😆

Update: My first experience was good because they found the exact car I wanted however, after the sale I didnt remain quite so ecstatic. In fact I became frustrated and annoyed with the lies and arguments. Not a bad dealership however when you make promises to a customer they def expect you to hold onto your word and not be argumentative.

What can i say about this establishment that hasnt already been said, well here i go, liberty imports auto is by far the most horrible......just kidding this place is amazing the owner is polite,kind and amazing, the salesman are great to deal with. It kind a makes you feel like you are doing business with family. All the cars are great, i tested everyone of them cuz hey Im a picky guy but not one flaw with any of the cars of course the cars are used but in my personal opinion i would buy a car from here than a brand new one from a dealer. Financing a car here could not be anymore simpler. All and all i am happy with my purchase and will be doing business with liberty imports auto from here on out. I literally was just walking around looking for a car and I stumbled upon Liberty Import Auto. and then I say its felt like talking to family. They treated me with nothing but respect and honesty. I will recommend anybody and I have been recommended anybody to come to them if they need to buy a car because theyre fair and honest.

I would recommend going here to anyone. I recently bought a 2015 Chevy Malibu at a great place, Shayna and Bob were able to work me to make sure I was comfortable with my decision making. While we waited the offer us pizza and just were very pleasant people. A few days after I got my car I noticed something was wrong with my tire, one of the owners Amenia (May be spelling it wrong) said tell her to come right over and we will get it fixed. Angel also made sure my car was nice and clean even in the snow! Overall a great experience! Thank you guys!!

But the truth is......their buying them from auctions and refusing to repair what need fixing. Left me with .....$4000 in repairs. We were on our way down to Philly which is an hour and a half drive for us each way. We’ve had plans for days to get the car we wanted on this day and they even called and asked when we would be there, we told them we were en route. As we were driving down they call and said they sold it. They’ve also been very unprofessional, texting with improper grammar and not communicating clearly, and they got all of our information before saying last minute that the car was no longer available. Everything about this place seems very sketchy and unprofessional I do not recommend.

Poor service. I submitted a application and the owner told me they would be calling me the same day, never happened. 2 weeks later I get a call and they asked me if I was still looking for a car. I told them what happened and they apologized and they would find out what happened. They said they would call me back, has been 2 weeks and I am still waiting. The dealership definitely knows what they are doing to sell a car. If only they would stand behind their agreements that are entered into. We were pressured into telling the financing company that everything was ok with the car when it wasnt even inspected yet. Had to make 3 trips to the place and still have not been able to get them to fix what was agreed upon. Not only standing behind your words but even documents that were signed. Instead we are ignored and not even given the benefit of a phone call. Very disgusted and disappointed on the way that we were treated through the whole process. Take caution when entering into an agreement with this dealership. They truly are only about the money.
