Been trying to get a response for 2 weeks to a used BMW we purchased and the axel fell off 1 week after purchase. We called and were hung up on 5 times and sent emails with absolutely no response. Spent 16000 and have not been able to use car for 2 weeks. So upset and to do this to a kid in college is just wrong.

Jeff is not worth a single trust. He plays so many tricks in the saying process. He will not even mention that his car is all sold as is. It should have a big sign of the SOLD AS IS in the car. His cars are all overpriced for their condition and milage. If you buy a car from this dealer. Be ready to spend a lot of time and money to fix it. Just to have an idea. The price you see on carfax, Cars.com or Cargurus from this dealer is not true. They are totally fake. I wont give them 1 star if I can choose 0.

Most AMAZING dealership and staff! I fell in love with an Escalade at their dealership. However, we are in Pittsburgh and the dealership is all the way in Philadelphia. These guys PERSONALLY drove 7 hours to bring us our truck. Amazing! Best service very friendly. Even down to the telephone calls. Personal service no machines/automatic answer service. I purchased a bmw x6 for xmas 20, within 2 months I started hearing noises underneath. I took the truck to BMW they inspected the truck, it failed because truck has frame damage from a previous accident which wasnt on the car fax. BMW recommended calling my insurance company. Geico adjuster went to BMW said the truck had indeed been in an accident and dealer tried fixing it but the repairs were not performed correctly which caused the noise. Geico denied claim because I wasnt the owner of the car when the accident occurred. After further research Geico found the date of the accident,Told me to contact dealer because dealer bought the truck at an auction with damage disclosed. Dealer claimed to have no knowledge of said accident and refuse repairs. I have paid almost 10k for repairs and I am now going after the dealers bond and a claim in small claims court. BE AWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER

Shady! wouldnt let me test drive the car advertised online. Expected us to buy the car based on looking at it turned on. Cars oil was overfilled & was dishonest about history of the car. I had the carfax in front of me. Run away anyone looking for a decent car

Vehicle I bought from them had every issue you could think of from transmission to engine to suspension and this is within months. And they have fake reviews . Moral of the story I was sold a bad car from your dealer and your customer satisfaction clearly doesn’t matter.

I bough a car thinking I got the deal of the centuryOn June 25 . It has not been 3 months and I had many repairs to do . But you know what I got over that because its mine, my mother bought it for me as a gift and she worked hard for her money, so now Im working hard to make sure it is safe and at least last me 2 years . I did buy the car as is, but when I bought it I thought the issue it had was just the little rust on the muffler which they gave me a 300 credit for . So on my little naive mind I thought wow these people are amazing. Well in less then a week and half I had to take my car to the shop and to my surprise that 300 credit wouldnt even cover the down payment to repair my car. But I paid 2,000 to pay for some of the major repairs. But what hurts me the most is that they lie about me, because you never once contact me about fixing my car, you stated on cargurus you offer me a better warranty I denied it . Why would I do such a thing when I bought myself a better warranty within 2 days of me getting the car, but they needed a paper stating it pass 21 point inspection, which I did do and it failed ( I have the paperwork) so they had to refund the money. Then the auto shop contacted you about my situation and you guys hung up on him. Which I have paperwork to prove and they said if I have to go to court they would be there all 3 auto shops that I took the car too, which I have the paper work. Which I wont go to court because I know Im just a little person and even with all the paper work and phone and text record, money talks and good honest people always end up last. But you guys did teach me a lesson, bring a mechanic when you buy a car, get inspected before buying it, never trust what they say on their website, and everybody sounds like amazing people over the phone. But Im honest to a fault I recognize my mistakes, but I would never recommend anybody to your shop . I would expect this experience to happen with someone from the streets, but I expected something better from dealer, but thats what happens when you are naive and I truly hope nobody ever experience what I been going through.
