I have recently encountered EAW in my search for a vehicle. I researched the vehicle and did what they said which was reach out if I needed more details. So I did by phone sent I am unfortunately quarantined. The gentleman answered the questions I had and I had a few that he didn’t know so he asked to call me back. Took my number and everything. I felt confident he’d call me back, even though he seemed in a rush to get off the phone. In my head I was like maybe he’s trying to go find out the answers. I went and got preapproval from the bank and all.That was Monday, I hadn’t heard from him. It says they want to build relationships but this is a very poor start. I looked online and the car is gone. I feel like my money and time wasn’t good enough. The only reason I didn’t come and physically look at the car is my entire family is sick, like everyone. But communication and a callback would have remedied this. I mean it says they offer delivery!

Spent two days talking to one of their salesman.I paid a non refundable deposit. Drove 4 hours down there. Got there everything looked fine. On test drive oil cooler broke and started leaking oil. When I got back talked to the salesman, they immediately took it to have it looked at. After going to FOUR dealerships local to me to get a replacement car and being given the run around (trying to run my credit score when I already had fully approved funding, telling me a gaping whole on the bumper of an Audi was a cheap cosmetic repair, refusing to negotiate price when asking 10k above the average market price, etc.), I was ready to give in and just stick with what I had. However, I was encouraged to look online and give it another shot and I am so grateful I did. This was hands down the BEST car buying experience that Ive ever had. We will most likely only be purchasing our cars from them, even though Im about 600 miles away. They have a really great selection and are very customer focused.Jason Green was my salesman and he was fantastic. He was patient the entire time (especially when my bank decided to be difficult), he was communicative, and he was detailed with everything. Even better, there was no pressure to use their financing when I already had my own and there was no being given the run around about the car! Where do I begin? I live in Colorado and I was on the internet car shopping for my daughter who lives in Alabama. I call the dealership to see if the vehicle was still available and Jason is the sales professional I was talking with. I explained to him that I would be traveling from Colorado to purchase the vehicle and asked him to make sure everything was in order with the vehicle. A few days later, I arrived at the car dealership and purchased the car for my daughter along with an extended warranty. My whole experience with Jason was second to none! He was professional, transparent, knowledgeable, and honest.Sometime after I gave the car to my daughter, she called me to let me know the check engine light was on. I called Jason and let him know, and me my daughter could come to the dealership and they would check out the car for her. He even told me to give his number to my daughter and she could contact him anytime she needed anything pertaining to the car and he would try to help her out.The car ended up needing a major repair (no fault of Jason or the EAW. There was no way they could have detected the problem) and when the Audi dealership contacted the warranty company, they denied the claim for the repair! I called Jason and let him know and I also called to speak to a manager at EAW. I ended up speaking to Randy and he couldnt believe what I was telling him. He told me he would get involved and try to work something out for me. He called the Audi dealership to find out exactly what the issue was with the vehicle and the cost of repair. He then called the warranty company to have them explain why they denied the claim. I first spoke to Randy on a Monday morning and by Friday afternoon, Randy called me and let me know the warranty company was going to cover the cost of the repair!Long story short, these guys stood behind me and fought for me to make the warranty company honor their contract. Ive been searching for trucks for the past few months and decided to make a move towards buying a fairly new Tacoma. I noticed this truck on Carfax along with a few others from nearby dealerships and found this to be at a great price for all the features it comes with - about $3000 under market value to be exact!This location wasnt too hard to find and was right off the main road. At first I thought the GPS was taking me somewhere else, but I noticed how the business blends in with other stores nearby. I had a great experience here with Jason a total of about 2 days and I was leaving in my new truck. I was 250 miles from the dealership almost 4 hours away my financing was approved my trade in was talked about before I ever got to the dealership, the truck and paperwork was waiting on me once I got there right at the time they opened. I received top dollar for my trade in at 9pm when I spoke with Jason got a breakdown on my trade in interest rate extended warranty etc. 10am I got to the dealership did a test drive, they looked over and drove my truck. 11am went to sign all my paper work 12pm everything was done and I was on the interstate heading home and didn’t feel like I got a bad trade in deal or paying to much for a truck. Everyone we encountered while at the dealership was very helpful and there to answer any questions with a smile. Definitely recommend this business to friends and family or a stranger passing by. I just recently bought a 2017 camaro from EAW, and couldn’t be happier. First, I drove all the way from North Carolina and had the car put on hold after putting some money down. The car was extremely sought after, and people even offered more than they were asking after I had put it on hold with some money down. Even though they could of got more for the car, they honored their word they gave to me. When I got there, the car was exactly as good as advertised, no surprises, and extremely well priced. No bargaining necessary. I told them I had to be in and out quickly, as I had to be in kansas the next day and still drive a long way. They had everything pregamed and ready to go, I was in and out in about an hour. I worked with Jason, who was fantastic. He went the extra mile to work with me quickly, and not once did I ever feel like they tried to sell me anything unnecessary. He gave honest opinions on my options, and even recommended I that I didn’t need certain things that would cost me more for no reason. Excellent car buying experience from start to finish. I drove a couple hours to come see a car. Brian helped me, answered my questions, and let me take it for a test drive. Buying the car was straightforward and not difficult. One of the tires had a leak which was supposed to be fixed before I brought the car home. Unfortunately, the leak reappeared after sitting in my driveway overnight. I contacted Brian, and EAW followed through. They even agreed to let me get it fixed near my home so I didn’t have to make the drive back. The tire was repaired and everything turned out great. Long overdue for a review. Bought a 2012 C63 AMG from them 4 months back and my experience was amazing. Flew a long distance to buy the car, they offered to shuttle me to the dealership, and even got fast food with the guy who sold me the car while it was in for a pre purchase inspection. Car is running great after 5,000 miles and I enjoyed my experience very much. Forgot who sold me the car but he’s young and a real one.

Jason responded to all emails in a timely matter. Which made my entire experience pretty much painless. I would refer someone to him without hesitation.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Everything about the process was awesome! I recently purchased a 2019 Tesla Model X from Kane at Exclusive Auto Wholesale and it was a great experience. Kane was friendly, professional and very proficient in his work. I had been looking for a nice XLR-V for a few months. Was watching many of them on line and test drove a few but never could find a clean V model at a reasonable price. If I could I would leave 0! We bought a Land Rover there in 2017. It broke down when it came out of there for 2 months. Then gas tank leaks, change the whole break pad, oil leak from the front of the car, then suspension failures. It just one and another. We spend over $5000 over this vehicle. The quality of the dealership is sooo Not worth it. Please don’t EVER buy from them!It is Not in 2 yeas period, it within few months all these happened! We had to sell sell the car! With extra auto loan value trade in for another vehicle! We bought under my husband name! I am so sure we bought from you! I just saw your reply. But still will never recommend you guys! 9/14/2021
