They are a bunch of thieves selling cars that are not ready to be sold they are junk dealers but on top of that they will steal your money and say you haven’t made a payment even with the receipt don’t trust them go else where

Decent inventory, salesman didnt seem like they wanted to sell any cars. They couldnt leave the air conditioned building. Also, theres only like four parking spots, that they use aswell si good luck parking.

Very Very horrible experience!!! Got a SUV from them, after a week of having the car it had problems. I took my car back up to them to have it fixed and they had it for about a week and then when i got it back, it still wasnt fixed. This was a on going problem with the car and i honestly think it was in there shop more than it was with me. After the last time of them fixing the breaks and rotors, i took the car to another shop just to see if Legacy fixed them and as they walked around the corner they told me bad breaks and rotors!!! Legacy wanted me to pay them for what they fixed, but i had paper work in had saying it wasnt fixed. When telling Legacy i wasnt going to pay them for something they didnt fix they just reported the car!! NEVER GO THERE!!! They have been reported to the BBB and a lot of other people have had the same problem not just me!!!

There is nothing good to say about this company. Brought a car from them had issues like 3 weeks after took it to them they so called fixed it. Took car back 4 times and still not fixed will never recommend them. And the sad part about it is when you buy a car the interior and exterior suppose to be clean looking brand new but it wasnt we had to go to the car wash and clean the car ourselves. Vehicle broke down 3 times since January. Both loaner cars broke down as well. My loan was sold to a 3rd party without my knowledge. The fine print is they take a down payment and let you pay 5 or 6 payments, then sell your loan to a 3rd party for the original amount to double or even triple their profits. Had them change my brakes once. When I went for new tires 4 out of 5 lug nuts were stripped so bad that mechanic had to replace studs. Had an arrangement on payment worked out due to the motor finally going out but being the stand up people they are they just took the car back once Hyundai replaced the engine. Im a local business owner and have actually helped them out a lot but STAY AWAY! Dont say you wasnt warned. As a marine veteran, I expect more from local businesses as far as fair treatment and integrity. Its not there. Feel disrespected to say the least. Dont worry, WE FIGHT FOR YOU!

Very good people the workers very professional and they know what they are doing with great experiences and the owner very honest he will not let me drive the car till he make sure all the safety aspects was applied including he has to change the whole tire set on the vehicle even after we bought it one check for air bags sensors came he make sure to change it free of charge .They are super nice people the owner and his employees.

I feel like I was scammed!! I call to pay my car payment and was told my payment was confirmed... Not even a whole month later my car is being repossessed. No one knows who I talked to or anything!! They tell me over 1000 to get my car back for ONE month that was missed $375(more than the monthly car payment)for repossessions fee when they didnt even use a tow company just came and drove it away! Im not saying that they received the payment but I explained how I thought my payment had been accepted and they tried to work out nothing. I feel like it was the employees fault for telling me that my payment had been confirmed... No i didnt get a confirmation number because i use my bank statement s as receipts. I just feel like theyre trying to get more money than the car is worth. Its just sad hope no one else has to experience this

These people are the biggest crooks. Worst used car dealership around by far. I cant believe they have been in business for so long. I work close by and I have seen the same cars go out and come back by repo man repeatedly. If you still go there after reading all the bad reviews then you get what you deserve. If you’re looking for a car this isn’t the place to look!! Buyers beware!! Was given the run around on several different days about cars I was interested in. Was even told by the detail guy that’s majority of the cars posted to their Facebook page have problems but are trying to sell them anyway! He also stated that he’s just the black guy aka the middle man as he stated and doesn’t know much about the cars!! Waited for an hour to test drive a car till I was finally told that they didn’t want my business! The staff is very unprofessional showed no sign of trying to make a deal. It seemed to me that they’re fine with selling cars with problems to people who won’t ask questions about em!! Was lied to about a Jeep Grand Cherokee by the owner stating it was sold and gone. I came to the dealership on Wednesday the Jeep still out there for sale!!! Terrible people and business I wouldn’t recommend a soul!!!! Do not buy here!!!

You got to make sure they do what they say theyre going to do when they sell you a car. They told us they were going to fix a broken Hub I think it was and have it detailed. Well they said they fix the Hub but I dont think so. As far as detailing Im not even sure if they vacuumed it and just smeared greasy armor all over everything. Im pretty sure theres better places that you could go to get a used car. My wife was so anxious to get a car. She pretty much bought the first thing she test drove. I wasnt part of the decision-making because I was babysitting. If she had been paying attention she would have seen all the little cosmetic issues and engine noises that would have kept me from buying the car but she didnt know any better.

Stay away! Lemon city! They sold me a car that initially would not crank. I was told it was just the battery and they replaced it. I told one of the people in the office that I was having multiple issues (smelling gas, would not crank, etc) and the motor has since blew leaving me without ANYTHING! The owner accused me of letting the car run hot(which it didn’t the gauge didn’t move from cold)Being that I’ve ONLY had this car for a month I thought they would understand and try to help. I’ve tried talking to the owner and he explained that I could bring in more money(another down payment)to get another car. This unfortunately is not my first run in with them which I thought they have gotten better over time, but of course I was fooled again. The multiple times that I’ve called over the course of 2 weeks I was told that the owner was not there, busy, would call me back or some other lies. The people in the office actually laughed at the fact that all of this has happened. When I tried to get the car towed back to them one of the ladies in the office said not to bring the car back there. Only to change her story once the owner asked. The car was towed to a local tow lot because of the advise given by firefighters who thought my car was on FIRE on the freeway. Legacy then went to retrieve the car and lied and said they never told me that I couldn’t tow it back to their lot. The amount that they paid to get the car from the lot has changed from $250 to $450. I explained to him that I am without a car and he basically said oh well I have to pay taxes on this car. Do yourself a favor.. take your money elsewhere!

The staff was really nice and courteous to me. Not only did I get a beautiful car ( apprx. 3 y ago), of which, to this day, receive compliments & during the process, the staff made sure I was comfortable in which they offered me snacks and drinks, although they were busy. But, it is a business with hard working people...THEY DESERVE 5 STARS. 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠😘. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

I went to help a friend buy a car. The original salesman immediately hat an attitude with us when we wanted just a second to look around. He kept circling us like a vulture. When we asked fir someone else, we hit an older guy who literally couldnt answer any questions we asked about some of the vehicles. Finally, it took the owners young son to come out and help us as much as he could. We should have left after this, but we gave them another chance. The car she chose had a few damages and needed new brakes. Nothing major, but they said to leave the car there, come back that weekend and the repairs would be completed. She paid a deposit. Went back that weekend, nothing was done and they acted as if that conversation never happened. Of course they would not return the deposit. Long story short (ish).... dont waste your time or your money going here. They will make you pull your hair out.

Went to look at a 2002 Ford Ranger 4wd they had for like $5000. I had to remove a bag of garbage and some loose garbage in the back of the truck before I could test drive. I got in and went to adjust the seat. The seat would not move, after looking why it wouldnt, I seen that it had been welded in place. Cranked up, motor sounded good. Went down the road and the truck felt like it had a bad leg, you know a limp. After looking in side mirrors at rear wheels, right rear wheel looked like it was about to come off. I stopped and checked it, it was tight, the right rest axle was bent causing it to wabble. Got back in and started heading back to dealer and transmission acted up a lil bit. Luckily I made it back and told them about axle, but I think they already knew about it but said they would look at it. I told them I was going to keep looking somewhere else. So Im saying if you go there, test drive a good distance, get the car or truck up to normal operating temp, look under for oil and water leaks, check wheels, seats, everything really good, and then go somewhere else.😁.

I am very very disappointed in this company. If I could give no stars I most definitely would. If you or anyone in your family are thinking of coming here then DO NOT!!! I repeat DO NOT! Take your money elsewhere or you will be left with a car that ends up on the side of the road or broke down period for that fact. When I first leased this car the mileage was not working and all of the service lights were on. They told me they could fix it and then everything would be fine. Well, They ended up getting the lights on the dashboard turned off and the mileage to finally start working. I go and get my oil changed when I am supposed to and on time. I just bought brand new tires for the car as well. But for some reason all of the time the Service Engine Soon light always comes back on. And it always tells me to maintenance oil and maintenance other. I have taken it to Express Oil Change and also NTB. They cannot figure out what it is. They say it might be the exhaust but then on the other hand they say it could be the transmission going out. This past Friday when I took my lunch at work everything was fine in the car. Then when I left work at 6pm thats when another light came on the dashboard. I tried pushing the gas and my RPM goes way up and I am only able to go maybe 20 to 30 mph without it revving up sounding like it is going to explode. Or the engine to explode. I have no earthly idea what it can be. I took it to Legacy this morning only for them to see what was wrong and tell me they think its the exhaust as well but that they didnt have space to take my car and that they dont have to lend a Loaner Car unless they think it is something serious. I told David (Salesmen) that I did not feel safe and I do not want to be driving the car with it revving up like that sounding like it is going to explode. He automatically was rude and said he does not have to lend me anything at all. That they do not have to put me in a loaner car and if my car does explode then it will just explode. That they are not responsible. I have only had my car for less than a year. This company is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They will lose a customer today because of all of this. I am never late on my payments not one time every month. But they do not care about that. So if you lease a car do not lease with this company!! They will literally throw you out of the door without caring not one bit!! My brother and my grandmother have also had issues with this company! I will never ever recommend anyone to come here! I am on my way to Serra Toyota now. A real car dealership. DONT BUY CAR FROM HERE!!!!!I went there to look at a car i seen on Craigslist, and when i got there there was absolutely no one to greet me, so i presided to go inside and there was a bunch of young kids working. I test drove a Volkswagen Golf and i like it, it was priced at $2800 with 194.000 miles on it. i offered 2000 and they Kids declined they didnt even haggle the price. the car was not at all worth $2800. It had sunroof leaf, ac blowing warm, radio bashed to pieces, and ceiling liner was falling.

Told him he had an oil leak and smoke out of the tail pipe and he told me that there was not and mocked us on the spot. To top it all off the man helping us walked away because we didnt seem interested because we didnt like the first car he showed us and mumbled to his partner that we were basically liers. He even had the audacity to tell us to get off of his car (junk) lot. This place is a joke and no one should buy from such unprofessional people.

The first car I got from there the motor went out the second day I had it they replaced the motor upon replacing the motor their mechanics messed up the transmission 7 or 8 cars they let me borrow while they fixed mine once fixed it was doing crazy jerk so not fixed I received another car of the same make it is a great car but a serious tire problem I cant keep tires more than a week then they go bad have replaced struts still bad wear this car lot will work with you but I wouldnt bother they will fix their cars and tell you to call them first they only do this because they know youll break down I wont be back trying to trade my car now
