If you buy a vehicle, definitely get the warranty. Thank goodness I purchased mine from someone other than them because apparently other people have issues with theirs. We bought a truck just to have in case we needed to haul or tow, not as an everyday vehicle. In a year, we have drove it maybe 5 times and now it is going back in the shop for the 4th major repair. The day we brought it home we found it leaking oil. Yes we took it back to them and they repaired it using our warranty, so they made money. And also found another issue at the same time. Then we had to put it in the shop at the beginning of winter because the heat didn’t work. Now the alternator and battery is bad. Seems like every time we need it, it needs another repair.

If I could rate it a 0 starts I would. Never have I been more disappointed with a dealership, my sister bought her truck 2 months ago and literally a few weeks later lights on the dashboard started flashing, they took it back to fix, returned it and still had problems. The truck is currently still in the shop and she is basically paying for her truck with out even using it! They let her borrow a car as well and it won’t turn on anymore and claim “they cannot come pick it up”. People please don’t do business here.

If you buy a vehicle from CRM, I highly advise you to NOT waste your money on their warranty’s. I have taken my truck to get fixed twice and the parts were covered on the warranty according to the copy I have. Both times they told me the warranty didn’t cover the cost and made up BS reasons why! I will never be back! And yes I understand and have read the “fine” print.

We bought a truck from them but it took them 3 he from the time we arrived to complete the deal to get the paper work done and ready for us to sign. I was about ready to tell them to forget the deal when they finally said they were ready.

I bought my Ford F-250 here I just paid my 8th payment and my transmission started acting up I was never told my warranty only covered 25,000 miles I was told we had 2 years so when I took it to the the said we will get it to the transmission guy we use and let you know my truck sat there two weeks and when I called and asked why is was still sitting in there parking lot the said we can’t work fast enough for you so you need to come get your truck. I do not recommend anyone buying from them they are not helpful at all and the way I see it is that if I am paying $60,000 for a vehicle and I have only had it 8 months and it messes up someone should have to fix it if it was not caused by something I done.

First, let me say I LOVE MY CAR. Great quality vehicles, flawless customer & a seamless approval process are the many qualities of CRM. I called to set an appointment for the Camry SE, with Keith “Wheels” as my sales guy. He was friendly but knowledgeable and let my husband & I test drive a couple vehicles alone to get a true feel ourselves. Blake “Whiz”, our finance guy worked hard to get us TOP trade in value, low interest & a monthly payment that fit comfortably in our budget with a FULL warranty included in our package. Great customer service... unfortunately the truck I bought less than 3 months ago is a hot mess. Truck needed wheel bearings, new compressor, oil is leaking in the injectors, 7 pin didnt work, and thats all before a full diagnostic from the Ford dealership. Unfortunately none of this is covered in their extended warranty. 40k down the drain.Oh and by the way, Im on the side of the hwy because something new is leaking.... 10 hours away from my home in Atlanta.

The purchase experience was great.However, the jeep started off with dome lights and dimmer not working (did not realize till the evening after buying), now headlights do not work. It is not a fuse, bulbs are good. My wife and kids had to leave the vehicle in a parking lot and get a ride home because it was dark and the lights would not come on. It progressed to where nothing worked on the steering wheel (wipers, blinkers, etc.). These issues started from day 1 and progressively became worse with more and more stuff not working within a couple of weeks.Outside of my expectations, CRM is working on the issue to fix it.In my opinion, this is the exception, a problematic vehicle with a dealer that is willing to fix it after the sale. CRM has earned my business; I highly recommend stopping by next time you are looking for a vehicle.

Bought a 08 f250 as is with no warranty from CRM. Had some issues out of the truck that couldn’t have been caught through a typical inspection, but Kasey has been nothing but helpful through the whole situation and paid for everything that had to be done to the truck. Even though it was bought as is with no warranty selling a vehicle with a problem isn’t how CRM does business and will do whatever it takes to fix the issue. Very trustworthy people I would recommend them.

He listens to your needs, makes suggestions, and presents the best options. David is definitely the person I buy vehicles. We live another state. I no longer worry. I bought an older flatbed diesel for my new farm truck, and was treated like I was buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. I came from Georgia to buy it, and they were able to do the TAVT for me. Their title work was fast, even across state lines, and not a headache for me. Been a good truck so far.

I dont think you guys give trade in values according to how much extras are put on the vehicles. I think you should try defending your pricing in a different way....also...was told they dont take vehicles with under 100,000 miles on them. Bottom dollar for yours....top dollar for theirs.

The people at CRM in Pelham are amazing!! We bought a 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche and after a couple of weeks we took it for routine service at a Dealership, we found out it has some pretty major issues. We talked to David our sales person and to Michael. Within a day they called and they swapped the 07 for 09. They went above and beyond by making sure we were happy and satisfied. We will definitely be repeat customers!!!

Watch your credit report. Looked at a jeep that was overpriced for the year. Our credit union told us it was overpriced,was willing to pay the extra because vehicle seemed in very good condition. They offered there credit union as they said they would finance over value. They pulled credit report and said they would get back to me after the weekend. Didnt hear anything when I called back they wanted my information again to pull credit report as they accidentally shredded my initial hard inquiry credit report. Unfortunately I had to walk away from buying vehicle because we all know hard inquiries lower credit scores each time and this is how they can then increase interest rate. Obviously they didnt want to sell there overpriced car to badly. Lost a sale.

I helped my son buy his first truck through CRM. I believe we got a good price. The problem I have is when we asked about lift and rims /tires the salesman kept telling us a price. We got the truck went back and their shop told us that they shouldnt of told us that and they werent going to honor anything that was told to us. I did get the leveling kit put on but that was a mess. The girl gave my son a price and after the work was done they gave me another price. I would go back because I like the trucks they have but its hard to believe anything past the price.

I found a truck here that I’d been looking for, salesman Asked me if the Ford Diesel was mine that I got out of. And I told Him yes, it is. so he asked if I would be trading it in. And I replied, NO. (I guess, Since it is a late model) HD truck... The salesman replied, Well .... people can’t get another Loan while they are currently making payments on a vehicle. That he can’t help me.with another purchase. Uh WHAT? As a business owner, if my company needs two trucks or even a fleet of trucks . you.should make the time Mr Salesman, Please, Assist Your customers, who took time to come to your dealership

Bought a 2012 Ford F250 Diesel from them. Paid $31,000 for the truck and another $1995 for what they called a Great warranty. Had problems with the truck on my way home that is costing me over $1,000 to repair a bad EGR on the engine. The Great warranty denied my claim and CRM acted concerned when i called them but, in the end, did nothing to help. I expected better considering the amount of money I spent. If you buy from them dont expect any service after the sale. They even wont call me back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I bought a vehicle out of state sight unseen. I relyed on the manager Craig to shoot me straight and let me know of any defects or blemishes the vehicle may of had before I made a decision. 2 pictures were sent of decent tires and that was it. I was verbally reassured everything else was in great shape. When I received the vehicle I noticed many things that were not disclosed. Mind you I do realize this was a used vehicle but it was only a year and a half old. My 10 year old truck was nicer on the inside. Every piece of painted trim was stained (that cannot be removed), the rearview mirror shakes when driving, air filter was black, old oil (despite him saying he would change it), 2 tires have about 20% tread left, more worn than normal drivers leather seat, a lingering bad odor, a piece of the running board was broken off, the rear windshield wiper doesnt work and barely had gas in it. I asked if he can work me with me to split the cost on some things and he refused saying if I thought you wanted a new vehicle I wouldnt have sold it to you. I made it clear I was looking for a like new vehicle again with it being close to new, I would have expected better. I was never followed up with either. They may be a decent dealer to other people but I had a very disappointing experience. OUT OF STATE BUYERS BEWARE!!

Went after a friend bought a car, and had a terrible experience. After no one approached us for about 20 minutes (they were busy), we decided to go into the lobby. A salesperson walked in and went right past us without one word. I later learned his name is Shane. Even though the guy who WE approached and told about Shane was apologetic, there was a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach that distracted me until we left. They don’t get my business or the business of those around me.

Straight shooters, a rarity when it comes to selling pre-owned cars. They disclose all known problems and reliability issues that they are aware of. You cant know everything about every car, but what they know they tell, and they make an effort to sell reliable cars at a reasonable price. Id check with them first every time.

My experience was not that good with my visit to the CRM lot they were very surprised that i wouldnt pay more than loan value on a vehicle my bank gave me a loan value of the vehicle that i was looking at but they wanted me to use there bank because that bank would loan 120% of value my reply to that is thats why our economy is in the shape it is so be aware of what you are buying and what it is worth, they wouldnt even let me test drive a vehicle because i wouldnt agree to pay more than loan value.
