We called to see if they had what we needed, they did and they held it for us! The vehicle we wanted was waiting for us in front of the store!

They run your credit and use the lowest reported score possible to give you a high APR rate and they try to force you to buy the terrible cars they have on their lots with super high car notes. They aren’t worth the time and energy when looking for vehicle. I was yelled at by an employee that was basically trying to bully me into purchasing a car and paying a $900 transfer fee. I declined!!!I left and bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Elantra (0 miles and 5% APR) from a different dealer, with an equal car note ($10 difference) from what they were trying to offer me for an older used car at Enterprise. They are a joke, rude, and terrible sales people. Except the manager he was polite, but the two sales people I worked with were terrible!!

The reason I didnt give five stars is because the tire pressure was potentially dangerous : the pressure should have been 32 psi all around, Instead they were 32, 15, 65, and 55. Had it been raining. I would have been in for a shock and a wild ride especially if I had needed to make an emergency stop.Other than that, the sales process was flawless.I enjoy the car, and Lisa made everything simple.

Purchasing my new vehicle from enterprise was a great experience. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and my salesman Derrick went and got the car for me because it wasnt on the lot at that time. Sean the financing manager helped me trade in my old car that was in my moms name only and helped me to get rid of it by purchasing it with Enterprises we buy your car program. I was nervous at first that this would be another dead end for me especially after building my credit over the past two years. I was approved and got the monthly payments that I wanted. They do not pressure you into anything and sell you an experience. The only issue with my vehicle is that it was in need of a coolant flush which Sean and the enterprise team took care of the very next day. I am in love with my Hyundai and the moment I saw it online I knew it was meant for me. I went in there and got it. Thank you so much Sean and Derrick once again for helping me. I had several potential contenders come close, but no dealership came close to the price, color and year model Enterprice Auto Sales was able to offer. I couldnt be happier. I live in Florida and things are tough for me. I was not having good experience locally so I researched around and thankfully found Enterprise Car Sales. They provided me with transportation to get there which was a big wow! I did have some issues with sales. They act with dealership tactics. The sales guy and Manager have to have a conversation behind a closed door without you like you cant possibly know what they are saying. I feel that is an amateur way of communicating effectively when making such a big decision. Nobody likes it when they are feeling left out. I still give 5 stars because I know their world, I get their gig. They performed and I was rewarded. Also they have lesser fees and better Gap coverage or so I think. If you are looking to purchase a used vehicle and are prepared, I believe you will find a decent selection and have a good experience. I feel I got a steal of a deal!

My experience in purchasing this vehicle was very satisfying. It was the easiest and most satisfying Ive ever experienced. The sales associate was 5 star in his job. Thank you for such an enjoyable buying experience.

Good and bad:1. (Not Good). The ads on the website appear to be “canned” and not vehicle specific. For instance, almost every Ford F-150 Truck will say it has one axle ratio on one page and a different axle ratio on the next page. Can’t trust the ads, have to know the code and check the truck. This resulted in us rejecting a truck we really liked that had been prepped for us.2. (Good). Everyone without exception did everything they could to make our buying experience as pleasant as possible. It took awhile as everything was already prepared for one truck and had to be totally redone for a different truck at he last minute.3. (Not Good). Prepping the truck could be better. There is 3-4 inches of dried caked mud throughout the undercarriage. Took over 2 hours of scraping just to remove enough to install the running boards. When the weather warms up a bit I will be doing s pressure wash.4. (Not Good). Truck required a front end alignment right off the lot.OVERALL:No used vehicle is perfect and in spite of the above we are very satisfied with the truck and the entire purchasing experience. This was the 2d vehicle we have purchased from Enterprise.

Could not have been any easier. Found my truck on line and had it shipped to my local dealer. They brought it to my home and we signed the paperwork on the coffee table. Could not ask for anything better.

Walker took his time showing us all the options on the car and answered all our questions. We signed the paperwork and were on the road in our new vehicle in no time.
