First of all the advertise $500 down. When we got there he told us they don’t do that anymore and it’s $800 down. Then he said well we close in an hour Youll have to come back later cus it takes a while to do this. I was taken back. He literally shoved me and my husband out the door.

I was told about the center and after reviewing the ads, I thought they would be the perfect place. But we were told we had to make a certain amount every month. That should be advertised also instead of all the other BS. I was sent somewhere else were they was trying to put a first time buyer in a used car with a high carnote payment close to $400 a mo and 2k down with a 22% interest rate, I could have went to a new car dealer and got that same deal with a warranty. Ugh...advertisement means a lot and false advertisement is a No No!

My experience was OK until I realized all facts were NOT disclosed at the sale ... I had NO IDEA this was a LEASE TO PURCHASE dealership !!!. Even during signing Im looking at lessee but NEVER thought in My mind Im actually leasing a used car EVEN after asking questions, which I realize now were NOT complete facts !!!. I spoke with a Financial Rep yesterday who was very nice & the manager onsite yesterday (Austin), who informs Me I need to explain it to Jason !!!. Upon speaking with management (Jason, which is the one who didnt give clear, direct answers) today at the Pelham location where I went and was just told by Him I have to keep the vehicle after having it only 4 working days !!!. But Im taking it back today and expect a clean slate and My down payment returned !!!.
