We had a great experience with Med Center Mazda! The Sale’s manager was very responsive and accommodating during inquiries before our visit. When we arrived Dwayne was our salesman. He was extremely knowledgable on the many electronic enhancements on the vehicle we were interested in and after we purchased it he set it up for us personally. Plus he was extremely nice! Everyone we met was very into customer service and had longevity at the dealership. Plus no pressure to buy! Honestly, I’ve been treated so well every time I’ve bought a car or needed service. We got my first car from here in 2014 or so. I loved my Mazda 3 so much and I knew when it was time for an upgrade, that I would be getting another Mazda. They have the most reliable and stylish cars for the price. No other brand compares.Med Center Mazda is the only dealer (I think) in the Birmingham area. They are all just really nice people. The guys in the service department found a nail in my tire while doing routine service and Mazda paid for it no questions asked. I love my Mazda CX-5 that I bought in 2020 and will be purchasing my next Mazda from them when the time comes.

My whole experience was great from the time I drove up for my appointment until I left. I arrived a little before my 2:15 appointment. I was quickly checked in. I waited in the customer service area. Loved getting a text that they were looking at the car. Next thing I knew I was getting back my key and the work was done! Very efficient!

Wow! Thats all I can say. Matt and Anthony completely restored my faith in the car buying process. After going rounds with several other dealerships who were trying to pass along their extra fees and not wanting to negotiate, the gentlemen at Med Center Mazda gave me a great price right out of the gate on a car they had to travel to Mobile to get for me because they didnt have it on their lot. No upcharge for that service at all! We travelled 2 hours from Huntsville to go pick it up and it was so worth it! We were able to take care of everything via email and phone so we were just there a short time. Definitely give these guys a call!

The experience that I had at the service desk was possibly the worst service that Ive ever experienced - and I attempt to be a pretty patient person. It was very clear that I was inconveniencing them. So, I will take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, there are not many Mazda dealerships. Nevertheless, Ill make the drive to Tuscaloosa just to ensure that my $$$ do not support this dealership.

I ordered some OEM accessories (rubber floor mats and cargo mat) for my wifes 2020 Mazda3 from Med Centers parts department because my dealer in Indiana where we bought the car wouldnt discount their Mazda accessories AT ALL ... even though we had just bought a new car from them. So that was awesome.Anyway ... Med Center Mazda was very competitive on OEM accessories pricing. They even shipped free on orders over $100 (or was it $150?). Either way, very easy and quick transaction.

This past year, I have gotten my car serviced here twice. Both times, I have left the dealership only to find that they made multiple mistakes while servicing my car. Both times, the only explanation that was offered to me was that the technician was new. As someone who bought my vehicle from this dealership I would prefer to get it serviced here, but I will no longer be doing so. This type of service is unacceptable and poses a safety concern to anyone getting their car serviced here.

I tried to buy a used White Rubicon today from Dewayne. Their price was $46, 447. I asked to negotiate and they offered me $46, 222. I said I can buy a brand new one for just a few thousand more. I let them know I had cash and was ready to buy. I offered $43k. Dewayne told me no and did not even bring my offer to the sales manager. They don’t want or need your business. Shop somewhere else

Great place to buy a car. If you need it serviced, good luck with that. You can’t get anyone to answer the phone or to call you back. They sell you coupons for oil changes, but they aren’t any good!

The 2 gentlemen that greeted us upon arrival were Great!!! It was the receptionist that did it for me. She was rude! I mean completely rude. And I guess partly because WE had disturbed HER lunch. This was who we had to see for the loaner car while our Mazda was being serviced. Receptionist just needs a class on customer service.

I purchased a vehicle from Billy Mansel at Med Center Mazda in mid April. I am a car guy and have purchased many vehicles over the years. I can honestly say this was the easiest and smoothest sales transaction Ive experienced in a very long time. Billy was friendly and easy to work with and delivered as discussed/promised.Edit - I need to add some additional compliments to the dealership. Since this was an out of state transaction, the team at Med Center, I am sure, had to deviate from their normal process to get my car titled and registered in Texas. They ended up having to send the paperwork twice to my local tax office due to various factors. Michelle Wilkes, their Billing/Title Clerk, was EXTREMELY helpful. She was a delight to work with, always communicated, and made sure things were done. I think a lot of dealerships all over the country can learn a lot from Med Center Mazda.

I was driving my 2017 CX5 near there during a family medical emergency when my brake system lights came on. I went into the service department in near hysteria, with no appointment. They said they had at least 10 cars ahead of me and I would have to leave the car. It was not my finest moment, but the service manager and cashier, I am not sure of their names, were so patient and compassionate. They had me in a loaner and on my way to the hospital ICU within 10 minutes. I cant imagine what I would have done without their help. In addition to the great customer service, I received a call on Saturday, 2 days later, that my car was repaired and I was able to pick it up.

We had a quick, pleasant experience with the sales people.After making a great deal for a Mazda 6 Sport, on the way to pick it up, my wife decided she wanted power seats. Med Center had a Touring trim in the same exterior and interior colors. I didnt make as great a deal on the upgrade, but I was satisfied. Only took a couple of hours to close the deal, get the car detailed, filled with gas and ready to depart. Best car buying experience I have had at a dealer.

I did everything through phone and emails and didn’t even go to the dealership, and it was a pleasant experience to deal with them. I wasn’t pushed to buy anything, I stated what I wanted and the price I wanted it for and we were able to meet in the middle. They even delivered my vehicle to my house.Tony was easy to deal with and got back to me immediately and kept it professional throughout our dealings.
