I personally didn’t buy a vehicle here but I did refer someone to purchase a vehicle. I went out of my way and did re-search for this vehicle and I specifically sent over the customers for this specific vehicle and they ended up buying, NW Motorsport is always claiming that referrals with a purchase will result in a $200 check but it’s been a good 2 almost 3 months and I haven’t received anything. The salesman promised me at the day of the purchase that he will seek to get that over to me but haven’t seen any changes. I specifically referred a customer to Northwest motor sports for the purchase of a specific car and they can’t keep their promise on a referral. Honestly if they can’t keep a promise for a referral makes not even want to try to purchase a vehicle there or even send them anymore business at all.

Looking to replace my truck finding no luck in the Tri Cities. Then I ran into Pablo as I was leaving. With in 5 minutes not only found the truck I wanted, also the truck In the price I wanted. Was checking stuff out online. Put in an inquiry on a high country and within an hour Isaac gave me a shout. Very patient person let me tell you. I knew what I wanted and he went above and beyond to make it happen!! Even had the car delivered from Pasco all the way to Spokane to help work around my work schedule! Edgar showed up with all the paperwork and things were smooth sailing. Couldn’t be happier, definitely will be back and would highly recommend these two!

The salesman was incredibly helpful and communicative. I live 3 hours from this dealership and they told me everything I needed to know over the phone and drove the car to me. They even took my trade in and gave me a fair deal on it.BAD PART: I bought a truck from them, 11,000 miles and 3 years old, just to have an engine light turn on a week after I bought it. I took it to the Ford mechanics to have them look at the issue. The engine was misfiring in 3 cylinders and they told me that this truck had been in the shop 4 times before this with no solution. Now my truck has been in the shop for 2 weeks and Ive only owned it for 3 weeks. NWMS owned the truck for 50+ days so there isnt a doubt in my mind that the engine light went off at some point during that time. I had it for 7 days and it popped up.Needless to say, they must not look carefully at the maintenance or they turned their heads on it. Make sure to do your due diligence and be confident in what youre buying because my guess is that they just wipe off the check engine codes and push it out to customers.Service: 10/10Maintenance: 4/10Honesty: 5/10

Not a great experience. I truly can’t fit all of my frustration into a review.We live in Alaska and we were shopping for vehicles out of state. We were assured buy a vehicle through this company would be a quick & easy process because they “sell vehicles to Alaska all the time”It took 3 weeks from the day I put a deposit down on a vehicle to the day that it was “mine”. That should have been the red flag that made me back out but we really loved this car.It has been extremely difficult to get anyone to return my calls. I have to call for multiple days before getting a call back. If I miss the call, there is never a voicemail left with information or a call back number.So here we are, 2 months later and the DMV still doesn’t have what they need from the dealership to give me my registration and license plates.I waited 2 months to leave a review because I do not like negativity… but maybe if they see this then someone will call me back.Definitely don’t buy a vehicle from them if you live out of state.

Best dealership in town. Have bought multiple vehicles from them and no problem at all. Karl (salesman) is a great guy and will help you from start to end. If you don’t want anyone that’s pushy then that’s your guy to ask for. Went to look at a truck and Karl ended up getting us a newer and better truck for barely any difference. We bought here a year ago when Eddy was still with the team. He was wonderful, honest, and straight forward. What a loss for them to have him go else where! We came back this year to do a trade in and it was an awful experience. They will not be earning any more of our business, and I honestly would steer anyone I know away from this establishment. Our Eddy was replaced by two men, one so incapable he had to bring another in to pitch the sale for him, and the new one while kind enough clearly either didnt know what he was talking about or was desperate enough to say what he needed to to make a sale. Ive never walked out on a dealership like that before. We were committed to this sale already, but we planned to fiance through our bank. They insisted with any credit score over 725 theyd be able to match or do better than the bank, very pushy. So we heard them out, and gave them our trust. That was our first mistake. I let them know it had just been run and what it would do to my credit if that wasnt true. all the conditions surrounding trusting them to finance us were made very clear. I wanted to think that this establishment might have more people like Eddy to offer despite a less than great first impression. Now before I let them pull my scor, I pulled an 801 with our Bank the day prior. They pulled a 770 (far above the minimum 725 they claimed theyd need to simply match it, certainly enough to do better) but jokes on me, because they could do neither! I put trust in them, being assured we wouldnt be denied because of my score even if it was pulled twice. But we were offered a significantly hire rate and told their lender denied us (for what I I only assume was recently having had my score pulled, and was assured wouldnt be an issue) What a waste of time. I dont mind that they couldnt finance us, I just wish they had been honest! They literally had the sale in the bag.. AND they couldnt match the bank eithe .. so even their bare minimim promise wasnt worth jack, and we left. Needless to say, I walked out, it was pretty insulting. Then to top it off the sales man had the audacity to text me and call me crazy. He was doing his best well Im sorry sir, I was going off what YOU told me and I dont appreciate liars and con-men. What a waste of time. Telling me you wouldnt allow us to make the sale anymore was a nice touch, your dishonesty had already lost you our business. Needless to say, we wont be back. Ever.Update: I got a piece of mail today that let me know why I was denied funding. It wasnt because of my 772 credit score, it was because they tried to finance me through a credit union that I wasnt eligible for because I am not a teacher. Just when you think it cant get more ridiculous. Ive never been a teacher in my life, why was that even attempted? Thanks for nothing!

Absolutely do not buy from this dealer. They sold me a car that broke down a month later.. Sure, not a big deal; Ill bring it in to get it fixed but the sales manager is extremely rude(I was asking normal questions calmly). Do not buy and do not have anything to do with Bobby(Manager) bought over 10 cars and have never had a issue especially from a manager. Im disgusted by this dealer.

It is an okay place to buy a vehicle. If you have to finance anything, Adam Bender is your guy. Hes been doing it for a long time, and he is totally capable and easy to like. Sales staff is okay, and were nice enough. Its a used car dealership that plays the mind games and haggling just like every other business, and is miserable in that regard. We didnt come close to agreeing on the deal we had hoped, but we probably could have done worse. When I bought my first Chevy back in 2003, the manager/owner came out and talked to me directly, which I felt was a good move. The person that makes those decisions here hides and just sends the salesguys to play middle man. Overall, my husband and I agreed that at the end of the day these guys need to make their money too, we just arent crazy about used car tactics. Will we we back? Maybe.

Bit disappointed with my experience.First off, cant say enough about Sam. Did everything he could to help me out. My gripe is more with the used car side.I was trying to trade in my 2006 Ford F250 Amarillo Edition. Nice truck, dont need it any more as I bought a new one for my mechanic business. These trucks came with the 6.0l powerstroke, which has a bit of a bad reputation. This reputation is caused by EGR cooler failure in stock trucks, which allows coolant to enter the combustion chambers and causes excessive cylinder pressures or hydrolocking of cylinders, which generally blows headgaskets.Cool, my truck however has been deleted and rebuilt. The only thing that wasnt done when my truck was re-built was head studs, as my truck is stock and stock cylinder pressures dont blow headgaskets when you take the coolant problems out of the question.The used car manager and his associate never even asked me if my truck had any work done. They went out, looked at my engine, drove my truck around the block and told me they wouldnt even make me an offer on it because it didnt have head studs. Never asked me any questions about the history of the truck or anything else.

You want the man? This guy is the man. Dealing with Josh was one of the best car buying experiences of my life. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking for. The test drive was awesome. If you buy from NWMS ask for Josh, he won’t let you down.

I originally gave this company a 2 star for a salesman that I had got who was a real jerk. But apparently two days later I found out the guy is not longer there and I got a new salesman by the name of Sam. He has gone out of his way to help me find a truck. Grant it Im not the easiest person to please so he has had a task helping me find a truck, but ultimately he has been by far extremely better then my first contact. He is very easy to deal with and talk to. And tries his best to find you what you want. Thank you Sam and Tanner for getting me threw this after my original experience.

Great experience, Jonny went the extra mile and Im really happy with the truck. Once I decided on a vehicle it took about 1.5 hrs to be driving away with it, and that was with financing which I was impressed with.

We when there to look at a truck. We were greeted by James. I told him that I wanted to look at a truck. We walked over there and it was sold. He told us to look around. He finally come out. He said that the truck sold for 78000 I told him that u can buy a new truck for that price. He rudely said there’s no way that truck sell for 90000. I said ur smoking crack! So I bought a new to for 75000 Somewhere Else. I will never go there to buy anything!!!

Overall, very quick and easy process. Only gave four stars due to the salesman saying he would get vehicle washed and filled with fuel before we leave and neither of those things got done. A simple thank you for your business gesture would have gone a long way. Otherwise, was a good experience.

As soon as I pulled up, my boyfriend and I were warmly greeted by Josh Campbell. He was casually dressed (Which is incredible, because business suits tend to intimidate me), and asked which car we were looking at. I told him which car and he quickly went inside for the keys to take it on a test drive (my last car buying experience from a DIFFERENT dealership, the sales representative judged me based on the car I drove up in and the clothes I was wearing. Josh didnt even hesitate to get me in the car I wanted). On the drive, Josh answered ALL of my questions without being pushy or condescending or rude. He was so down to earth, it was as if I were talking to a long time friend about a car. He was extremely helpful, and I knew I wanted to buy the car before we were even done with the test drive. I could tell Josh has been in the car business for a long time because he knew a ton of information about the car I wanted. After we finished the test drive, he ushered us into the building where we started our paperwork. We were then passed over to Jesse in the finance department to get me started on my loan and finish paperwork. I really appreciated the lengths both Josh and Jesse went through to get me the best rate possible. There was no need to haggle the price of the car, because it was already perfectly priced. Jesse was courteous and kind, he laughed at my jokes, made me feel as if I were the most important person in the room. And I super love the overall kindness of both of these incredible employees. I felt very valued as a customer. The whole buying experience was so smooth. I wouldnt recommend any other dealership in the Tri-Cities simply based on the staff alone! After taking my car home and realizing I wrote down the wrong mailing address for my paperwork, I was able to text James (the sales manager) and inform him of my mix up. He kindly told me that they would take care of it all and I can enjoy my car without any worry. This was important to me because it gave me the confirmation that all of the staff as well as myself are human, and it wasnt that big of a deal. Northwest Motorsport far surpasses any regular dealership!
