The salesman was nice and helpful. I was turned off by the $5,000-10,000 market adjustment that they choose to add along with some other dealers in the region. If you are willing to look online and travel though there are several Hyundai dealerships not adding this huge fee.

I tried to get a car with Dan in 2018 and he helped me get on the right track it took me two years to get it all worked out so I contacted Dan and I left outta of this place with a 2017 Passat Hyundai and I love my car it was worth the wait.. this place is amazing and very friendly and they go all the way for you I highly recommend them to anyone!! ♥️
As with most dealerships. Very few new cars, just 3 today to see. Good variety of preowned vehicles with high price tags as I have been reading about. All salespeople were friendly and helpful.
Do not buy a vehicle from this place. We did and it was a huge mistake. They lied from the start. The tire sensor was faulty and they blamed it on air pressure. They said all the tires and wheels were new. After driving an hour there and back 4 days in a row they finally had the sensors installed that weren’t even there to start with. They said they’d fill the gas tank but only gave us half. There were nice rubber floor mats in the truck when we test drove it and they took them out when they cleaned and inspected it. We didn’t even drive 500 miles before we had the check engine light come on and two of the spark plugs were cracked. These spark plugs have a class action lawsuit on them and they never replaced them. This company is a joke. Completely dishonest and untrustworthy.

Very fair and nice service department. Helped me out with my taillight as I was passing through town and I came back and had my oil changed and will be going back for maintenance on my Hyundai or when there is any issues. I feel that I can trust them which is so unusual for a car dealership. Great people!

The service department seems fairly disorganized. I’ve been here two times in the past week, once for scheduled maintenance and again for a problem that was found during the maintenance. On the first visit they said the first oil change was free. A couple days later they called and said I needed to pay for it because they made a mistake and thought I had bought the car from them. That’s fine, honest mistakes happen. But at the second visit, just a couple days later, a 1.3 hour appointment turned into a 4 hour appointment due to not having the needed parts, despite saying they had them when setting up the appointment. They didn’t inform me of the delay until I had been there for 2.3 hours and I asked what the hold up was. Overall very disappointed in my experiences here. I will likely not be returning except for warranty/recall issues.

Worst experience ever, will never do business there. Was looking at the new Hyundai Palisade that they had advertised on their web site at 49,000 and change, then the owner decided to raise the price another 10,000 which I believe is illegal, so went and bought the new 2021 jeep grand cherokee L limited instead. Would never recommend this place

Let me test drive the car to decide if it was truly the one. Honestly the first sales person I have had that didnt treat me less than because I am a woman. The manager, Chris Penny, gave me a great deal on the car and an amazing price on my trade in! Jesus Ochoa did my financing and he was very low pressure and great to work with. The whole team is very nice and helpful. I had to take my car into the shop a few days later because my tire pressure was low. The service department was amazing. Turns out I had picked up a screw in my tire. They patched the tire and sent me on my way at no charge. Truly an amazing company!! Anyone looking for a new or preowned car go see Jorge at Speck!!
I never write reviews, but I felt like this place was well deserving of one. Mike Marchese in the service department is PHENOMENAL. My car was in the shop for nearly a month and had to have a pretty extreme amount of work done. I live out of state, and Mike sent me emails almost daily to update on the status of the repairs. The engine on the car had to be replaced, and Mike went so far out of his way to assist my family with making sure the service was covered under warranty. Based off of his communication, he double and triple checked every service that was done to make sure it was correct and functioning properly. He consistently went above and beyond any expectation of a mechanic Ive ever had. I genuinely cannot recommend him enough. Thank you so much Mike, and thank you Speck Hyundai!

Never called me back regarding a hybrid car.
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership.do to the fact i was buying from out of state, i asked several questions about the vehicle. i was informed by the salesman that the vehicle in question was free from any problems,and i was purchasing a nice vehicle. they [specks] transported to my residence, and upon delivery, before it was backed off the trailer, the check engine light came on. the store was called by the transporter, and i was informed to get it checked it would be taken care of. i took it to [2] two, seperate mechanics, and both informed me it was a timing issue,[timing chain]. i was informed that the check engine light came on while they did their ispection and basically ignored it. i didnt have 5 miles on the vehicle, and was told i was responsible for the repair, and they would not help. so the bill was in excess of $2000.00, before i could even drive it. i understand the buy as is, but they were aware of the problem and still sold me the vehicle, and wouldnt help what so ever.

Bought a Veloster from these guys. Everyone is professional and courteous. Took it in for its first oil change recently without making an appointment and they still took care of me. They also did a quick multi point inspection to ensure it was up to par. Great service!
Our service tech was on top of our service, we took two Santa Fe Sport suvs in for service and he kept us informed every so often to let us know what they were doing and how long it would take. Checked back with us several times to make sure we were comfortable and did not need anything.The Tech was Brian he was super nice and very helpful. Great customer service.

Review of the recommendations from the service dept far exceeded the scheduled maintenance for my car. Car only has 17000 miles and is driven in a normal manner. Very unhappy with the recommendations that far exceed what was needed. Felt like they sell services not needed or recommended by Hyundai. Long story but I would definately double check another dealer before agreeing to services that are costly and not needed. Brian was the service tech who assisted me.
I like the fact that I got my car here. I was amazed at getting greeted at first and showing me around, after I got the car, my experience went down hill. The lack in communication, calling you back to schedule thing they were supposed to do in a few days not week later. Communication is important makes your customers feel important. I was there to wait for a spare key 🔑 waited an hour and a half or more didn’t offer me a shuttle or a rental. When asked for a shuttle they didn’t have one because the guy that drives the shuttle was making my key. So I was told. I had to call them to ask if my stuff was ready never heard back from them if I didn’t call them. I spoke with 3 different people to change my phone number because someone put down the wrong number. I have been very disappointed with how Hyundai lacks in customer service.And I’ve only had the car for like two weeks. Oh but they were quick to call me back when I had a family emergency and wanted to return the car in a couple days.

Well after we had this new Santa Fe car for a few months now, we have definitely have change are mines! We’re so disappointed in it for comfort, performance and gas mileage, and honestly will be going back to a ford as soon has possible. Great customer service! Ive always felt welcomed here & the employees are kind. The waiting area is nice with plenty of room. Thankfully they have a kids table that has crayons & coloring pages which is a lifesaver when you have your kiddos with you.

Worst car buying experience ever. Talked to several different people there and all but one were rude and condescending to me. They were misleading with information about the vehicle and about the price we were discussing and then blamed me for “misunderstanding.” We only continued dealing with them because we wanted a very specific vehicle and they had the only one we could find. We were coming from 4 hours away to get the vehicle which they also knew. We finally finished the deal and left, but 3 hours later the check engine light comes on and 2 of the o2 sensors are bad. I understand buying a car means “as-is”, but I can’t believe 2 parts went out as soon as we left the dealership. Called to talk to a manager about the “coincidence” of parts going bad as soon as we leave as well as the terrible attitudes we dealt with, and when the manager finally called back 2 days later it was to tell us to bring in the car from 4 hours away to clear the check engine light and if it came back on it was our problem anyway. Never acknowledged our frustrations with staff or communication. Horrible service, customers don’t matter to them. Would never return.

Id forgot to include the wheezing coming out of the right front air receptable when I made the appointment for regular service. I mentiioned it when I checked in for the regular servicing and indicated I probably should return to have this addressed, however the service dept followed through with both the new problem and the regular serving. Ive been unable since that time to use the car far enough out of town to drive 55-60 mpr to see if the wheezing is continuing (the air filter had been replaced during the servicing time. Im pleased with the departments ability to address both my regular servicing and the additional concern about the wheezing.
Ive been coming to this dealership for my oil changes on all of my cars for years! I will NOT go anywhere else!!! They are not like most places where you have to worry if your vehicle is getting tampered with! And you get a free car wash and vacuum with your purchase! They have treated me with nothing but the up most respect! I will recommend them to any one, any day! 5 stars!!
I’m disappointed with their service department. I took my car to them for repairs thinking that they were professionals and it turns out I would of been better off taking it somewhere else. I spent more money and time that I had to. LOL I’m not a mechanic and I figured out what was wrong with my car. They messed up 😡
I took my car in for work. They gave me a loaner for the day as I live 70 miles away. A part they needed for my car came in defective. They needed my car longer. I had to go home and work the next day. They let me take the loaner and BROUGHT my car to me a few days later. Excellent customer service!
