I did not want to negotiate for a car. I just wanted to go in, pay the listed price in cash and leave with a car. Should have been easy. I found the car online and emailed them that I was interested (so now I have an email from them with the price of the car). I go in in-person a few hours later at which time they have raised the price of the car by $1600 due to the market. I showed them my email showing the lower price a few hours before- but them they made me negotiate for the lower price and we had to go back and forth. Exactly what I didnt want to do. Seems super shady to me. I love my new car. But dont recommend them.

Luis hooked me up with my dream car and was super easy to work with. I talked to a couple other dealerships before going to Prestige and had multiple people emailing and texting me daily trying to make a sale and I couldn’t keep up. At Prestige I only had to talk to Luis and the process was a dream!

I was in the market for a specific truck. I did my research and prestige motors in pascal was the place i was definitely going for my truck. When I arrived I was greeted by Luis a fantastic sales representative! He was very informative and super helpful! I don’t have the best credit in the world and he helped me at every turn! Liars. That’s all I can say I went in last week and they were like oh you can do this much down and get approved by yourself. They told me get a co signer and we can definitely get it for you for this much, I left work two hours early with the money down a couple days later and they said they couldn’t help me. Worst dealership. Very shady. Do not recommend to anyone don’t waste your time.

Ari and Sam were great. Helped me out of a vehicle I wasnt happy with and got me into something more useful. They worked the trade in way better than ANY other dealer I talked to. The inventory was great. Coming from auto mechanic background I will say they do great quality checks before they sell a vehicle. My deal went so well my wife bought a car the same day. Tires on hers were older and they put a brand new set on before they delivered it an hour and a half to us at home. They did everything they said they were going to do. We are happy and would recommend others buying from Prestige!

I recently just bought a Infinity from Martin Casillas. He was a outstanding salesman. When I got to Prestige Motors there were no pushy salesman. Martin came out and introduced himself. I told Martin what I wanted to test drive he asked for a license and pulled car up and let me drive it away. Upon coming back he just asked how did I like it, no pushing at all. Therefore I asked to test drive a higher quality car he pulled up in it and just gave me keys. Upon returning all he asked was how I liked it. I told him I loved both. We ran numbers to what I wanted and they got as close as they could to match. I ran searches for both vehicles for around the country and found only 1 car on east coast that came close to matching. I bought the higher end vehicle just because he was not hassling me like most places. I will buy my next car from Martin and Prestige Motors they are a hassle free company.

Great experience when we purchased our van (April). Fast forward to June and had to come in to pickup our plates that where ready in May. I called and didnt get a callback for over an hour. So I picked up a Trip Permit ($33) so I wouldnt be stopped by the Police for having expired Temp plate. They refused to refund me the cost since they showed that they called me in May.

Went looking for an SUV and received excellent customer service from Jovanny Zarate. He was able to find the car that fits our family best.

I would give zero stars, if I could. I had an offer on my car, which I drove 150 miles to the meet an employee, who was not there. I was offered $5000 less than quoted (in writing) by the GM (I declined). Not a single employee wore a mask, inside or outside.

The staff was friendly and Martin seemed to be trying hard to handle our sale. However he didn’t appear to be very knowledgeable about procedures and paperwork.Tom had spoken to him earlier Friday morning and said we were driving from Missoula. So we would arrive in about 5 hours. This should have been ample time for them to have the truck detailed and paperwork prepped. But when we arrived they had just started prepping the truck. And then we went to the office to sign papers. Total cash sale, so shouldn’t have been very difficult. But Martin had to keep leaving the desk, I assume to question about paper work. Then he was gone for some time and later a woman came over and asked a few questions and answered some also. We arrived there about 4 pm and did not get out until about 5:30. And they knew we still had a 5 hour drive back to Missoula.Martin did come out and ask if we needed any help loading the truck on our trailer. Then he hung around and always called Tom by name.I believe he just needed more experience.
