If u want a truck or car that works dont come here they sell cars that are fix to run good for a week or two then brake down I have to put a new engine on my truck that I got here I drove it 2 weeks when the truck broke down and went to tell them about it and the manager said well u should have it inspected We wouldnt have been here

So I came into this car dealership and exspected to be treated fairly. That’s not what I got. I bought a 2001 Chevy Tahoe from them. First off, i asked them to check and see if oil was in the car and they said yes. A week later the car stopped on the freeway in pasco so I checked under the hood, checked the oil and there was NO oil !! I mean it was completely BONE DRY !!! So I walked to the nearest gas station and bought oil then walked back to my car and out the oil in it. Also, two weeks later the car stopped on me again so I had it taken to the Chevy dealer in pasco and they said, “this 2001 Chevy Tahoe should have NEVER been on the lot and it was wrong of them to sell you this car.” They ran a diagnostic and said it was going to cost 7,000 dollars to be fixed. So I brought the car back to Zion auto dealer and they took the car back and kept the 2,000 dollars I put down on the car. They also kept the 250 dollars payment i made on it. There’s people on here leaving good reviews and maybe they we’re good to them but not to me !! Two months later I Went back and talked to Manuel and he said he would give me another car but I had to wait until he got a trade in. It’s been 5 months since then. I’m totally unhappy and I feel used and taken advantage of !!

Will not recommend. Took money for a down payment and we didnt do a deal after all, dont want to give the money back. Keep saying come back tomorrow. Sales tactics are very unprofessional. Keep pressuring and pressuring you to buy something.
