We originally were looking for a Rogue, but after taking it out for a drive, decided it wasnt what we wanted. Cliff was able to locate a few Pathfinders in the area and ordered one in for us. When it arrived, it didnt have all the features we were expecting. Again, Cliff searched for, located an double-checked that it had everything we wanted. This car is perfect for us and we appreciate Cliffs helpfulness in finding our perfect car. We are so grateful that he was there to help and never made us feel bad about our high expectations for the vehicle we wanted.

My current car broke down and was in need of something reliable and I needed to find something fast. I requested more information for a certain vehicle on their site and it was submitted just as their dealership closed. I expected to be called the next day and was okay with that. But Alannah called me right away and helped me get started! I am blown away by the customer service from everyone I worked with the night I got my new car! I had been wanting to purchase a car for a couple months now. I came into Nissan not knowing if I was even eligible. I loved the fact that they gave me options when it came to different vehicles that I had mentioned I was interested in. Once the bank approved me, they also gave me options on buying or leasing. They gave me all the helpful information that I needed in order to make the best decision for me. They also helped me get quotes for my insurance which was also very helpful.
I came back because I bought my last car in 2014. Your salesperson Adrian was excellent. He exceeded my expectation. He answered all our questions and allowed us to go through both cars I was interested to purchase. I didn’t plan on buying that day but it was quick and so easy i decided to go for it. I have always purchased my cars alone but this time my husband came along. He was very impressed by your dealership. Thank you and I know we are excited and we know this experience will continue as we go forward with the the service for my new Car.
My vehicle is due for its first oil change since I purchased it it was complimentary, I arrived five minutes early was told by the customer service representative at the service department that if I needed anything to check with her and it would be about 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour and 10 minutes I checked in was told she would come and find me when it was ready. This didnt feel very welcoming but I understand that its a business and theres a lot going on. I would suggest that if a time is quoted the customer service representative comes at the end of that and says itll take a bit longer.
The Salesman Denis was great no pressure was honest went over everything left nothing out very pleased with his service. set me up with my first service and had everything ready for me and pickup ready for delivery.
Jeff was fantastic! He was informative and friendly. He even sent us a video of the specifics of the car after we left to think about it.
I did not have a good experience here. The receptionist lady was really nice, but it seems she did not write things down on a piece of paper or use a computer to record what maintenance works needed to be done. She did not go over the checklist mentioning what else needed to be replaced or fixed after the maintenance was finished. Moreover, she told me the technician was not qualified or good for brake adjustment so that work was not able to be done. I need to get my hand brake fixed since it lost its grip sometimes even if I pull it all the way up. I was kind of shocked hearing that since a well trained technician should know how to do it. I really dont know whether I want to stop by this dealership again in the future...

When I get my car in there everybody was so friendly and very helpful.... But now the fired the whole good staff everything changed...some of them are friendly but some are really rude (I have a really bad experience in there)..its so stressful be in there honestly!! I hope they open their eyes before they lose to many clients!!

In 2015 I purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima with 3 miles on it. At 85,000 miles (July 2021) it threw a judder code that Aamco told me about. I left the gal (service manager) a detailed message about my issue because it was covered up until 84,000 miles. I not only didnt get a response - Im pretty sure she ignored it. Went and bought a Honda. CVTs in those Nissans are garbage. Never again B.R. Nissan. -Peace✌🏽
Took 2 different vehicles in and it took over 8 hours to find the problem on each one on different days, and then be told they cant get the part that has a lift time warranty on it. Had to take it to another shop who found the correct problem and they called you guys back

I worked with AJ to get a new car and trade in an older versa. It was a very smooth, professional, non-rushed, no hassles approach and working with AJ was easy, he was always open, honest and if he could not answer my questions, he found out quick from another associate or the internet.
It took way to long, they had my car for over 3wks. Nissan warranty only let me have a loaner car for 1 wk. The same day I finally got my car back the gard under the car flipped down, scraping the ground. They didnt put in the bolts or clips or whatever holds it on. It makes me wonder what else they may have forgotten. Now I have to take it back in. Im not Happy with the whole experience.
The absolute easiest, and best car buying experience I have ever had! I came from out of state on a Sunday afternoon, worn down from dealing with incompetent and untrustworthy dealers all weekend, without much hope, and Bill Robertson Nissan made it happen for me. I got a vehicle that was better than I had hoped for, with a great price, and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They treated me as though I bought the most expensive car in their lot, and it was far from that. I dont often give reviews, but I woke up this morning feeling like I have to do more for the great car buying experience I had! I would say, give them a try, you WONT be disappointed!
I took my car in after my own mechanic said the issue was the transmission. 160 dollar diagnosis fee and Im sent on my way with the issue not fixed. I was told they wouldnt drive it due to the snow and I need to come get my car. Wouldnt you know it, I had to bring my car back in and have the transmission replaced.
Looks nice but took longer then I expected.
I had my oil and transmission fluid changed. It took less time than I expected. I like that they were considerate of my time.

My initial inquiry was taken seriously from the get go and never felt judged on if I “fit” their sales type. Being a young woman looking for a good reliable budget friendly car wasn’t easy. Isha was absolutely wonderful to work with. Months later I couldn’t be happier with my car.

Took our van in to have a oil change and the cd/DVD player replaced under warranty. They damaged the dash when replacing the unit. Had Zac look at the damaged done before leaving the car lot. He apologized and assured me that it would be corrected and he would order the part to fix. After a week had passed I called left a message for Zac. Zac quickly returned my call and he informed me the part was ordered and he would call when it was in. Over 4 weeks passed and no phone call. Again I called Zac left a message. Zac returned my call that same day to let me know he was trying to find out if the part had arrived and as soon as he did he call. Two weeks passed and had not heard from Zac. Again I called to check on part. I was then informed by Zac that he needed to talk to Lisa and see how they were going to handle it and he would call me back. After 2 or 3 weeks I called Nissan service department and we scheduled the repair for the damaged part on the dash to be replaced. I was told it would be fixed same day and Zac would call. We received a phone call the following afternoon from Zac. The van was not ready and they were waiting on replacement parts needed that they had broken when replacing the dash the previous day. The next afternoon we received a phone call from Zac letting us know the van was ready. The van was picked up that evening and parked in the driveway. It wasnt until 3 days later that I looked at the dash in the daytime. Then realized they had not replaced the part and more damage to the dash. The dash was now separating caused from a broken clip. I have called seven times to discuss this with Zac. I was told he was not in and they would give him the msg. I was told he was at lunch and they would give him the msg. I was told he was with a customer and would have to call me back. I expressed my frustration with it to the girl in service and she assured me she understands and would personally call me in the morning when she was standing next to Zac. No phone call. I am done trying. I will take my business elsewhere. It is not worth the headache to deal with Bill Robertson Nissan. I would not recommend this dealership.

He was prompt responding but without the pressure most car salesman give. Went in the next morning test drove them, got paperwork done went in with financing in place but they got us a better rate. Fast, fabulous service. Not done with the process. Im disabled and can only withstand a couple of hours at a time out. They took my information, and will do the paperwork and offered to bring the car and paperwork to my home tomorrow. Ill be purchasing tomorrow if the numbers work for me. Gage Sullivan was terrific.

If it wasnt for you I probably wouldve never gotten an answer. Thanks again!I have yet to recieve a call back from Justin or Kevin in regards to a maintenance contract reimbursement. ITS BEEN MONTHS this back and forth stuff is really unnecessary. The fact that Kevin let me know that the reimbursement was sent to the bank, so I check with the bank and no deposit has been made. Ive tried to reachout 3 times after that conversation!! Left voicemails and have yet to recieve an answer or call back! Very unprofessional! Nissan has been my go-to car dealership, I have referred friends and family with successful purchases. very sad that I cant get at least a call back to know the truth about whats going to happen with that money! Take your business somewhere else these people are a joke!
I had light bulbs replaced and new front wipers by the mechanics as I would have broken the lenses trying to get to the bulbs. Also some overdue cabin filter replacement and headlight lens restoration. Plus the oil change... The difference is AMAZING. I can actually see the road on dark and rainy nights!

I am so in awe!!!!! I took my nasty ‘farm truck’ (Ram 2500) for a detail and they made it look NEW!!!!! It was gross!!! I’m telling you, it was bad! I will ALWAYS use Bill Robertson for my service needs..... and in addition, we have bought several vehicles from them. Their sales staff is fantastic....... BUT AFTER THE SALE!...... SERIOUS PEOPLE, these guys after the sale is second to none!!! Even with a vehicle that they DIDNT SELL.... they took care of it like it belonged to them!!!! Props to the detail crew! If I could give them a million dollars each I would! They came to look at my vehicle with me..... I brought my car in for repairs to the hatch back because it would not open. When I arrived the person there could not get up out of her seat to greet me which has occurred every time I have arrived for some type of service. After waiting at my car for several minutes, she finally said hello from her desk, not even looking up. I was somewhat surprised because Zack always greets me and checks me in at my car. Then, to make matters even more uncomfortable she started to argue with me about why my tire light was on. This was 7:15 in the morning and no one was there, so I am confused to why she was conventional at this time in the morning. However, once Shane arrived and gave me a call about my car, I was once again restored with the same respectful treatment as I have so many times before. I really appreciate Zack and Shanes customer serves.
Two star because if you want something absolutely basic done they can help with that but if you start to get into technical things about nissans then they have no idea.

For the first time in a very long time, I felt like I was provided honest service from a dealer. The communication and professionalism from the service tech (Zach) was exceptional. My car was repaired under warranty in exactly the time they said it would. So far the repair (transmission judder) appears to be resolved.
From the moment I drove onto the lot to the time I drove off the lot, I was treated with kindness, respect and professionalism. I appreciate everyone in the service department. Youre all the best!
I’m currently deployed overseas. Before leaving my wife wanted to purchase a vehicle that was reliable and safe for us since she would have to drive our newborn around. Well that didn’t go as planned. She was unable to use the vehicle since recalls on the vehicle prevented her from using it. Recalls that had been in place for almost 2 years. You would think they would inform some one expecting a baby and who’s husband was deployed. I wonder if this may be a standard practice? I would discourage anyone who is deploying, or expecting a baby from buying a vehicle from this dealership.

He wasnt too pushy like a lot of car salesmen. Jesse assisted with the negotiations, and was very kind and cool to talk to. He had a very realistic, but relaxed approach to me which was great. Lastly, Will (The Sales Manager I believe) was great to talk to and work with as well. Although I wasnt given the ultimate sales price that I wanted, he handled himself with professionalism and poise. He treated me with respect and great to talk to also. Their shuttle service is amazing!!! I sadly didn’t get the drivers name but he was the sweetest guy with an awesome sense of humor. You guys couldn’t have hired a more outgoing person to run the shuttle. I took my car in because it had 2 recalls on the airbags and I was told it would take 3 hours, I was dropped off at an appointment and sat there for an extra 2 hours waiting for a call that my car was done but I wasn’t receiving one. So I decided to call bill Robertson and asked about my car situation and after a series of transfers I was told it would take an extra 4 hours. I took my car at 8am and was originally told it was going to be done at 11am and changed to 3pm. I was frustrated but the shuttle service seriously made up for it. They picked me back up from my appointment and the driver got off to tell me he has arrived and even opened the car door for me. He dropped me off at home and with no hesitation let me know he would be willing to pick me up when my car is done. Thank you for the shuttle service, such a great addition. And to top it off my car was vacuumed and washed, defiantly made up for the wait

I work a lot with Zach in service and they is amazing. He keeps me updated on my cars via email and calls me if theres something important we need to discuss. Sales manager should be more professional when troubleshooting issues with potential clients. I was shocked at how a family member was treated considering car sales is ALL ABOUT customer service. You dont only lose one potential client when you treat people this way. You lose many.

The salesman was very nice. Unfortunately the rig we were interested in was pretty beat up. Then the mechanic tried to say the transfer case noise was ok, but to not make sharp turns. I would go back here and will definitely do my own inspection!
