I may not have found the vehicle I wanted here (my schedule presently makes it prohibitavely difficult to make it to the lot before vehicles I am interested in are sold), however the sales team at Corwin Ford did an excellent job communicating with me the entire time, Emma was incredibly helpful and patient, and I regret not being able to make the trek from Moses Lake to check out the wonderful trucks I was looking at on their lot. When I am finally able to make my way out there, I hope to be able to have them help me find the perfect truck

Whats really amazing about their service (service campaigns for my 2017 Explorer) is the fact that I purchased the SUV used from another dealership in the Tri--Cities. TJ Tolliver is OUTSTANDING! I was coming from Seattle to the Tri Cities (3.5hr drive) and we were able to work out every detail over the phone. A professional at every turn. Would recommend Corwin Ford if in the market! Plus what makes Corwin Ford Amazing is they didnt have their Vehicles marked up over MSRP. Straight forward transaction with no BS. 100% would buy from TJ and Corwin again.
An update as obviously I am still upset with the service from Corwin Ford as well as some advise for people looking to order a truck. As I told the sales manager when I spoke with him I had found another dealer out of state that was offering 2% under invoice but I hadn’t gone with them because I had already had an agreement with Matt that I was happy with. I also had not tried to renegotiate the Corwin price because again we had an agreement even though it would have saved me $1300. After Corwin would not honor their agreement I ordered my truck through the other dealer. I received a signed purchase order and got an email from Ford stating that my order was received the same day. Something that Corwin didn’t do for almost 1 month. I also just received $3000 promo from Ford so now I’m almost $8000 less then the price Corwin tried to jack me with. Bottom line is shop around, it’s worth it……Unfortunately I am forced to give a star. Im sorry this review is a little long. The bottom line up front is I received horrendous customer service and I would not recommend Corwin Ford to anyone. They did the stereotypical bait and switch with prices.A little over three weeks ago I called asking about Ford Super Duty trucks. Admittedly the first phone call with Matt F. was very pleasant and informative. I decided to custom build and order a 2022 Super Duty through Corwin. I emailed Matt my build sheet and asked him to verify he received it. I didnt hear back from him so after a week I called. He told me he asked someone to send me the invoice build sheet and they didnt so he was going to send it to me himself. I reviewed it, we agreed on a price, I initialed and signed it then sent it back. I also asked him to send me paperwork verifying the price because I had heard stories about dealers changing the prices once the vehicles arrive. He said he would and he also said I would need to place a deposit which I was willing to do. I again didnt hear back from him so after over a week I called again. After not returning my calls I kept calling and eventually got him on the phone. He told me he would send me paperwork with the agreed upon price and that he would have someone from finance call me to take the deposit. Shockingly no one called so after another day I called and spoke with manager. He looked into things and told me that he spoke with the sales manager who worked with Matt F. on my truck and the price was actually $2000 more then we agreed upon. After a long discussion about what occurred I told him it was unacceptable and I expected the agreed upon price to be honored. He told me he could not authorize that price and would need to discuss it with someone else. After seven hours he called and told me Corwin would not honor the price their salesman agreed to.
My salesperson, Stephen Huang, was fabulous to deal with. He found me the vehicle I wanted when it wasnt even listed on the lot yet! He made the process easy and painless, not pushy and very informative. There really is nothing he could have done better! That being said, Ive given them 4 stars rather than 5 simply because the process did take a long time. I did two test drives and was at the dealership from 12:45 until after 5pm. So, they could have done a little better if theyd just told me to leave and call me when the paperwork was done. Im VERY happy with my Ford Explorer ST and if youre looking to buy, I definitely recommend working with Stephen.
I recently purchased a 2021 f150 and a 2021 bronco from Corwin. The sales experience is as good as it gets. Tanner Davis, Stephen Huang and Marcos in the sales department made my purchases enjoyable as they were stress free. These guys are the best in the business. I would recommend Corwin to anyone and would further say that Ford has a great group of people representing them at Corwin. Im very impressed.
This was my first oil change of my new car. I was emailed saying it was time to change my oil. I called and made an appointment. The date was reasonable, not a long wait. I arrived at 2:30, a little early, but not a problem. The service was quick, great and wonderful group of people that worked on my car. They did the oil change, rotated my tires, refilled(topped off) my fluids, changed the filters, checked and put air in my tires and a few other things + washed my car. They did all that in 33 minutes and I was on my way. I love everyone at Corwin Ford. My only go to dealership!!
I just purchased an Explorer ST from Corwin and the process was very smooth. My salesperson Emma was great and made the whole process really easy. Im really happy with the car and happy with the buying experience.
We recently bought a 2019 Ford Expedition Platinum from Emma Harvey at Corwin. Emma was a consummate professional from negotiation to delivery - well beyond her young age. Emma picked me up at the airport in our freshly-washed, sparkling Expedition with a warm CONGRATULATIONS! and a big smile on her face. We were able to complete most of the paperwork in advance, so the visit to the showroom was uncomplicated and consisted mostly of her showing me all the bells and whistles in the car. Amazingly, Emma knew every function of the car and was able to answer all my questions without a pause. I drove away feeling like she gave me a fair deal and treated me like a king. I would recommend Corwin and Emma Harvey to anyone looking for a good car, a good price, and great customer service!
This was originally a 1 star review.But Corwin went out of their way to make it right.I drove 4 hours to buy a car, but due to an oversight, they hadn’t done the inspection yet, and couldn’t send me out with the car.I drove home quite miffed.However the next day they called me to make it right.Ended up delivering the car for free and offering some other perks.I was impressed by their desire to make it right and their follow through
Quick Lanes is a great experience. They are easy to communicate with and they are very thorough. I like that they have a check list that they give you of not just what they have done, but what will need to be done in the near future.
Had appt scheduled 7:45 am for an oil change,a recall for an ecm update and a check engine light concerning a def tank heater issue. Oil change was not done but the recall issue and the def heater were completed. Was told def fluid was topped off when the def heater tank was replaced, but it wasn’t. The Service writer Michael was very helpful but I probably won’t go back again.
I was in the market for a new car and dropped into Corwin. Found a car we really liked for a fair price. Will was a great sales person. He was knowledgeable about their stock and did not pressure me or push me towards any specific car. I was happy enough with the experience I ended up buying 2 cars. Corwin is a classy outfit that does business the right way. Certainly would recommend to others.

I bought this truck online. I was told the vehicle would be clean up before it shipped. They never told me that the vehicle was own by a smoker. There service department should have at the very least use a ozone generator on it .Didn’t happen. Also truck was brought from Washington to Texas in an open car trailer it was filthy when it got here did not receive temporary plates.
Recently bought a new to me old beater and Emma Harvey helped me throughout the entire process. She was honest and straightforward. Didn’t over sell it and understood what I was after. They made buying a used car a very easy and relaxing experience. The sales floor was spacious clean and comfortable, clean, and comfortable. The finance department went above and beyond to get me a better interest rate than my bank wanted to give me, and they have done everything they can to make sure Im completely satisfied with my choice. At no point did I feel pressured or unwelcome. Hopefully I dont have a need to come back for many years to come, but I absolutely will make them my first stop if I ever have a need for another vehicle and wholeheartedly recommend them.
I am very impressed with the service I got from Corwin Ford. I came in for an oil change and got a 5 star service. They inspected my vehicle, rotated my tires which I didnt expect and even washed my car ( also didnt expect) I was so surprised. Never have I ever gotten a service like this for an oil change. They even have a printed report for everything they did and inspected. They didnt hassle me or suggested unnecessary works even when I asked if my car needs anything done. I dont know a lot about cars and they couldve easily said a thing or two and I wouldve said okay but they didnt take advantage of me. Im very happy with them. This will be my go to carservices from now on. I highly recommend. Also Ididnt wait long for it to get done. Fast, high quality service. The staffs are also nice. Thank you everyone.

This was an out of state purchase that they delivered to me. The beginning of the transaction went great and I feel I paid a fair price for the vehicle. The problem came after they got my deposit on the vehicle. After getting my deposit I went on the back burner. At this point it became very difficult to even get them to call or text me back. It was month end and they were too busy trying to get additional sales on the books to finish helping me. It took them a full week just to email me the paperwork to sign. Then, because it took them so long to get me anything, even though I overnighted out the remainder of the funds to them on a Thursday, they were not able to send the truck until the following Tuesday... even though they told me the whole time that they had it all set up in advance and would send the truck off as soon as they got my funds. A very disappointing way to display customer service.
Good experience, a little difficult in getting any apointment but understanding that they are busy. Quicklane folks kept in contact with me and found additional things on my truck that also required attention. Thank you for all the hard work.

The reason for the service visit was because if a Ford Motor Company recall. The service was done in a timely manner. The service representative, Mark, made accommodations because I had traveled some fifty miles and needed to await completion of the airbag issue. He coordinated efforts for that. The experience in the waiting area was good. It was extremely comfortable; precautions regarding Covid were apparent in seating and signage.
We wanted to get a truck and wanted to keep the price down. Josh Keller was referred to us by a friend and so we made an appointment with him. We test drove one truck and then said let us think about it. No pressure. We went back a week later and after talking with Josh decided to test a F150. We love that truck but it had a lot of extras we didnt want and missing things we did want. So we sat down with Josh Keller and he helped us order the truck we wanted. It took 3 months of waiting but we now have a brand new F150 the color and all the extras we wanted in our truck. Josh made it simple and called us as soon as it arrived. Although I had an appointment the sign in wait time was long. I was the only person waiting but the counter folks had other activities that apparently were more important than acknowledging me or signing me in. Good news was that my truck was serviced quickly (about an hour) and was washed and waiting for me when I came to pick it up. Four stars, would have been five if someone had bothered to notice me while I was waiting to sign in.
I was told “all the fluids under the hood were topped off” but found my windshield washer fluid and my power steering fluid both quite low after inspecting them myself after picking up the vehicle.Engine Oil life was reset on the cluster which was nice.

I traded my F150 in on the Bronco Sport here with Brenden Bender. They didn’t give me the trade in value I expected and it was a lot lower than a few other car sales places and KBB trade in value. I looked at a bronco in Boise at the Corwin Ford there and they gave my a trade in value $2,000 higher!! They included some rubber floor mats to try and compensate the loss, but I could have easily bought those with the 2 extra grand. I was a little disappointed with that but they were the only place around with the exact bronco I wanted, so I took the loss. Brendan was very nice and tried his best to make this right. I’m very happy with my purchase!

My truck unexpectedly lost power while I was hauling my toy hauler to the Olympic Peninsula from Boise with my wife and son. This is likely our last RV trip before he ships off to the Navy. I scanned the computer for codes but knew only a good Ford technician could determine the cause for sure and what I thought it was required special tools anyway. Limping along we called all over the area trying to explain our situation and see if anyone could squeeze us in. Almost everyone was quick to say there was no way until I spoke with Jere at Corwin. Their service schedule was jammed too but Jere empathized and advocated for us to management who let a technician diagnose it and schedule a repair. Jere called me the next morning to update us giving us hope our trip might soon continue. I really cant thank Jere, the technician, and Corwin leadership enough for going above and beyond for us!

My husband was looking for good deals on trucks for what seemed forever. Saw some on Corwins site and reached out to Devon, gave him the range and what specs we needed and were looking for. Service is great albeiton the expensive side.2019 for flex limited.1 oil change and a cabin air filter replacement came to 150 bucks.When I dropped the vehicle off, I was asked if I want a car wash and said yes.Driving the vehicle home I noticed bugs still on the windshield.Granted it was several days that my car was at the dealership but if it was washed the bugs should have still been cleaned off.
This was my first time using the quick lane, or getting any service done for that matter. I am very pleased. I arrived for my appointment a little early and they took me in right away. They were very fast and answered all of my question (new truck owner). Great experience!

I needed to buy a dependable used car and found a very nice used Volvo at a great price. My salesman, Daniel Medina worked hard to get me good financing and the additional services I wanted with no pressure buying experience. He even delivered my Volvo to me in person. First off I’d like to say I’m a Chevy guy! But the experience I had at Corwin Ford was amazing! I bought a 2018 Ford Fusion SE hybrid for commuting to and from work. Matt Frankenfield is not your normal sales rep, he went out of his way to point out any issues that they needed to address on the car before we take it off the lot. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and has a lot of experience across all manufacturers out there. If you are looking for a good honest car sales rep Matt is the one to go see!

Bought a Dodge Charger from them. Atmosphere was nice, and they got a good deal through a bank,but first time buyers beware. They’re quite pushy with their warranties. Also, they did a terrible brake job on the car before they sold it. Put brand new brakes, but left the old rotors on. Now I’m left having to replace all the rotors and brakes out of pocket, as the car makes a horrible squeaking sound. Check your car thoroughly when purchasing from this place.
Was treated very kindly by Laura the sales lady. Love my new car. It’s a 2019 Ford fusion champagne color and I named her Bubbles. It has all the bells and whistle’s in it. Which is hard for me to understand. I will have to go back to Laura and have her go through it with me again. She’s such a sweet girl. All in all I am greatly satisfied with what I’ve got. A professional acquaintance of ours recommended we talk to Josh Keller concerning purchasing a new pickup. Josh was very helpful in answering questions and providing information. We took about one month making our decision, which involved considering 3 different classes of Ford pickups. During this time Josh was very patient and didnt put any pressure on us. He then helped us in placing an order for a pickup with the features we wanted.

I spent a lot of time looking for vehicles at a lot of different dealerships. While I had some positive experiences at other places they didn’t also have the car I was looking for. The nice think about Corwin Ford is that there was always new vehicles to look at if what they had that day wasn’t what I was looking for so that eventually I found exactly what I wanted.

Tough time to try to find a new truck with the COVID backlog. Thankfully I crossed paths with Sam at Corwin Ford. Sam worked really hard to find us the perfect truck, but also to get us into the truck quickly and very painlessly.Sam has followed up with us since we drove off the lot in our pretty new truck and has made sure to address every single thing we could expect to see (connecting to apps that will benefit us, etc.) The dealership was great, but Sam was the one who made the experience a 10 out of 10 for us.

I regret I bought a car from this dealer!!They sold me a brand new car but it’s used. 650 miles on it, i bought the whole insurance and warranty extensions but i’m stuck with a broken Ford Explorer!!!!I can’t even get a service day in the near future!!!They are not helping on anything since the day i signed the contract.Its 2021 ford explorer st and turbo does not work . Also engine has problems .I will have to take it to an other city service probably .They tell you all the lies till they sell the car and then, your are with your own…
