I was pressured into making a deal on a car. I am a disabled vet and my mind doesnt always work fast enough for me to process things. Two days later I realized that we would be putting ourselves in more debt and it would be a big strain on our financial situation if we were to keep the car. I called and asked to cancel the deal and take my car back. They told me they could cancel it, but they wont. Even after I explained that this would put my family in a hard financial position. They have not even finalized the loan yet and were unable to tell me what bank I would even have my loan through. I asked to cancel it before it has even been finalized and they wouldnt do it. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!! They care more about their own profit than youre well being. Take youre business elsewhere!!

Quality cars paint falling off after 1 year only ran 20000 miles i wonder if all of their cars on the lot are like this. no one from their paint department has stepped up not even management how do you expect people to come back when their cars structure integrity is compromised by using bondo and one coat of paint and clear

They signed paperwork agreeing to make repairs on the vehicle. (Repair windshield damage) After purchase they wont return calls, wont uphold their agreement to the repairs despite us having documentation. Will not recommend, will not be doing repeat business here.

I bought a Ford F-350 from West Coast. Turns out they sold it to me with a loose bolt that was dropped in the engine. What a surprise to find! It cost me $2,875 to fix the damages. I talked to Pat and explained what had happened, and he denied any fault and would not help cover any of the damages. I had only put 2,000 miles on this truck before finding this. If I could give west coast 0 stars, I absolutely would. Pat needs to own up to the mistake, cause now you’ve lost a customer and got a bad review. So bad for business, Pat. What a shame. I will never recommend anyone buy a vehicle from here.

I don’t usually review businesses but since my experience was stellar I felt obligated to share with others. I bought a lightly used 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan from West Coast Auto Dealers this past May. Recently I started having problems with my front rotors. Since my current warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, I was bummed to think I’d have to put money into a relatively new car. When I called and spoke with the service Manager, Matt, he was very accommodating. He was understanding of how frustrated I was since I recently purchased the vehicle. After going over my current situation, Matt said that he would fix my rotors free of charge out of good faith. I really appreciated this, and I’m so thankful I bought my vehicle from a company that truly values their customers. I would highly recommend others who are looking for a newer vehicle or if you need a shop to get service done on your current one, to go here!!!

We drove 1 1/2 hrs to look at a couple cars, we had an appt. The salesman didnt bother to show up for the appt & he failed to tell me that the cars I was driving to look at both sold the night before.I would not recommend this car lot & they just bought a new lot in Walla Walla. Beware

We had an excellent experience working with Ruben and his team at West Coast Auto. We were able to do the majority of the deal over the phone. He assisted in arranging an independent inspection as well as anything else we needed. Would definitely shop there again.

I worked with Mr Riley and he was very helpful. He knew what he was talking about. He was not pushy and he was willing to look into what we needed and were able to do before even looking at cars. He had us think about it over night before signing anything. And then did everything in his power with his boss to get us what we needed for the best price, overall and monthly. We will be going back to him and the other people at this company when we need another car.

When it comes to professionalism and courtesy look no further. This is the place. I spoke with an employee named Darrin and he was very kind and persuasive. He was well educated and kind with his words. I dont know much about them, so it was great having him to talk about the options. Great staff and great service will bring my business back to town!

We had the truck picked out walked out to it and took it for a test drive. Right then my husband was in Love and when we got back we said lets do it. Filled out all the paperwork and ran the deal. WORST PLACE EVER - funny how all the reviews are 1 or 5 stars. Hmm I wonder if the 5 stars could possibly be from fake accounts. Dishonest is a understatement. Issue after issue and the worst part is they didn’t care at all. Wouldn’t even return the first few calls. If you read this and still choose to buy a car their then it’s on you. Even if it’s a so called deal you will probably regret it. Do your self a favor and buy from a reputable company the majority are good people .

Salesman was nice. The car price changed when I walked on the lot. It was also dirty and a lot of the options either didnt work or were not as advertised. I didnt even make an offer.

Nero, Mike and Victor got us into a car we didn’t think we’d be able to get into. It didn’t feel like we were in a car dealership. Smooth, friendly and quick process. We’re definitely coming back when it’s time to upgrade our other vehicle. Great place, great management, great financial and great salesmen. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy certified used.

Poor pricing, poor inventory. But most of all look forward to pushy arrogant salesmen. Was initially greeted by a new hire( we’ll call him salesman A), very nice gentleman. We made it clear immediately that we had little interest in purchasing that day, and were looking for a few specific makes and models, and. That we were just there to check out inventory and prices. After browsing the lot with salesman A and not finding what we were looking for, he politely offered to bring us inside to look at the inventory of the other stores, to which we agreed. This is when salesman B, a five year veteran of the store, entered the situation. Immediately began trying to collect drivers licenses and social security numbers to “just see what we can qualify for right now” then starts trying to get us to test drive a vehicle we had no interest in purchasing. Was one of the most belittling, aggressive salesmen I have ever met (coming from someone whom grew up in the industry). Until I matched his tone and firmly told him to back off. Next thing you know he’s our buddy, on our side, just wants to help. Every car salesmen stereotype you can think of came out of his mouth at least twice. After thanking salesmen A and making it clear to salesmen B that he killed any chance of earning our business, we spoke to the manager on the way out, simply to complement the Monte Carlo he was driving, my compliment and smiling face was meant with a look of disgust and disapproval, he barely said 6 words to me and they were not pleasant. All in all, exactly what you would expect from a pot-lot like West Coast, they can dress themselves up as much as they like, they are still, and will likely always be, a junkyard scam, no better than the lots you find lining Columbia Drive, just bigger. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE

And after telling me that the vehicle I could get instead was in Walla Walla, and never called back until the next day, I lost a day’s wages for the day the salesman told me to come sign paperwork. My credit score took a major nose dive, after they ran report after report with several lenders. I am glad the deal didn’t work out. I will never consider this place again

Be careful here!.... This place “seems” like a willing to work with you kind of car dealership. But they repeatedly told us that profit was their goal...all the while trying to match us with the perfect car to trade for ours. Once we found the car we wanted to take a look at, problems and “miscommunication” started popping up so they said... who knows???? But not once did we receive a call back from even the manager who promised to do this one thing. Just a warning... cheap cars, and loads of problems... you get what you pay for or more.

I was very happy with the service at west coast. I bought my first car here and they did everything they could to make it an easy experience. Was very pleased and would recommend others to shop here as well.

I thought everything was great and the staff was super friendly but unfortunately thats how they treat you until you have questions or problems. The worst costumer service Ive ever had!! I called to ask about some tickets that were promised to each person that bought a car in June, and when I called the first 2 times I was put on hold then hung up on. Luckily my third call I got some help... I hope... Im still waiting on a call back. Another reason why I say bad customer service is my girlfriend bought a car too and there was a HUGE misunderstanding on the terms of the contract. When we went in to talk to the finance manager right off the bat he blamed everything on us and got very defensive. So we had the same talk with the store GM and received the same treatment. Not only that when we finally got him to listen to us and presented the check they were after he calmed down of course and promised us he would personally supply us with some information on a warranty return we were supposed to get. Since that day we have called multiple times, different times of the day and no return phone call. It feels like we are completely being avoided. THIS IS NOT THE KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WANT ESPECIALLY WHEN BUYING YOUR FIRST CAR!!!!!!! Come on West Coast really!

I was told the vehicle I was purchasing was all wheel drive, I was repeatedly told this by two different agents there....mechanic advised it was front wheel drive. We had to email the dealership our paperwork SIX TIMES, I then had to take time off work to physically bring in the paperwork they never received (even though they confirmed all six times, with three different agents, that our emails with the same paperwork were received). Eventually their home office called for the SAME paperwork, we sent it again (8th time) and it was resolved. Their issues almost resulted in my auto loan being revoked. I will never purchase another vehicle from this company and I’ve discouraged others from shopping there as well. The lack of communication between employees there is absolutely ridiculous and negatively impacts their clients. A week after we purchased the vehicle, I had to get the oil changed, replace two tires, and repair the windshield that had a small chip in it that turned into a massive crack once we got it home from the dealership (had we known about it at the point of purchase, we would have picked a different vehicle!)

We had a rough start after being a vehicle from West Coast, and found that is had a serious electrical issue. It went into their service shop for almost 4 months before even our local Ford dealership said it would be a complete wiring harness, and there is no promises that would fix the issue. We got passed around a few times, but the folks at the Kennewick store managed to get is taken care of. Traded our car back in and purchased a beautiful Outlander and the wife loves it.

These clowns want a credit application before you’re allowed on a test drive like maybe you’re some loser who can’t write the check and you’re just joy riding. Pathetic and unprofessional, I have purchased a lot of cars through the years and these amateurs along with their manager have no idea what their doing. Here’s a tip, don’t shuffle a potential buyer between multiple sales people like they’ve got something better to do and never assume somebody took the time out of their day to visit your store without planning on buying a car. You never know who you’re dealing with, I will gladly spend my money somewhere that’s staffed by professionals. Amateur hour over in Pasco at West Coast Auto.
