Tim was great. Not only does this laptop I have work 10x faster than I thought it could, but he was courteous, very fair in his pricing, communicative, as well as patient with me and my lack of understanding. I will definitely be seeing him for any future needs.

I dont write many reviews but I just had to with this company. I did my research before choosing him as I am new to Oswego and didnt have anyone to refer me. This guy was super organized, professional and knows his stuff. He has very reasonable prices and was able to finish my repair faster than anticipated. I would recommend him anytime!
