Im completely unsatisfied by the service of cricket, particularly this retailer. I visited this place to overcome an extremely simple challenge, which the online customer support couldnt resolve and ordered me to go to the retailer, claiming that theyre the only place to resolve it. However, I found more problems inside the retailer (I eventually had to cancel my contract and lose the number, to which I receive all calls and messages or services). Ive not even been listened to. Im disappointed and will never subscribe to their service again (which is bad anyway).Apart from the non-professional way of handling my case, Ive also been unfairly treated (as just one example, what would you call it when Im being served, no one else in the store, and the employees cell rings and she answers AND talk for minutes in a personal matter? Am I that much negligible? As a professor at SUNY Oswego, I have a trusted word of mouth, so lets see if that one negligible customer makes a difference!).Maybe the owners of this place think when they hire cheap employees they save money... on the contrary, they lose money AND their business, as they lose customers [its a simple customer churn rule, if they know what this mean]).

Best and cheapest rate for a cellphone. With ATnT why spend more if you get the same coverage. Its not like Metro PCS! By far the worse way to get screwed out of your cash. By experience, l have learned that!! It was the worst, horrible service Ever..
