Spent nearly 200 for a screen repair and got a phone with a new screen and no speaker mesh so now if I use max volume they crackle. After calling to make sure a tech was in and get confirmation that one was there I go just to be told the tech was gone and I had to come back the next day (this being my third trip back to the store over the past couple of days) I decided I have had enough road trips for the week and decided to just not bother anymore. The people were nice but not worth the time or gas money for me.

I could not be happier. The entire process took maybe 15 min to replace my screen. The price was a solid value. I went to the apple store first. The price was double and the service was demeaning. I told them what they can do with there apple.At the Oswego phones R fixed. All the work was done in front of me. The conversation reminded me of an old fashion repair man that came to your home. You can tell he cared about his craft. And the customers who trusted him.I can not be happier. And I will take all my repairs to this great shop. And recommend him to all the people i see in my family medical practice.

I went in with a cracked LG Wing screen. They ordered the new screen which arrived the following day. Drove over and watched as they repaired my phone. Very great service, nice people, and a great vibe. They really know what they are doing. Fixed my screen for less then what LG or Verizon quoted me. Will be going back again if I ever need other phone related repairs. Verizon and LG servicr(2-3 week waiting period for phone back from mail) plus more expensive repair < Phones R Fixed (2 day repair) and less expensive

I talked with the shop on the phone and they were very knowledgeable and seem like the real deal. They will fix your phone fast but the parts may need to be overnighted in some cases. They seem very professional

Super friendly on the phone however the person I spoke to said they were ordering a phone case for me to call on Monday to see if came in I did call Monday left a couple messages now 10 days later calls still havent been returned what a disappointment 😑Update to my situationI received my phone case Im very satisfied with it I couldnt make it to pick it up yes so the owner delivered it to my house!! I came to Phones R Fixed to get the screen replaced in my iPhone 11. I received my phone back, minutes after leaving the store I realized I got it back with the left side of my screen not working. I called the store and the guy was very professional and apologetic. He had me bring the phone back at my earliest convenience and he would fix it again for free. I brought it back the following Monday, and the guy replaced my screen within minutes. My phone now works perfectly, I highly suggest this business.

These guys rock!!! They were able to make my phone work with a different screen but didnt stop there. After a couple hours, they ended up finding my phone just needed a really really really really good cleaning. Im doing what I do I get into some dirty places so it totally made sense. They couldve sold me a screen for 90+ dollars instead they were honest and hard-working and only charge me a minimal fee to go through my phone very thoroughly. If your phones broke you need to go to them!!!!

Excellent customer service, I came in with a broken camera lens cover and other issues the owner worked hard to make sure that the camera and lens cover were back in working order. I would highly recommend this place for service issues in the future.

I dont usually do reviews. However, Ive given more than enough patience and have lost a lot over this transaction.I brought my Google Pixel 3xl to this place to get my screen fixed. He said yah sure no problem it will only take a couple of days. When making sure I was giving him the correct Pixel model for my phone. He stated that the screen cost to him was a bit more expensive and if he ordered it I was for sure going to come back was his question? I assured him I would and to set his mind at ease I paid for my transaction in full upfront of $280. A few days went by the screen was apparently on backorder he couldnt get it anywhere. In the meantime of not having my phone I was also in the middle of a huge career change and had a few opportunities. Only thinking I would be without a phone for a couple days I figured no big deal. He then orders the wrong screen, so again I wait. 3 weeks I went without my phone. In that 3 weeks I lost income and job opportunities. I was nice and tried to be understanding yet still frustrated. When I did go pick it up. It wasnt even fixed properly. I have LED lines running through the middle of my phone. Half the screen doesnt work and my speaker is completely blown. He stated he didnt get the right screen and as soon as it was available he would call me and fix it for free. After about a month I called and inquired and he says yeah, I can order the screen now To my reply and how long have you been able to order it He stated just a couple days. He said he would call me once it came in. Well its now 2 weeks later and I have yet to receive a phone call. $280 for what exactly? I should have just bought a phone outright at this point. Ive lost so much money and business offers because of this and now that I work for Paychex I travel, I web conference I do remote calls and my phone is a must and I cant perform my duties with what he left me with. So Here IAM having to purchase a phone outright.

Broke the back glass camera the guy fixed it perfectly but since the camera lens was exposed there was lent particles on the lens tried to go back to see if he would fix it but he said he wouldnt. Now I will forever have lent in my back camera, highly upset since I spent $800 on a phone because of the camera now my pictures arent coming out as clear as before. Wouldnt go back.

My wife paid up front for a new screen on her iPhone 8+ and it took three weeks to get it put on and then he said he would knock some off but never did & don’t even think of trying to get a hold of him by phone his voicemail is always full, and if you do catch up with him he’ll tell you come back tomorrow and you do and of course he’s not there, and he was supposed to put a screen protector on it and of course he didn’t,I’ll never deal with this place again

Wouldn’t recommend... front screen got replaced and now the color of my iPhone X is yellowish and also the touch screen doesn’t work all the time.

Asked for a price to remove the battery door on a phone and was told they dont offer the service...place is a joke would have paid 20 dollars for the simple task that would have taken 10 minutes at the most and was turned down..
