I cannot stress how pleased have been with the high level of care and assistance provided by Jess at this location. From the very first phone call to the in-store personal customer service, she stayed with me through the entire issue to help me resolve an experience with a phone screen repair gone horribly wrong, a phone repair insurance claim, and continued software issues with my phone. The resolution was not by any means simple nor did the problems get solved overnight. Ultimately, I found Jess to be a true professional and model employee who should be rated as excellent in her next review and be strongly considered for additional career advancement. She is a shining example of a representative who is welcoming, genuine, responsive, works across the enterprise effectively, and understands how to best resolve or determine what the needs of her customers are. Her sense of urgency and energy level makes her stand out among her peers. This is extremely uncommon in all organizations. As a former hiring manager with 20+ years of experience, Im confident she would be most valuable in any competitive organization. Her loss would be any organizations gain. Especially in this era of COVID, it is critical that businesses create the best experience possible customer experience. Jessica delivers an engaging and genuine customer service experience with high level of professionalism. In a world where too often it’s all about the sale, taking the easy route, getting by with the least amount of effort, Robert shines. His kindness, willingness to go the extra mile when it wasn’t even about making a sale will stay with me and inspires me to reach higher in my own business.I never leave reviews, but had to write this one immediately. I must mention Angel as well, who again, made efforts the were above and beyond what anyone would even expect. I can’t stand technology and it’s frustrating glitches, but Robert and his leadership are truly inspiring and made it much less of an ordeal for me. He’s earned my business and my respect.

We worked with Jess and I was completely disappointed when I got home and found out she had lied about everything and added insurance to our lines after I told her no! I had to call customer service to get the insurance cancelled and while speaking to them I found out she had messed up all our business lines. She said we would get HBO max free and I found out that was only for non business accounts. She also told me she couldn’t sell us a new phone at the store unless we were adding a payment plan. She said we should go to Best Buy or another store to buy the phone then go back to connect the line. Extremely mad when I found it. Will never be going back to this store.

Jose MADE MY DAY! I was in desperate need of FAST WiFi and a mobile hotspot because I’m staying in a broadband-only zone for the time being. I went to another store to purchase the hotspot and called the hotline and no one knew how to access my temp password. They also gave me contradictory info. Jose helped me locate my temp password within a minute, created my 4 digit passcode and helped me with all my questions. Plus, he’s a really nice guy.Thanks! Now I can finally work 😊

My husband and I went to this AT&T store looking for an IPhone upgrade and I was blown away by the great customer service we received today!! Jessica helped us and I mean, we are not phone savvy. She was so patient with us and helped us until everything was fully set up and we walked away with two new IPhones and two new watches as well as lots of accessories. Her manager Matt was extremely helpful as well!! Jessica spend a few hours with us and, the internet at the store was extremely slow, which was odd for a cell phone store but I assume that is corporate not the store by any means. Jessica was great to talk to, never left it in full silence and I have been in this store many times in the past but this is my first time back in the past two years and.. wow!! What a difference the employees make!! I didn’t recognize any of the employees but, that’s a good thing because this is by far the best service I’ve ever received here!! Great service, great vibe, great management!! A definite 10!! If you go here, go see Jessica, she is the best!! And, I will be back in six months with my kids to upgrade their phones once their contracts are up also! I have worked for a large bank as a district manager for 20 years and I would love great people like them on my team!!

I upgraded my phone, not once but twice and had to go to the store several times. Nick, Ryan, and the store manager (I believe) were awesome. They were super helpful, accommodating, and friendly through the whole process! For how busy they are all the time, they are patient and help all customers with a great attitude ! Thanks!

Yes they are helpful and nice when your activating or having an issue they can resolve.... however they did not correct their mistakes and give you the run around.. I was told the employee who messed up my contract no longer worked there and someone would contact me....never did... it ended up costing me $1000. Needless to say Im going somewhere else and I do not recommend them.

I was having trouble with my voicemails not coming through. Gary was great at getting things fixed for me. It did require a call to support but he took care of everything. My family has dealt with this Oswego store for years now and we have always had amazing service. I cannot think of a time that I’ve ever been disappointed.

I went to AT&T store today in a tight bind after multiple calls with customer service in the past month and my issue still not resolved. Raul C. went above and beyond to make sure he did everything he could to make it happen. He spent almost an hour with me fully knowing he wasnt going to make any commission helping me out. With the end result being that my issue was completely resolved and I am once again satisfied with AT&T. In a year where everything seems to be going wrong. One thing this pandemic has brought out is the selflessness and good in one another and Raul C. was that epitome of this. I will be referring all my friends and family to do business with Raul C. at the Oswego, IL store. Thanks again!

Me: walk in to Walgreens and buy chargers and leaves with a receipt in less than 5minutes.Me: Goes into Apple Store buy chargers and leaves with receipt in 15min or less.Me: walks in to the AT&T Store bring chargers to table to purchase. Sales Associate ask for your name, phone number, first born, mortgage papers, passport, etc. leaves the store in 45min! Also, please don’t return anything for god sake!!!!

I went in to exchange a phone that was ordered wrong. Thankfully they had the right one in stock. And then the rep was able to help activate all new lines for me and take home new phones. The man that helped me out was Cris, I spent about an hour in store but everything was done correctly without a hassle.

I want to give a shout out to Jesse at AT&T. My iPhone 6s died, and I couldn’t get a hold of the store, and so I had to get my mother to call and order a phone. Long story short, Jesse was behind professional and went up and above doing his job, even staying 30 minutes after hours to make sure my new phone was up to date and ready to go.He was 100% professional, gracious and patient. Want to say thank you again to Jesse at the at&t store, you did a outstanding job, and the new phone works great!!!

The best customer experience I have had in ages! Angel was incredibly helpful, professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable of all the products and explained the differences very well. He was very patient and seemed to sincerely care about all the customers. The manager, Matthew, checked on waiting customers and provided insight into several different programs and services. The purchases went very smoothly and the process was explained very well. I highly recommend this store!

I saw Ryan Davis for a problem that I had with my Apple ID. This gentleman was able to fix my problem in 30 minutes. I called At&T and Apple and no one was able to come up with a solution. This went on for years. Ryan was amazing at fixing a problem that no one else could.

Store was nice, rep was nice. Unfortunately I think its an issue we its the network or new phone I just got from them. Has trouble randomly when I try to use internet away from home. Have to and reopen multiple times to get even a Google search to go through I dont live on a farm. Second largest city in IL so far from it. Will probably not continue to use att once phone is paid off.

Ran into this store last minute after work. Even though the store was closing soon Delfina helped me right away and remained patient with me through the whole process. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Her expertise saved me a ton of time as she quickly helped me switch lines and sign up for an international data plan for an upcoming trip. I would definitely go back to her for any assistance I need in the future.

So far after switching from sprint to AT&T I have had 2 dropped calls on both of my devices. If it wasn’t because I can surf the web while also being on the phone I would’ve just gone back to sprint ! I switched 2 days ago and to be honest the whole process was a night mare the 2 customer service reps (Angel & Leo) were great but the whole system and how they process ports and verification was the worst ! I spend a total of 3 hours with my husband and 2 toddlers in the store.

Wanted to start new service but the young lady didnt even help me, I told her I had already placed a half way order online and just wanted to know how much everything would be with my discount, she said she couldnt help me so I told her can I get a paper and pen as well and we can break it down together to see what I would be paying for, she didnt even have a pen and paper 😲 just a tablet that she didnt even bother to help me, so she finally got a pen and used my paper I had when coming in, just NO help at all I was pretty much doing her job 😕 if this is the kind of customer service at&t offers they can keep there business, I dont mind paying more for excellent customer service, its sad I didnt even feel welcomed even my kids noticed, they said wow Mom she didnt even bother to help you she must have a bad day, but I told them there no excuse for bad customer service, I work in retail and I always try to make the customer feel welcome and special no matter what, you leave your problems at the door, highly dont recommend this location. Cant judge others stores I will give another location a chance and will do a review.

I would give this place a zero if I could. I bought a new iPhone one evening and the very next day the home button stopped working. I took it back to exchange it and was told to take it to Best Buy for them to diagnose or pay $55 for a new phone. They want to sell you a phone and make money but want no accountability. I would get the same service at a kiosk. I have always dealt with the Apple store in downtown Naperville and the service there is exceptional. This AT& T store has horsesh*t service. Make the trip to Naperville, my friends. Don’t risk the frustration.

I purchased 2 galaxy note 8 phones. The phone is great. No problems with it. The problem I had was with the manager. When I bought the phone he said I had 14 days if I wanted to add a gear s3 to my plan. I came back and they said the promotion had ended. He didnt mention a new promotion on the watch started the next day. I went back after seeing this on at&t website and the manager(which stayed in back room) said you are now past the 14th day. Sorry nothing we can do for you. If you want honest people to deal with try online or switch to a different carrier like I will do when contract is up.

Be careful because in order to get you to sign up for their services they will promise you all kinds of incentives ( the managers) but when you try and collect on them they will not give it to you. Will not even acknowledge me now that he knows what I want. Very disappointed.

Terrible. We were misquoted prices on everything and were told since we signed a contract there was nothing that could be done. Every time we would call the store to ask questions about issues we were experiencing, no one ever picked up. I will never come back to AT&T again after our contract is up.

Had five working at 1015 am and one opened the door for me and walked past me to his car. Two of remaining four were with one customer. One walked out the door ten minutes later leaving me sitting by myself. Didnt get to my question which is: Why did my monthly increase to $223 from years in the $155-160 range. They suck.

I needed some help with my phone. The staff was very friendly when I came in but when the discovered I wasnt there to buy anything they couldnt be bothered with me. I was told my issue was was due to an upgrade and there was nothing that could be done. After a lot of time and trial and error I was able to fix the issue myself.

I buy unlocked phones, but I was getting prepaid service through AT&T. Particular to this store, here are my issues: I went into the store in June of last year to get a sim card for my daughters new phone. I already had service on my phone. In signing her up for service, I told them that I wanted her phone to be on the same account, on the same credit card for autopay. I thought they set it all up. No. They created a separate account.At the time, since it was still on my credit card, I didnt realize the account discrepancy. In December of last year, that credit card was stolen. I was issued a new one, and I changed the autopay info. In May, my daughter and I went back to the store to ask why her phone was not getting service (shes not a big user of the phone and it was supposed to be for emergencies). The credit card change wasnt applied to her card because it was on a different account. I told them to fix that. Did they? No. Put a pin in this point because it becomes more important later.So, yesterday, we went in for a third sim card and to put a that phone on the multiline account. At that time, again, I learned that my first daughters phone STILL WASNT ON THE SAME ACCOUNT AS MY PHONE. Breathe. So, after much finagling with customer service on the phone, both phones are on the same account as my phone, and Ive been told that we will be getting a multi-line discount.A what? Oh, yes, a multi-line discount, the program for which started back in February. So, in May, the customer service people IN THE STORE saw that my daughters phone was not on a multi-line (the manager just confirmed to me that they SHOULD have seen that it was on a multi-line account, but they wouldnt have had details about the Master Account unless I gave them.) Why would I have expected my daughters account to be updated when I changed my credit card information otherwise?Today manager told me that the customer service agents had no obligation to inform me about discounts I was entitled to. He had no explanation for why this problem wasnt resolved in May when I explicitly told them to join the accounts.All I can say is, thank goodness I dont have a contract. I can cancel autopay and move on to the next (cheaper) carrier. I thought I was paying for customer service, so since that is not the case, Im moving on.

Went in to return my Note 7 and they wouldnt take it! Yes, my recalled, fire hazard Note 7, they made me walk back out of the store with it all because I didnt have the headphones. Then on top of it all, the manager made it sound like att was doing me a favor by even allowing me to return my recalled phone because some arent. So I got in my car with my bomb of a phone and went to the Plainfield store where they took care of me no questions asked. Drive the few extra minutes and deal with people who want your business!
