Been a decent place to shop for new and used games. The employees have been very nice but if were talking about the GameStop business as a whole Id give them a 3 star. Always looking for a way to screw you out of money.

Outstanding customer service. The guy took the time to make sure I was all set to enjoy my Xbox one and even helped do the update for me. I was also thank for My patience. I will defiantly recommend this store for gaming needs.

Seems like things have changed at this Gamestop since the last time I was there. All new faces, all new look. Its cleaner than I remember and the staff were all extremely helpful. Im not sure what happened to the old staff, but these new guys are doing everything right.

Best Gamestop in town..

The best staff and workers at any Gamestop ever! I use to visit the one in the Great Northern Mall when it was open and the workers would just be a**holes to every customer, while the one in Oswego NY doesnt mind me walking in, talking for 5 - 10 minutes about the games that are coming out, then buying my game. I am just a little annoyed how expensive the Xbox 360 games are, but everything else is fine.
