Yea if your a sprint customer and they want you to migrate don’t do it. They won’t give you enough credit to upgrade your accounts. Even if you’ve been a customer for 20 years and my credit score is pretty good. Just switch to a different carrier.

This place is awesome! Victor was just fabulous. He was able to help me trade my phone in a get a new one. I was having some issues, but Victor was exceptional. He really came through with it. I will go back many more times. Great experience!!!

The service was great I was greeted by Joe who did a great job pointing out phones that we might like. Ismael took over and did an awesome job getting my family and I a great deal he really went above and beyond with us thanks guys for all the help even when you had to stay after hours to get us all set up!

Dear T-Mobile: We were once customers, now we belong to Sprint. Now that you have absorbed them into your megastructure, looks like we will be T-Mobile customers again. After the data breach, Im not so sure I like that idea. Also, after the fact that Im told that I can come over from Sprint, get the new line iPhone special(buy one get one) without trade in, and when I walk into the store Im told no, im sorry, we dont offer that to Sprint customers, Im not so sure I want to be a T-Mobile customer. We were dedicated, we loved T-Mobile, we recommended you to everyone, but sadly, customers arent your priority anymore, it seems. So, not quite sure whats in our future as far as cellular service goes, but I am pretty sure the color wont be pink. Goodbye....Your ex-customer....

I went into this store because my phone would not turn on and I have insurance on my phone. The associate who I was with explained I can either upgrade to a new phone or just pay shipping for a replacement. I opted for the latter because they didnt have the phone I wanted. Initial guy was very helpful at first but then I found out either he or the second employee I was with REMOVED my protection plan without consent. I was livid and contacted customer service because it was noted on my phone bill and I check my charges every single month. If I hadnt done so I would have had to upgrade my phone this past month when I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. I work in sales and understand the importance of commission but this is too shady. Never going back here.

I give this Tmobile location 4 because everytime I need something they are closed(google hours are wrong) BUT I give ANDY a 5 because he took care of us the best way a customer should be treated. He as well was very apologetic for the long wait.

Wasted 3 hours dealing with this store. Came in with my wife to purchase two iPhones. They didn’t bother to check to see if they actually had the phones in stock until after they ran my credit and set up my profile. They only had one, my wife immediately called a different store that had both in stock and told Ismael that we were leaving because we wanted one transaction. He wouldn’t drop the transaction and argued with my wife that it would be “easy” to just order the other phone or pick it up at a different store. We said several times that we wanted one transaction and both phones same day, he ignored us and continued processing it. His buddy James came over and started arguing with us that they were right, and it’s our fault that we couldn’t get both phones because they only had one in stock, despite the fact that we literally tried to leave several times to go to the store with both phones. After three hours, we left with only one phone, and Ismael failed to mention that he suspended my wife’s current phone until the new one came in. Seriously? Terrible customer service.

Just wasted 3 hours here with Ismeal. I was trying to buy two iPhones, they only had one. He told me this AFTER he ran my husbands credit. I immediately called a different store and they confirmed they had two phones, so I told Ismeal that we were leaving and we wanted only one transaction. He refused and kept saying that this way was easier (buying one phone at one store, one phone at a different store) Yeah, I know, that sounds absolutely pointless. He refused to let us drop the transaction and continued processing it, after I said SEVERAL times that we wanted to leave and process this as one transaction. Literally useless. Him and James had the audacity to argue with me and my husband, as if they didnt WASTE three hours of our time. Go to the Orchard store, the girls there are MUCH better.UPDATE: Emailed the manager and never heard back from him.

Dont waste your time with this store. Rep Brandon is absolutely useless and incapable of addressing issues on account transition from sprint to tmobile.I attempted to transfer my service and was told online the reps at the store would be of assistance. When i arrived at the store i found that the reps present were incredibly rude, incapable of doing anything and verses calling their own support department decided to dismiss the issue and told me to go to another store. I had to visit another stire to even get a slight resolution which to date is still a mess and not worth the energy.Apparently TMobile isnt as great with customer service as they claim. Rep Brandon shouldnt be working if he cant figure out basic issues or bothers to escalate problems to form a proper solution

Just switched over from Sprint. My mom and I decided to get a plan together because it is a lot cheaper. They offer a significant discount to customers over 55. We are saving so much money now and the service is so much better than I had with sprint.Thank you to Javier for great friendly service. He was very pleasant and knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Awesome experience so far.

Ive been having trouble with my daughter iPhone not working for over a month, during this time The Apple stores are not open to repair her phone, went back and forth with TMobile about upgrading it so I went to this store and Oh my God the employees in there are extremely rude and unpleasant BRANDON AND JAMES to be exact very unwilling to help. The guys there are never pleasant but Ive never experienced bad customer service like I did today with those two guys it should unacceptable to treat customers that way. Ill NEVER step foot in that T-Mobile store again even though its the closest one to me.

I want to start this off as my boyfriend and I are sales people. We understand commission and that’s why him and I decided to wait for James at this location. We went on Friday to get myself the new iPhone and transfer my number to his account. There was a promotion that if I traded in my iPhone 7plus then I would get the iPhone 11 free and my bill would be $45 a month. Sounded great because I was paying $100 a month with Verizon. I paid $30 for the line but decided to go in the next day to get my new phone. I was under the understanding that the $30 was a way of myself locking in the promotion. Well I was wrong. I went back the next day and waited 35 minutes to work with James and he kept telling me it will only be a few minutes...2 hours later he was working with me and another couple. James nonchalantly said that the promotion that was going on yesterday had ended and they had no idea that this was happening it was a corporate decision. My phone line would be $85 not $45. Feeling trapped into the whole agreement. I reluctantly agreed. Thinking about it I talk to the sales manager just to get clarification on how the promotion suddenly ends and the sales reps have no idea, he was uninterested in what I had to say and brushing me off he said to tell James that he would apply a $50 credit to our billing account. Clearly he was getting some exciting texts because he was not making eye contact to me just looking at his phone. James was not helpful when it came to my transfer of phone number and did not tell me that I had to put the Sim card into my new phone. Rookie mistake. After two days of text messages coming from my email I went to a different store to get some answers and help.I was told by the new rep at a different location that the promotion never actually ended. Also the insurance on my phone wasn’t actually on my phone so I was paying $85 a month for just the iPhone. After being so accommodating to James and waiting I feel ripped off and disappointed in the lack of communication and empathy the store manager and James showed I will not be returning to the Oswego store.

Went here today (4/15/2020) with my elderly dad to get help paring his Iwatch3 to his new iPhone, the gentleman who came up to us refused to help my dad unless he got a new watch. Start yelling at us for asking him for help as the rest of the employees ran into the back room refusing to help or touch anything. I’ve been a customer of T-Mobile for 4 years now & really thinking about going to att now because this isn’t the only time a T-Mobile employee was rude to me or made me feel like a no one. Thanks for not being able to make people want your brand.

Make sure if you stop here to ask for Rob or Brandon! They were extremely helpful with the entire process. Obviously, its a tedious and time-consuming thing to open lines, get new phones, etc. but thats because theyre working to make sure you know all of your options so you just have to be patient. While waiting to work everything out Rob did a great job of keeping us informed of what was going on and striking conversation. Even after we were done he made sure to help get my number transferred remotely since I did not have all the correct information with me. If I need anything in the future I will make sure to come to the Oswego store and make sure my friends and family do as well!

Useless. If you need help they just tell you to call customer service. Then you spend time on hold to be connected to an India call center where the language barrier is unreal. Once you frustratingly get through you soon realize that the changes requested did not go through and you get stuck with an extra $120 bill. When you call to dispute it they tell you how sorry they are and they understand but then they tell you there is nothing they can do. Absolutely useless.

Thought it was a nice place. have been a customer for years until they told me when i buy my galaxy s9 it comes with a case and screen protector free. than i go back today to see that accessories have been added. not happy about the dishonesty in that place.

Really good service. Stars must have been aligned properly as there was no waiting, young lady checked my phone and knew how to fix it. Within a few minutes had replaced my sim card. Was back on the network. Anx as they used to say, Bobs your uncle (to this day I dont know what that means).Bottom line, I was happy when I left.
