I wish we would’ve checked the low star reviews before purchase. At first our experience was fine & normal. The ring we upgraded to took longer than expected which was understandable. What was not okay is that we never received a call or email when it was ready. We had to call a week later to find that it was already in the store. The lady that answered the phone was rude & didn’t let us know we needed to bring anything for the pickup. We also never received a call or email for pick up. When My wife arrived at the store she’s was greeted by the same rude lady on the phone “SANDY.” When my wife gave her information to get the ring she was told she needed the receipt to take the ring. (Which the receipt was at home) This should’ve been told before she drove all the way there. My wife had all the information & her Identification. SANDY was very unprofessional & rude. She handled the situation poorly, disrespected my wife & made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be. The manager stepped in & took care of the situation. It turns out that our email was never on file. We will never come back to this location because of this experience & I suggest anyone reading should find another Zales & review the bad reviews. It seems there’s some customer service issues especially with SANDY. I understand that precautions need to be made so that no one gets the wrong item but it could’ve definitely been handled in a better way.

Staff look like they are bored and disinterested. Their interaction is severely lacking in friendly customer service. When they are on lunch break, they dont even bother putting a notice as to how long they will be gone for the sake of the customers (they close the area entirely). Its irritating to see every other jewelry store open but this one. There is no regard for customers time.

Any time we have done business with Zales the experience has been positive. The staff is very friendly and professional. The jewelry we purchased is good quality, was fairly priced and beautiful.

Picking up an online order is not good at this location.. need to update store hours if you close at 6pm.. the website says 7pm.. customer service through the phone is very rude.. nasty attitude.. I’m going to pick up my order today.. I will see how it goes.. there will be another review posted..

Sales at Florida mall we haven’t had the best experience before. This trip was different. Astrid helped us along and got us paperwork we needed in a timely professional manner. She really calmed our nerves with warranties service and repairs. I would highly recommend going here and speaking to Astrid!!! She’s great!!!

Would give this location 0 stars for the service!!! Bought 2 rings here and a lifetime insurance fot them. Came with the baby, holding a receipt, so the sales assistant clearly saw what for. Closed the counter and said someone else will help you. And no one else was in the store. Really?! I should wait with the baby for an hour for the service that takes a minute!!! Horrible!

I walked in this morning just to take a peek at pretty jewelry to get ideas for Christmas shopping and unfortunately I was so disappointed by this Zales. When I walked in, I greeted the two young ladies working— they were both on their phones and looked as if they couldn’t be bothered to even speak to me. One of the ladies said hello, and then went right back to her phone. I looked at the cases for about 10 minutes and both ladies remained on their phones without even offering to help. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Hopefully something changes within the staff’s level of professionalism and pride for their store. They’d earn a lot more business by just talking to people as they come in to the store.

Quick service, pleasant atmosphere

My husband and I visited here to look at wedding bands. We were welcomed by Sally who showed us multiple rings to find what we wanted. Even though we told her that we were not thinking of making a purchase on that day, she took her time. With her help, we got a few good recommendations and we would definitely bring our business back here for the actual purchase.

If I could rate Zero star I would ... Unfortunately the minimum is 1. A so called assistant manager with animosity and and poor customer service should not be able to manage a store for a brand such as Zales. In addition of being condescending she was arrogant with us and we are now regretting buying our wedding rings at Zales stores leaving us such a bad memory. I have nothing against the brand but please make an effort to hire capable and educated employees as their behavior reflects the image of the brand.

I had gone in looking for a specific ring style and the associate worked with me to get me the ring that I was looking for at a very reasonable price.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! got treated like I’ve never been treated in a jewelry store before by “assistant manager” FRANCESCA.I got my wedding bands in this store and they made so many mistakes in the paper work, the put another person’s name in the ticket, couldn’t find the warranty that I had paid for and wouldn’t explain a word of what all the paper work they gave me was for. After questioning them for some of the mistakes they made and as we were dealing with a brand new rep that wasn’t even trained on how engraving works, she asked the “assistant manager” to help us; that’s when the mistreatment started, she kept conducting her self toward my fiancé and I like we were stupid and the questions we were asking were not worth answering; after I told her I didn’t appreciate her tone and customer service she became even rudder yelling at us from several feet away I front of other customers.When I asked her who I could talk about this experience she answer “we me I’m the assistant manager” what an insult !She almost made me cry of frustration. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!!Please avoid this place if you don’t want to be treated like a stupid person to whom they are doing a favor.

Tried to give this location another chance but once again it was a disappointment. I usually take my business to the Fashion Square Mall location but I live much closer to the FL Mall. Lesson learned, I’ll continue to drive the extra 20 miles to get quality service.I bid you farewell, Zales in the Florida Mall✌🏽

First experience was amazing!!! Went back for the second time with my partner and had a different sales woman. She was extremely rude and short handed. It was my partners first time shopping for engagement rings and it was supposed to be a fun experience....sadly it was ruined by this rude employee.

My Fiance bought my ring there 2 weeks ago (Zales Florida Mall) . In order to get my ring sized, we had to wait 10 days to pick up the ring, we left the ring, 10 days later (yesterday 04/04/2018) he went to pick up my ring, and it wasnt even sized at all. Disappointed and mad, and ot hasnt been the 1st time they do this. Many people have complained about the same issue. Wont be buying any jewelry there ever again. The lady there looked like she didnt want to work, she looked pissed with attitude (chubby with red hair) . The other elderly lady that was on training was so sweet.

I came in on April 8th and was greeted by Jodi Johnson JJ who was very friendly and seemed to be helpful. I purchased a bracelet with her on that day that needed to be resized and paid for the resizing .. with her help we agreed that 8 stones would be taken out and assured me it would be here by April 22nd or sooner. I call in on the 22nd and speak with another woman who tells me it wont be here until the 29th and to read the fine print on my receipt when I just went by Jodis word. On April 24th I finally receive a call from Jodi trying to sell me more and I inform her that I havent even received my original item ... Long story short she tells me there was a glitch in the system 3 times and my item wasnt sent out when it was supposed to be. I come in today to pick up my bracelet that is too big! And with Jodi asking me to pay for the resizing that I already paid for! She insists that I didnt, and I am told to settle down Thank god I had the receipt so I could prove that it was already paid for. All in all this was a terrible experience and wasnt even asked how I liked my bracelet, how it fit or anything .. very unprofessional. I was literally just another sale! I wish I could have had a better experience.

Mike questioned our interest in rings and our concern of diamond quality. While most diamonds do look the same, the quality of diamonds still matter to the customer. In the future, if a customer has a question, just answer it.
