After shopping at several stores and not finding what I was looking for, I created a custom engagement ring here. The sales associate, TiffanyM, was extremely attentive, patient, and responsive and she tweaked the design until it was exactly what I envisioned. The actual ring is even more beautiful than I ever expected and I’m thrilled.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Jared since 2005 and have made several purchases there.My 1-carat diamond center stone in my wedding ring was loose so I brought it to Jared to be tightened in the end of October 2020.On July 5th, 2021 my center stone came off my ring and I have yet to find it. I immediately phoned Jared to let them know and was told since it was past the six-month mark (roughly a little over two months past), they could do nothing about it, not to mention there was no consideration for a recent move I had made and COVID putting a strain on getting around.So 16+ years a loyal customer and they will do nothing!! I specifically brought it in to be tightened, and the fact that this diamond came off and was lost a mere 8 months later was of no concern to them.That is true customer service. Happy anniversary to us!

I haven’t had a great experience at this Jared at all! Bought a necklace in January and it started tarnishing about 3 months later. I never wore it after a month of buying it. I never had a chance to take to Jared and when I took it they advised me it could’ve been from my clothes. LOLI also purchased some diamond stud earrings that has screw backs. I was told that it would be covered as long a I had either the back or the stud. Well, that’s not the truth at all. Read your protection plan before you purchase it don’t believe everything they tell you!!I was told I can exchange the diamonds for another set of earrings. Oh, hell no!Do not purchase protection plan because it’s not worth ‘what they tell you whats covered!’I was better off buying my earrings at JCPenney!

When we were making my engagement ring. Jen (bald guy) was alright; at first. His customer services went out the door as soon as we starting making my ring. We had to go back to the store several times because he kept saying the ring was done when it was not. It got to the point that when my husband was supposed to propose that he had no ring, because the ring was either not ready or had a defect.When we went back to make my husbands ring; we thankfully had Jan (Lantina woman). She is the only reason why Jareds is not at a one star. She was awesome. She listened to everything we wanted and made sure that everything was perfect before we picked it up. Since then; she says hi every time we have gone into the store and remembers our story and the nightmare we had with our engagement ring.

I went to buy Christmas gifts for my wife. Doris welcomed me at the door and took me around the showroom. She kept my preferences in mind so I didn’t have to keep reminding her of my wants or budget. She was very friendly and conversational. I enjoyed getting to know more about her and more about Jared’s quality and warranty. I also wanted to have my wedding ring repaired and although she needed to go on break, she’d graciously put me in the hands of Jenny who was just as courteous and welcoming. As I’d awaited the processing of the repair I had the pleasure of laughing more with Jenny and another staff person. Unlike the competition across the street, “International Diamond” which had a limited selection, Jared had a much better selection (tasteful, quality and modern) and EXCEPTIONALLY BETTER customer service. I felt awkward, much like a burden and even “a suspect” the moment I’d entered the International Diamond store across the street...so glad I’d left and went to Jared. Jared is all around better BY FAR!

Complete lack of leadership and integrity.....not to mention humanity. Wifes ring lost a diamond so we went in to have it repaired under warranty. The manager Julie said it had been too long since the last inspection, so they will not cover the repair. The fact that I couldnt come in because I was in ICU with Covid for 2 months, the fact that country was shut down for a year (Including their store for months) and that fact we couldnt come in because of a pandemic,.....had no effect on Julie, who has no emotional intelligence (and is a poor reflection of the companies values). When I confronted Julie, she offered to split the repair with me, but Id rather pay full price and email the corporate office. This is after I found keys to a jewelry box and alerted her (so no one could steal anything). Had I known my reward would be a stone faced manager, Id have left them.Instead of dealing with Julie, Ill just email Todd Stiitzer tomorrow morning and ask corporate if this is the type of leadership they want as a reflection of their values.Julie, dont judge a book by its cover, I could buy anything in your store for cash, the one thing I couldnt buy there, integrity.

THE ONLY REASON I CHOSE JARED IS BECAUSE THEY WERE AN AUTHORIZED HAMILTON DEALER WITH THE WATCH I WANT. The moment I walked in with my wife I waited by the watches. It took a while but then a lady came up and asked me my budget. I said I wasn’t sure but I really like the Hamilton’s. She said they were inferior for a bunch of reasons and I needed a Tag. I said I like the price point in the Hamilton and she pitched that my wife would be proud of a husband with a watch 2x as expensive. I got frustrated and said I want a Hamilton and gave her the money. While we waited to get it resized my wife looked at some jewelry, I asked the other girl what she thought of Hamilton watches, she said they are nice but nobody wants them since they were originally “American” watches but now are Swiss. They are “wanna be” time pieces. She pitched Tag watches are far better. Then my wife said she likes an insert for her ring and she asked how much, the lady said $1,500 and when my wife said that’s a lot for us, she said “well it’s not that expensive, you can put it on the Jared Credit card for $50 a month anyone can afford that” excuse me?? Don’t insult our value of what we can afford. I will absolutely never ever ever ever shop at Jared for the rest of my life.

They sold me a watch for $750 that is on the website for $430 with a different dial color. Guy said taking the links out makes it used. I wore it in the store so its used. With that logic, every watch is used if someone tries it on. Jared lost a customer.

The only reason for this 4/5 star is for the long wait picking up my ring. It was a little longer than anticipated (15+ mins), just for a pick up. Beside that my initial experience was amazing. I dropped off my ring with Rachel who was FABULOUS! She got me even more excited about my ring because she knew some really cool facts about it. I learned so much just checking in. When picking up I was assisted by Melissa (I believe), who was an absolute sweetheart. The 4 star is literally for them having so many employees but the wait still being so long, it took me only 3 quick mins to check out.

An assistant manager and great salesperson intitialized the process and remarkable store manager and a very talented jeweler and artist made our one of a kind rings. The finished product has resulted from clear and interactive communication between us and the manager and our jeweler. Pierre Carmi was the associate that helped out my girlfriend and me, and he made this experience so pleasant and beautiful. My girlfriend and I came into the store to get her ring size and look at some styles for the future engagement ring that she would like. Brought my rings in for service and was told they would be ready today. When I arrived they found one. The other one wasn’t where it was supposed it be. Three people searched for it including a manager. After going into the lab twice they discovered it wasn’t ready, but it only needed to be inspected and it would only be 10 minutes. I’ve been sitting here 30 minutes and counting and I’m now being ignored by the staff. I have no idea if this is how they normally conduct business, but I’ve never had this much trouble with Jared and I’m extremely disappointed. I will never visit this location again.

There are not enough words to describe how much I love Jareds especially this location. I have been coming to them since my husband made the mistake and bought my first engagement ring at Zales. That was over 13 years ago. I love Jareds quality, their prices and their customer service. First of all Doris is the Best she is so kind, wonderful and caring I look forward to seeing her anytime I go. Their customer service and knowledge beats any out there Ive also had excellent service with Jan who helped me with my last large purchase and then today with Dan and Alisha and Jan as well. The staff is wonderful they always greet me and are ready to help with a smile.. Their warranty is second to none, I always invest in that when I purchase my jewelry and I have never been disappointed. This most recent time I brought my engagement ring to be inspected they found a chip I didnt even know existed and my diamond was replaced. Larger diamond, better quality, better cut and clarity. I couldnt be happier. Jareds has my business for life and I tell all my friends that is where they should go. And knowing that I can purchase a warranty on my jewelry that actually does what they say they will do is priceless.

I am so happy my now husband and I decided to go to Jared for my engagement ring. Not only did they have a great selection but I managed to find my perfect ring on the spot! Fast forward to the wedding, it goes great! Photos are taken, things are going smoothly and I look back down at my ring and the diamond is gone! I was so stressed and had no idea what to expect with customer service regarding the lost diamond. The call was fast, they were so courteous (JADE IS AWESOME!!), and they resolved my problem right away. Julia, the manager at the Orlando location, was so helpful! She took care of us and understood how stressful the whole thing was. You learn a lot about a company when things go wrong and what Ive learned about Jared through all of this is that they truly deliver when you need them! We recommend them to everyone we know.

I’ve been shopping at Jared for quite a few years now, always a great experience with their staff. Recently though we had a few issues with my wife’s engagement ring purchased in 2012. We loved the ring but kept having issues with the way it was sent from Scott Kay.Anyhow, we sadly decided to part ways with it and change it out for something more simple as far as the setting goes. We loved the brand so we chose another of their settings. Unfortunately there were several issues trying to get the ring we chose from Scott Kay themselves. Their rep didn’t really know much of anything, the team at Jared really stepped in and saved the day and our experience. We chose the ring while working with Kristie who was so nice and knowledgeable on each brand. The true hero of the day was Paula, she went above and beyond in every aspect. In the end it worked out even better to where my wife got an even better ring she loves and that looks amazing with her wedding band. Thank you to everyone involved especially Paula! If you’re looking for great service stop by and ask for her!

Jan at this location went above and beyond to help me pick the piece I needed. I am not very familiar with jewelry and even without being at the store physically, he helped me over the phone and even sent me a picture of the piece I was looking at. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, he greeted me kindly and had everything prepared and ready to go for me as I was in a rush. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had such an awful experience with this store, that I will NEVER go back to them.I had a set of wedding rings that my husband bought at Kay Jewelers, and about a month before we were going to get married, I wanted to have them soldered together. So, we went to Kays and asked them to do this.Kays sent it out to have someone work on it. When I got the ring back the first time, the diamonds were not lined up, which was unacceptable for how much we paid for them, and it was a ring set, which means they all should have matched. So, I asked them to send it back and have them re-do it to fix the problems.A few weeks later, I get the ring back and there are gaps between each of the rings, not to mention that the back side of the ring is smooshed together. It looked absolutely horrible! I called customer service and asked what could be done (at this point, my wedding was a week away). Customer Service told me that I could go to a Jareds store to see if they could fix it since they are under the umbrella of vendors under the Extended Service Plan.So, I went to Jareds. Come to find out that this particular store is the one that worked on my ring in the first place! They were the ones that messed it up! When I walked in, I was met with such hostility from the Greeter, and when she went to the Jewelry Repair Center in the back of the store, she spoke with them, and they said that they didnt think anything was wrong with it and that there wasnt anything they could do to fix it.Umm... WHAT? You destroyed my wedding rings (a total cost of over $3,000), and youre telling me that you cant fix it? At this point, I was on the verge of breaking down and thats when a Manager came up to talk to me. He saw the damage of the ring, knew it was broken beyond repair, and offered to have a custom ring created for me (free of charge - Ill come back to this later...). I would be able to keep my original stone and it would take about 6 - 8 weeks to complete.After my wedding and honeymoon, I take the ring back to the store to get it fixed. When I got to the store, I was again met with hostility from the Greeter. I guess if you arent wearing something fancy and expensive, youre seen as nothing to them (or at least thats how I felt). After speaking with them, they started the paperwork for my custom ring. They almost were going to make me pay to have the original stone put into the new ring, since I was technically returning my old ring. After telling them that it was already agreed upon that I could keep my stone, they let it go.I finished the paperwork and told them everything that I wanted to be adjusted in the new ring. They told me that they would keep in touch with me at every step of the process so that I would know that Im getting the ring that I want. I never received one phone call from them...After a month goes by, I call them to ask for an update. They replied with an attitude that they were waiting on me to approve the renderings, even though they never called me. So, I went to the store and when I arrived, I was greeted with the same eye-rolling bad attitude employees. When I looked at the renderings, I had some hesitations, and brought them up to the Manager. I even brought up a photo of my original ring and said, it doesnt look the same and hes like, No, theyre the same. Itll be fine. I should have pushed back more because it was not the same.A few weeks later, I call for more updates and they tell me that it will be a few more weeks before they would be able to get it to me. I was beyond furious at this point. It took about two more weeks before I finally got the ring. When I got it back, it looked okay, but I noticed that it didnt quite look like my original ring, which was disappointing. Also, I ended up losing $1000 because they quoted the new ring at a smaller price than the original and they didnt reimburse us for the difference. Overall, AWFUL experience that ruined what should have been one of the happiest times in my life. Never, never again.

Just went tonight to see what was on offer, while there we spoke with a lady about getting our wedding rings cleaned. Upon handing her our rings she tried to get my wife to upgrade her ring to a 4 Carat. Her Ring is already of a very decent quality and gets compliments when shes out wearing it, when we declined to do the upgrade the lady got in a huff and passed us off to a different staff member who was nicer. We are considering getting a custom ring and could get it done whenever but considering Jareds have staff like the original lady that dealt with us we will not be doing this.

We went to a few jewelry stores in Orlando yesterday and decided to stop at Jared’s in the Millenia area in Orlando.I’m glad I didn’t read some of these reviews before because we had a great experience in dealing with Doris & Pierre yesterday. They were very welcoming, very helpful and did not pressure us at all. We were there for a few hours and actually had a great time looking around and laughing with Doris & Pierre.We had a fantastic experience and cannot say enough about Doris & Pierre. Very racist treatment received from employee. I was visiting the store with the intention of buying a ring. When I turned to my boyfriend to discuss the options in Spanish, the employee told us to explain what we were saying because he didnt know the language in a extremely rude way and with an attitude. Bloodsucking Lamprey, all of them. Came in looking for an engagement ring. Showed them one she liked, so they took the opportunity to tune me out and start showing me a ring I could build from scratch that looked similar for nearly three times the price. They started trying to guilt me about how the girlfriend would adore me for buying the same ring at three times the price. They told me all these great financing options then proceeded to walk me over to an electronic signing station without prompt. Having been previously discussing the need to authorize credit checks, they said just sign here for us to which I asked what am I signing for. For the line of credit we just discussed of course! You skipped a step there Jared. HOW DARE YOU attempt to press someone into signing something just because theyre younger and you THINK they dont understand high pressure sales tactics.

I took my engagement ring here to get resized and when I got it back, the band was botched. The finish is uneven and the bottom of the band is noticeably thinner than the rest. Before my ring was perfect, but too big. Now it fits, but it’s messed up. Take your ring somewhere else to get resized!

I stood in the store today for 20 minutes no one knowledges me, I asked a rude lady was anyone working at the desk to get my ring cleaned and my 6 month inspection. Every time Ive gone to this location since they relocated, Ive been disappointed in the level of customer service I receive. I go in regularly to get my jewelry (that was purchased at Jared) cleaned, including my wedding bands and routine inspections and more often than not Im made to feel like an inconvenience since Im not actually purchasing anything. Today one associate had me wait at the counter for several minutes while she finished entering whatever she was doing before she could ask me what I was needing. While waiting for my ring, I was interested in some Pandora earrings. Keep in mind, the store was empty with at least 5 associates on the floor in different places, while the one associate was cleaning my ring I asked a different associate at the Pandora counter if I could see some earrings. I literally stood there for 4 minutes so she could finish the inventory she was doing before she could help me. After that of course Im not going to spend my money in a place that has no consideration for my time. Super disappointed time and time again, I plan on taking my business elsewhere after my visit today.

Upon walking in, we were immediately greated by Jennifer Cruz and asked what we were interested in seeing. Needless to say, a short while after, I was walking out with a new engagement ring that my girlfriend (now fiancee) was extremely happy with.Due to a blunder on my part, I returned to the store a few days later and was again greated by Jennifer Cruz and the store manager David Yetter. I explained that I wanted to change a few things with the ring and both Jennifer and David were happy to help. After a few crazy issues arising and a 3rd person joining in to help, Paula Reilly, they were able to complete everything and make what I asked for and keep it well within my price range.I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to get engaged or just purchase some fine jewelry! I have never met a saleswoman as kind and helpful as Jennifer Cruz. She will give you all the help and advice/guidance a person could need when just looking or looking to purchase an engagement ring or any other type of jewelry. My boyfriend bought me a ring for Christmas this year from this Jared at the Milllenia location (Christmas 2016). The ring he origionally bought me was beautiful, but he gave me another option that he picked out as well, and I had liked the second option he had picked out. We went back in the day after Christmas to exchange the origional ring for the one I had wanted. We were helped by a lovely employee Melinda who was so sweet from beginning to end. Mind you the ring was a simple ring, it was under 200$ so we werent shopping for something overly expensive. As it being my first time in such a beautiful new jewelry place, you would think the employees would take more time with costomers who were looking to buy more expensive jewelry, but Melinda was such a pleasure to work with. Not only was she taking time out to find the right ring that I had wanted in our price range, but took the time to be so amazingly sweet and just sit and talk with us about him and I, and our story. Ive never had a better experience with a jeweler. My boyfriend already said he would be back to this Jared for when the time comes (to get engaged one day) haha! Great store!
