They sold me a screen so that I could take it home and do the repair myself. Most places won’t let you do that. Glad they did, great price for the whole assembly on a 6s.

I came in there with my life torn to pieces as I gave my shattered phone to Mr. Sina. My screen on my iPhone 8 was shattered, rendering it useless. I thought I had lost everything, pictures, contacts, valuable notes I had saved. Mr. Sina reassured me that everything was going to be ok and fixed my phone within minutes. Amazing service and great customer experience. I could give a million stars I would.

When I got the phone back after getting the camera fixed it seemed fine, but the pixel quality was way lower than the factory phone so I went back and showed them. They ordered another camera and fixed it again at no cost. That was worse than the first fix, almost as if it was my original messed up camera. They blamed it on my phone so I was told it would be best to buy a new one. At least they returned my money back for the labor cost, but I had to eat the cost of the defective camera they bought. I dont think it was original factory cameras they have access to even though they say that since with research there is no way to get genuine replacement cameras. Dissappointed. I wouldnt go there for camera replacement again. Maybe just a broken screen.BTW the reason for all the 5 stars is because they give you $5 off if you show them a 5 star rating. I originally did that bust since changed my review.

Cesar was awesome. Got my iPhone 6S fixed in less than 30 minutes. Cesar was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Best thing of it all was thay we have a 1 year warranty as long as the screen doesnt break or get water damage.

Cant say enough about the amazing quality and service!! Sina not only replaced my SHATTERED screen for MUCH less than the other quotes I was given. They do not stand behind their work. I took my phone in to get fixed after cracking it. The next day, my phone started to dim on and off by itself and eventually the screen went black.I took the phone in again, they replaced the the screen and it did the same thing. They told me that I would have to reset my phone on itunes and that would fix the problem... that was not the case. My phone got worse, it got tons of lines throughout it and it did not recognize my finger swipe. All issues I did not have prior to taking my phone to Phone Logistics Repair.HERE IS THE KICKER. I took my phone back a third time and they told me that they consider the problem with my phone to fall outside of their warranty coverage - a problem that they caused. Again, they do not stand behind their workI work hard for a living and I am sure you do to. Do yourself a favor and take your phone somewhere else.P.S. I noticed good reviews but not many (if any) detail their lack of help when their work goes wrong.

Incompetent. They have a year warranty because they don’t know how to fix screens correctly. I have gone to change my screen 2x and my phone is still glitchy 🙄Went to replace my screen on my surface pro and after I agreed to pay to get my SCREEN fixed I get a call something else is damaged and the job isn’t done. I had the old screen put on bc I wasn’t about to wait any longer. My screen is worse off than when it went in.Honestly, GO ANYWHERE ELSE. They’re kind, however, quality of service is not worth it 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Low prices, but wont stand behind their work. You get what you pay for is so true.I brought in an after market screen for them to replace. Next day the screen lifted in the lower portion of my phone. Pressing on the fingerprint button while the screen was lifted caused the button to become loose and stop working. The tech said the screen didnt have enough glue so they added their own.I was not told this to start with or that this could be a problem. I wanted him to replace screen. He said he wont garentee a screen I brought in even though the problem was caused by his failure to properly glue the screen. I said, Ok, Ill buy another screen if would just replace it at no charge. He refused.He said he would only do so if I had bought his better, screen.Well, my daughter a few weeks before had them replace with their screen. Same phone same problem with screen lifting. Only my daughter had pressed down to hard trying to fix screen herself which cracked the screen voiding her warentee. Point Im making, this screen also lifted due to their sloppy work.I was willing to buy another screen, all the guy had to do was spent a few minutes to replace the screen and keep a happy customer. If an after market screen is that bad and their own glue wont work, refuse to do the service or warn customer of the possible problem, otherwise, stand behind your work.Warning to others thinking of going here...dont!

By FAAAAR the worst experience I have had.Google should have Zero stars for guys like this.I typically dont leave reviews unless I am very upset. I dont care about the small things but these guys took bait and switch to a different level.I called and the guy on the phone was very nice, answered all my questions and gave me fair price. He even told me when to bring the phone during the week so they can order the part in time and if the repair did not work he would transfer the contact out to another phone>In my mind I said these guy is worth the drive from Mission Viejo. but when I got there it was his evil twin, said that they would never quote this low, and that the price is twice what I got on the phone made me feel I as if I was lying or making things up. Absolute waste of time and effort.

I brought my husbands phone in to get fixed because we didnt know what had happened to it and it stopped working, so when I took it in they checked it out and saw it was water damaged unfortunately, probably because our 2 year old son lol, they helped me and told me what needed to be fixed and what they could do, I liked their great customer service and they were fast as well! I ran over my iPhone with my suburban. They fixed it for under $60 and it works to this day. I don’t know what that lady is talking about the above comments this place is totally worth it. If you have an iPhone and you’re human you will break your phone it’s inevitable. Go to these guys to do it and make you laugh. End of story.

This is a refreshingly honest business. I stopped by to have my cracked iPhone screen replaced. I was told that it was my screen protector that was cracked, not the screen and that my phone was fine.

Sina helped me out big time. I dropped my phone, and the screen was broken but the phone still functioned. I took it to my carrier store and said I would have to ship it to get replaced.
