I made an appointment using the online scheduler. I arrived 10 minutes prior to the 2:00PM appointment time. They had no record of me or the problem in the system. After waiting 15 minutes, they informed me that they had the parts in stock, but they would not be able to get to my cell phones battery replacement until noon the next day. They did not offer to make another appointment, instead they instructed me to come back tomorrow to see what the wait would be.This place is a joke. Totally unprofessional.

Ive been to this uBreakiFix a few times they will charge a reasonable fee to fix cell phones. I found out today that if your charging port doesnt work well, they can clean it and they dont charge you for it (if that is the only thing wrong with it).Daniel helped clean my charging port today and explained this to me. He did an amazing job and it only took about ten minutes or less for him to give me back my phone. Daniel said you just need to give them a tip or write them a review.I highly recommend using them for fixing your cellphone. They also advertise fixing other devices, but I havent had a need for that yet.
This place was amazing they fixed my phone super fast it was under warranty which nobody else who I inquired about fixing the phone even let me know of but even if I would have had to pay the price they quoted was much cheaper than everyone else as well very happy would definitely return for future business
The repair was great, done quickly and the price was significantly lower than anyone elses quote. My only complaint is that I didnt get a call when it was done like I was supposed to. I ended up calling them a few hours after it was supposed to be done and finding out it had been done for a while. In their defense, they said they did call me, but I had my phone on me the whole time and there was no voicemail.I would definitely still go there in the future, but I would call them instead of patiently waiting for their call.

Brought my Google Pixel 4 XL in for a battery replacement. Was told originally batteries would be in a week. A week went by and then was told batteries wouldn’t be in for 2 months. I then took it to the Santa Ana location and they had a battery installed in 2 hours. If it there fault they had a back order on batteries? No. Could they have arranged to get a battery from Santa Ana? I’m sure they could have. They had my phone for 3 weeks and offered no other options except to wait for several months. That wasn’t an option for me.

Dreadful service. I was told the device would be ready for pickup on a Thursday by 7 PM but when I went in the morning of Friday they told me testing had NOT been done and it would take an additional 45 minutes. How can you make someone drive to your store twice that way and not keep your word? Never make a promise and then turn around and just pretend like the customer will forget what you said. They trust your word. Also the 3 employees I spoke to all seemed kind of dead inside. Are they not happy in life and on the job?

Was given their information from Verizon that they work on all their phones. Get there and they tell us they wont work on our phone becuase its a Motorola. They tell us their South Coast location does though. So we call SC and they also tell us no and that nobody works on Motorolas. Anyway - beware - they do not work on all phone types.
They handled a warranty issue quickly and efficiently. They were also very friendly.
Too expensive. Do not recommend this place at all. They tell you a price over the phone, than they added 50 dollars more for labor fee. The original price includes materials and labor. Not happy customer 😒
Ill update this when the repair is done. The good thing is they did tell me they would work with Google and try to get the repair covered under the warranty. But so far just a few little things that could have worked better. I filled out my info on line and skipped the optional make an appointment but when I got there they didnt have my info so I had to give it to them again. They told me the initial diagnostics an estimate would be 24 to 48hr and that was a lot longer than I expected based on the website.
Very disappointed in service waited many hours returned four times for repair. Now my cellphone doesnt work. Had to purchase a new phone.
I took my Iphone 11 to get the cracked screen repaired. Got it repaired but then I get a message that says Unable to verify authentic screen and the faceid doesnt work. Not a big deal, I can live with that, annoying but whatever. Then my phone gets splashed on with some water and I notice that there is water damage on the display near the edges of the screen. So I take it back, and they didnt want to warranty the repair, reason being is that they dont use the same glue as Apple does. I suggest you avoid this place at all costs, I recommend AppleCare. Feel free to reach out to me if you require more detail. But please stay away from this place as they will rip you off.

I was here on 3/6/2021. I dropped my phone off around 11am.I returned at 2:45 to pick up my phone and guess what?? They couldnt fix it. In addition, while I was there between 2:45 and 3:15pm you had one customer who received his phone but couldnt make any calls on his supposedly fixed phone. You also had another customer come in that said her phone looked worse than when she brought it in.Anyway, bottom line is that this place was a joke and a waste time.The two gentlemen behind the counter (Ricky and Tyler) both looked HIGH ON SOMETHING. May be this store should do some drug testing 🤔 on their employees.
The people here are very friendly and offer great service at a reasonable price. I had a cracked galaxy phone and they said it would be ready in 2 hours but they were done in an hour and a half! For all the Galaxy lovers out their, definitely recommend you get your phone fixed here.
I will update my review once I finally receive my unit back, hopefully after a successful repair. Though its not this companys responsibility, but I was told by Verizon that I could make an appointment and and be in and out in 30 minutes...lol!!! I made an appt. for the following day, Monday 1:00 p.m. and arrived 20 minutes early. I quickly noticed during the check-in that these guys have a problem with simple communication. Very little information given about what and when and I was simply told 2-3 hours. I was contacted by phone at 4:00 p.m. regarding password access; thats another story in itself. Once that was figured out I was told they were powering up for testing and the unit would be ready in 30 minutes. Arrived at the store over an hour later, 5:45 and still not ready. I was told they were still testing and it would be another 10 minutes. By 6:30 I actually had to call back to the guys hiding in the back room to ask where my phone was. Give me a second I was told. Long story short, by 6:30 p.m. I left without phone in hand. Poor management, communication, time management and overall customer service. Once I get my phone back, Ill never return to this place.I have now received my phone back in hand and it appears to be in good repair. Unfortunately, the lack of management and customer service has diminished the experience greatly. I did reach out to corp customer care and spoke with Steven whom I would give high marks for his listening, interest and concern. Something tells me there was contact made prior to my arrival this morning as I did not have to announce myself and was greeted with a repaired phone.

Thought that The USBC port on my Google Pixel was broken. Took it here to have it replaced. They diagnosed the issue and found a little bit of lint stuck in the port and removed it for me at no charge. Great customer service.

Verizon partners with this company for insurance purpose with individual or family phone plans. Had my phone repaired at my house in their mobile vehicle. That was a cool perk. Fixed my cracked screen just to have even worse technical problems with my phone because the technician did something to the antenna. After going back and forth to Verizon and this location 5 times in one day, they finally said we are going to deliver you a new phone. I was suppose to get it in 24hrs which ended up being 72hrs.The service was helpful but little could they do in the moment. My review is based on verizons choice to contract this company to handle all insuranced devices. It wasnt as convenient as they make it out to be. But I do suggest still to get your devices insured so you dont have to pay an arm and a leg for a replacement.Youbreakifix.com is not the best at fulfilling the needs of the customer.

It was determined it was not water damage but rather a service carrier from AT&T. After calling AT&T I was out on my way and was not charged.
*The staff lied about being able to fix Samsung tablets. * They said they needed me to put a down payment so they can order the replacement screen for my Samsung A20 phone and my tablet. They told me it would be their the following Tuesday before the glass comes in. I came in on Tuesday after making a $80 deposit. They said it didnt come, this repeated for 4 weeks. They take peoples money. And when I asked for a refund the fat Indian guy got an attitude and with to the back for a while. And I asked for a receipt he said we dont do that. Dont come here.

My iPhone stopped charging so I brought my phone in. The employees mentioned it may only need cleaning and that service is always complimentary. I was ready to replace the charging port but after cleaning my phone was working fine so I ended up with a free cleaning. I appreciate their honestly and transparency.

I dont like leaving bad reviews on places but I really wanted to give this place a five-star review. I took my phone in at 10:00 a.m. as told by employee. And he said it will be ready by 3:00 so I drove 50 miles back home and turned around and came back at 3:00 and phone was barely being worked on and the other employee looked at me weird when I said I was here to pick up my phone. Telling me I dont know why he told you it would be ready by 3:00 p.m.. so not only did I sit and wait until 5:30 which is two and a half hours after pick up time they told me at the end before they closed they would not be able to fix my phone today and I would have to come back tomorrow. Big inconvenience. So I come back tomorrow and they still couldnt repair the phone and theyre supposed to be Samsung certified reps and had all the parts to do so. I highly recommend staying away from this place unless you are okay with being lied to about pick up time and unprofessional service

I have used this place to fix the various pixel phones my family has owned over the years. I have had a great experience with their knowledge and diligence when it came to what fixes would be covered and which ones would not. Unfortunately, the store I have gone to for years was no longer open to walk in service anymore so I had to try another location. This new store was good about fixing the phone, but rely on me for determining when Google will cover the work. They tell me to call Google when I go to pick up the phone... This latest issue was a swollen battery that shattered the back case. This issue has been covered by Google for countless people online that were not under warranty, but this place doesnt even check...

I called and asked if they could fix my Moto X4. They said yes they could. I was directed here by GoogleFi support. I drove out and spoke to the man at the counter. They told me they dont fix Motorola phones. Im very disappointed to have drove out there to be turned away. I dont know where things went wrong. I told the rep on the phone that I have a Motorola phone too, so I dont know what the heck happened. Very disappointed with how this experience went. Waste of time talking to them and driving out there. Clearly incompetent about the devices they service. Unbelievable.

I wouldnt refer anyone who has computer issues to uBreakiFix. They quoted me one price and charged another when picking up my computer there was a rattle noise and it ended up being a screw inside the tower the tech dropped in it. It took two weeks to back up files to my external HD and when I got home and plug in my computer it wouldnt turn on.I thought I would give them a try but NEVER again would I chose this place to look/fix my computer.

No communication. Actually, worse than that, misleading communication. Dropped off my iPad mini for a battery replacement, called a week later to see if it was ready, was told yes, came a day later and they said their repair didnt work due to a faulty replacement battery and that they would order another. I said I was disappointed they didnt let me know, but no problem. Waited a coupe weeks for the replacement to arrive. Called them and they said it would arrive the following day, and it would be fixed shortly afterward. I gave them an extra day and called to make sure it was ready, they said it would be ready tomorrow. Called on the promised day and they said it would be ready by 3pm. Came in at 3:30pm and they said they didnt have time to get to it. I took my iPad back and gave up.I try to be patient and understanding but the misleading communication is worse than just taking a long time. Never had the chance to experience their work, even though they had my iPad for 4 weeks, so I cant comment on that.I would suggest trying another location.
I took in the phone for a cracked screen (visit #1). After the repair, I brought the phone back in because the speaker was crackling, and the glass was coming unglued, lifting up (visit #2). They had the phone for another day or so, and it still had speaker issues. I brought it back again, and they kept the phone for a week to order a new screen and speaker (visit #3). After a week, I got the phone back. It was worse than before. The handset phone speaker did not work, so I could only use the loudspeaker or a bluetooth headset to make calls. THere was a strange bump in the plastic on the back of the phone where the speaker sits, and only one of the external speakers work. The glass lifted off the phone again, so now the only display is a white line through the middle of the screen. The phone is completely unusable.I contacted the corporate support to get help because I no longer trusted the Main St. store to fix my phone. They suggested that I mail the phone in for a warranty repair, and selecting a different store. I did that, and got a call from the other store in Costa Mesa telling me that each store is a franchise, so they couldnt help me. I still havent received my phone back after a week.All throughout my multiple visits to the original store, I always had to call for status. The phone was ready, but they never called to tell me.I went out and bought a new phone, because I am not going to spend another $120 to fix the screen on a phone that only cost $250. Dont bring your Google Pixel 3a phone to this place...they dont know what they are doing.

I specifically asked if they did and the person on the phone stated they did after checking. This is completely unacceptable customer service. Will not return to this location.
At this particular location I purchased a Groupon for a screen repair $109 which Reed they can repair the screens on iPhones Etc it also States iPad/ 2 /3/ 4 /air screen repair my son showed me this Groupon I looked at it so we purchased this to get the screen repaired on our device which we have a iPad Air 2 we travel to this place in Tustin Ca only to be greeted by a employee there which did not know anything about the Groupon when in the back ask somebody came back out and said that this isnt for our device which I printed out the voucher and showed him right on the voucher it says iPad 2 3 4 air screen repair again only to be told that they would not honor that voucher so I called Groupon and got a refund but it still doesnt help other customers looking at that ad to make the same assumption I did it doesnt have any disregards to any particular devices nor does it state for iPad air only I believe the company needs to be more specific so customers dont waste their time there are similar ads on Groupon which state particular devices in each category with its iPhones Etc iPads. And their appropriate names what is one two three four xcetera it also has specific section 4 iPad Airs and their coinciding numbers so definitely not very happy to waste my time my gas only to be told by employee they would not honor the ad that clearly lacks specifics

They did a good job with the repair of my Galaxy S10+, no complaints.This review is for the poor communication on their end. The employees are nice enough. However, they made me wait 5 hours in the store to get my phone back. I called beforehand and they told me to come at 12:30 PM. At 1 PM they said they needed to run some tests, and this would take 1 hours or so. I waited until 3 PM, and they said they needed more time to run the test by Samsung. Again, they said it should be ready in 1 hour or so. So I left for 1 hr, and came back at 4, and waited another hour. Finally was able to leave the store at 5 PM. 5 hours.In the end, as a precondition to getting my phone back, I had to factory reset my phone. This is for a screen repair, which shouldnt touch the hardware at all. But I just wanted my phone back, so I did so.Not sure whats going on with the communication between Samsung and ubreakifix. Im sure it wasnt the fault of the employees, who were fine. I did talk to 3 separate employees while waiting in store, not sure why they did that.So I had a very poor experience with the repair.
I went in for a crack screen. I paid for a new screen and when I received the phone, the ear speaker was not working. I called the store and was instructed to bring back the phone the following day. I got out of work early and drove 45 minutes back to the store only to be told they couldnt work on it today and to bring it tomorrow. The staff look like high school students and act like they are in high school.
The customer service was very nice and easy to talk to. The phone looked like new, we are very pleased with the work and it was affordable.

I made an appointment on their website about 5 days ago to have a battery replaced. This appointment included everything I intended to come in to have repaired. When I arrived for my appointment I was told they dont have my battery in stock. I would have to come back in 7-10 days to have it replaced. 🥵I have no idea how these guys are for repairs. I am not giving 3 stars for the repair as I dont have experience yet.I am merely pointing out an issue with their system. If you make an appointment, do yourself a favor and call the store to talk with someone ahead of time. Have them order parts ahead of time.I wasted a trip down to their store on my lunch and now I have to plan to come back again. Sad. They should have their system notify the branch or have the parts added to an order list so the parts are there.
Not very knowledgeable. I went in with a power port problem and they said they couldnt fix it. They referred me to another one of their locations. They said it would need a motherboard and only Samsung could do this. I went to another repair shop in Chino Hills and they found it was just the old cable was stuck. Fixed it in 1 minute at no charge.

I went into Ubreakifix last week with a cracked screen on my iPhone. The service was great, fast and affordable! I’d definitely recommend going with Stephanie she was so nice and professional!
Although they were short staffed they had amazing customer service with my self and the other customers that walked in. I didnt catch the name but the gentleman who helped me was working the front desk and fixing the phones at the same time... not once did he show any frustration for the sitiuation and managed to still be pleasant to every customer. I wish I had caught his name I was there June 20 2020 from 1030 am, then I returned at 4 pm to get the phone. I was refered to this particular location by the Ausurion insurance through verizon. I would be returning for any other cellphone repair needs.
The insurance which covers repairs on my phone was stressing me out, and I had to drive almost an hour just to find out the store didnt have the right part in stock (NOT the stores fault) so this visit to uBreakiFit could have gone downhill quickly... but Chandler had such a great, helpful attitude that it was a relief. The other 2 employees in the store seemed equally friendly/helpful but I didnt interact with them directly. After offering to order the part, I explained that its a really far drive for me, so Chandler went above and beyond to help me find a store which had the part in inventory (to make the repair today) whilst balancing other customer needs. If I ever have an issue with my phone again Ill definitely return to this store. Ill just call ahead to make sure they have the right parts.
Not only was I pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and courteousness of the staff here, but I was so impressed with the workmanship and the speedy turnaround time for my repair. Bad work ethic and unprofessional with no sense of urgency for the customers; I see other reviews with a similar experience, and maybe its just certain workers, but just dont go here.Long story, but this is what happened:I cracked my screen 10 days ago on Monday, brought it in the very next day to be fixed, and they asked me when I needed it back by.Im on summer break and thought I didnt actually NEED it for a few days (you know I can go a few days or even a week without my phone) so I said that I wouldnt need it until Friday, but that I just wanted it to be done correctly and well. The guy at the desk responded by saying that it was a pretty quick fix and that I could even have it back by the next day (Wednesday) if I wanted and that even with the Friday deadline it would still be most likely done by Thursday, but I still said that it wasnt urgent and that I just wanted it done right.So I went in on Thursday at 5 pm (2 hours before closing) just to check before I had to go to work and the guy at the front told me that it was almost done and would probably be done by that night but definitely by the morning. I went back in the morning and the guy nonchalantly said that they needed to order a new piece and that it wouldnt be done until Monday. That just tells me that when the guy said that it was almost done, he wasnt telling me the truth because if they had really started it early enough and not waited until the last minute (I gave them 3 days to get it done right), then they would have known this prior to the night that they said it would be done by.So I went in on Monday and the girl at the front explained to me that the tech guys broke the power button while fixing it and had to order that new piece which apparently had just been ordered and wouldnt be in until Wednesday.On Wednesday I didnt even go in because I didnt want to get my hopes up and now its Thursday so I decided to call them.The guy first of all left me on hold for about 10 minutes and at one point I think forgot that I was even there because it went off of hold and I could hear him answering another call and then I waited longer after that and finally he said Hello? in a very shocked voice like he was embarrassed that he forgot about me.What I found out is that the piece still has not come in and I shouldnt expect my phone for a few more days.I honestly want to go get my phone and demand a discount and go get the other piece fixed somewhere else.Very, very disappointed and my phone better be returned to me in perfect condition.

Didnt have the Huawei Mate 9 parts in store like every other cell phone repair service. They assured me that it would be 5 to 7 days with a 50% down payment to get the part. After shopping around to look for a better deal and faster turnaround time to no avail, I called the store and provided my credit card information over the phone so that could place the order and take my down payment. 7 days later, I received no mention of the part and called in to find out. They could not find my order and said they would call me back but after they discovered that it had not been made in the system or shipped so it was not going to be available for another week, they didnt bother to call me back and I had to beg them for estimates which 2r4e . It was disappointing to talk to the store associates who completely disregarded my time, seemed oblivious that customer service should be a priority, especially over the phone and failed to recognize that their error continued to cost me well beyond their limited viewpoints. I was even more frustrated because there were many other places I could have opted to repair my phone with better service and cheaper prices elsewhere that would have been faster because the week I waited was wasted. Not to mention, they caused further inconvenience as I had planned to get my phone as promised and hadnt made other arrangements. This was hugely problematic as so much of my business revolves around my phone. This was further exacerbated by their failure to communicate multiple times despite making promises time and time again. Initially a 1 week wait from Tuesday to Tuesday to be told they cannot expedite but believe it will be Friday morning at the latest Saturday but it didnt show up until Monday night (nearly a week after it was supposed to be done)... A month later and theres a chip in the screen and I dont even want to have to call them again to deal with this. Awful experience, terrible customer service and pathetic follow through in their work ethic at levels.
Ive been here twice now to get a phone repair. Both times Ive received great customer service, their prices are cheaper than anywhere else Ive found, and each time theyve been done in under an hour. The second time I went in, after examining the phone, they did a simple fix and didnt even charge me. This is the only place I get my phone fixed now.
I didnt make an appt but showed up right at opening. The gentleman there was quick with accepeting my phone and told me a time it would be ready. Unfortunatley it took much longer to fix, they had many customers come in that day (due to a wonderful hereoes project they accepeted at the store to help out the first responders!) but, it was done same day and they phone is brand new! I highly recommend this place :)

Fixing my phone screen here was so much easier than I expected. They fixed my iPhone in less than an hour and a half, they were ready to fix my phone when I walked in, theres a coffee shop right around the corner where I could hang out and wait, and I didnt have to pay because I had insurance on the phone through AT&T. The employees were very helpful, straight forward, and pleasant.
My dads phone got jammed between a hospital bed, the entire screen was crushed and the bottom half of the screen was black, he would get calls, but did not have a way to answer it. I took the phone in and within an hour or so, they handed me back a phone that looked brand spanking new!Customer service there was superb and the quality of work was well worth the money. Plus they had the replacement parts in stock.Amazing job guys!
These guys and girls know their tech.. helped me out a ton and made me feel comfortable about my phones and computers .they were so helpful I even offered to buy the lunch.. thanks Samsung team ... recommended 5star
I should have known to turn around and walk out when I walked into two angry people berating the employees. There seems to be just a couple kids here and no manager or senior staffer.
Made a reservation to come in the next week, was assured part was in stock. When I arrived, was told i would have to wait another 5 days for part to arrive..
For the past week I wanted to pull my hair out because my iPhone would not turn on. I taught it was either the battery or the port to charge the phone.I had a awesome experience at the Orange location, everyone was always friendly, very professional and super courteous to all incoming customers. My issue with my phone was fixed. Im glad I went to the Orange location for my repair needs.
Go somewhere else!.I took my phone here to replace the screens and the messed it up, now my phone doesn’t work, it looses signal and gps never worked again, I don’t know what they did but my phone is now useless, I took it back and they didn’t do anything. How unprofessional!.
Got my battery replaced in my pixel. They were nice staff. Got the phone back and went home to find my audio didnt work. Took it back the next day and a couple hours later, phone works just fine.
Well, the story began from I broke my macbook pro 2016 touch bar keyboard. I bought to them and the guy told me I was charged only 330$ exclude tax but later that day I met another guy, he told me 150$ or something to get fix. I told him double check and he came up triple price around 500$ because he mentioned that I needed to replace all the parts. I asked to talk another guy, he checked and offered to fix at 330$ exclude tax and I accepted and paid a half to get spare part. That is one story and it did not end here. After a week I called in and wanted to know why my spare part did not arrive and the guy told me that he have not ordered it yet. I waited another 3-4 days and the spare part came and he replaced it for me then I paid another half. As soon as, I got my laptop and I checked it. I noticed that the new spare part is come with different color which mine is spac gray and their spare part is white. The guy who replaced this spare part must know that they ordered the wrong part but they decide not to achknowledge that and pretend like nothing happen. Even the receiptionist guy always go back even though I had not leaving yet. I talked to them and they offered me to wait while they were ordering new spare part with correct color. It turned out I have waited for a week for nothing. A week later they told me that the new spare part did not available in US, they had to order from China. So, they offered me to get refund 55$ max or wait a month to replace the spare part with correct color. I chose to wait. I will update more later.

The touchscreen on my phone was spiderweb-cracked with even slight pieces missing from the screen. I dropped off my phone on a Thursday and it was done promptly that Monday, the staff was also very polite and informative. Speedy service and solid workmanship, my phone is like-new quality again!

My phone was cracked and they not only fixed my iPhone promptly but they where knowledgeable and customer friendly... I was having a tough day because of my business and communication is important to my business... I left it and came back after work and it worked perfectly. Thank you guys...
