My sister went in this company to get her first iPhone. She got taken advantage of by Jesus and sold a charging adapter (charging square) for 39.99! You can buy one adapter at 7/11 for $4.99 and four adapters on amazon for $9.99. He knew she did not know anything about iPhones so completely scammed her. What a joke, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

Went in to get a new phone. One girl working there started to help me out she was great but had to leave because she wasnt feeling well. Then Rosendo started helping me out. That guy needs to be trained on how to talk to people. He asked if I had done my taxes, didnt think anything of it. Then he said Im sure you make less than 50k a year WTF? Bought a phone and left. Went back later to return that phone and he seemed bothered to have to help me. Next time Ill go to a different store if I need anything.

Cricket does not have enough locations, they change staff frequently, and they have raised their prices ( out of some phones at the cheapest prices).

Had tmobile, as soon i was got out of that contract i looked for pre-paid options. Cricket seems to have the best signal out of metro and boost so i went to the store off of Chapman ave. in Orange. They answered all my questions ( i had a lot) i got to keep my same phone and phone number and it was very affordable. Good job ladies!
