The customer service here is horrible! I got in a bad wreck and all they can say is oh we can come pick up the furniture. All I was was asking a little help with payments and the man had no care and wanted to argue with me. Every single bill I had worked with me but them. Great on getting approved but If you want them to constantly calling and show up at your door for only being a week late, these are your guys. It would be different if I never paid them, but I’ve paid them since March and they act like I’m super irresponsible. Once my sectional is paid off, they won’t ever see another penny from me and I’ll make sure this post is known. I don’t know how they are still in business.

They’re very knowledgeable and very help with anything we need. I’ve done business with them for years and would recommend them to anyone else that needs what they have to offer.

This has to be the worst rental place I ever been to. They take your money and take their time getting you your merchandize and when you get it its breaks and they want give you a loaner you have to fight to get one then when you finally get a loaner you have to go get it yourself cause they will take their sweet time getting it out to you. So my advise to you all find someone else to go to.

If you are looking for something to add to your home this is a good place to stop by and check out what they have. Not only are they polite but they will walk you through the whole process so you can understand every step along the way. Plus they didnt have what I was looking for so they got ahold of other stores and found it fir me. And ontop of that they delivered it to my house. I cant beat that especially with a payment plan I get to set up. Go check the guys out they are great.

We received a broken TV with a pixelated line to it. They exchanged it for another tv with the same issue. Not worth 2000 Im paying on it

Great customer services n pricing

Walked in with a friend, we got matching xbox 1s, and he grabbed a tv. When we took the stand off for wall mounting, all the cords and bottom was caked in roach poo. Today, my Xbox 1 stopped working. Do not buy without inspecting and even then question it. Not worth the hassle
