Waited almost an hour even with an appointment. Then it turns out the doctor wasn’t even there. Won’t go here again.

This place is awful. The tech made fun of my vision. I was lied to about the prices over the phone. Im still waiting on the contacts I never received. Every time Ive called them I get the run-around.

I see why this place has not so great reviews. The first visit I had here went pretty smooth. Any time after that has been pretty painful. It is just not organized. Its like the front desk is in a daze all the time. I had my eyes checked here one time, that will be the extent of that. Aaàaannnnddd, they lost my Rx, not that its important patient information, so whatever.

This place is a joke, I went there for an eyes exam and they policy is 90 days, any issue with your eyes will be free during the 90 days. I went back in 3 weeks later because i went to get my glasses somewhere else then after i try it on, my eyes was irritated and kinda hurt so i told the doctor. He recommended me to go back to wherever I got my eyes exam to re-exam miy eyes again w/ new prescription. They took the lens off and hold my frame until I got my new prescription from that Dr. Chang. When I got back there, they want me to give them the new glasses before I can get my exam again. I did explained and told Dr. Chang office, I dont have my glasses because it was hurting my eyes and they need a new prescription from you guys. But they dont care and also want to charge me full price $99.00 again. Dr. Chang during the exam, he doesnt give you an option of what is he going to do with you. This place is a SCAM !!!! Most of the workers work there are high school kids. Rude, disrespectful, and not friendly !!! Good luck to you if you decide go to this place for an eyes exam. Also they are trying to find any reasons to charge you extra if they can as well.Most important thing: your exam turned out to be INCORRECT in the prescription !!! Will harm your eyes in a long run.

They found my Rx, an hour of sitting in an awesome waiting room is all it took.

I took my 13yr old there for a new prescription & they were great! They got him into the back quickly & took their time with him once there. He couldnt be happier with his glasses. Ill be going there for my next exam.

Dr. Chang is the best! The wait was short, compared to what Im used to! I was in and out and he was super professional! Ive found my new eye doctor for life. Thank you Dr C! :)

I had a very nice experience with this office.I have a 6 mon. follow up in the morning.

Unlike several of the 1-star reviews (that have a total of 3 reviews between them), I actually visited the office and did business with Dr. Chang. My 13-year-old daughter wanted contacts and we walked in without an appointment. We were told it would probably be a 30 minute wait, but we were seen within 15 minutes.Dr. Chang is a very friendly guy. He likes to talk about auto racing. Once the exams were over, Dr. Chang and his aide walked my daughter through the steps of inserting and removing the contacts. It took a few tries, but they were patient with her. I know I couldve bought the contacts cheaper online, but I didnt mind because the staff were so friendly to us.

This has been the absolute worst experience ever. If you are unable to accommodate walk ins then why would you advertise such? Take that sign off of your door. I have waited 3 hours to be taken back to see the fill in doctor. Even she seems upset being here. I came yesterday and waited until the receptionist said she told me wrong and that they will be going to lunch and not be back for another hour. I then came back today and a different receptionist is more concerned about ordering lunch than patient care. This place is a JOKE. If you are unable to handle a schedule which only had 5 people on it...there were literally only 5 people in since I came at 9am at opening then You do NOT NEED to take walk ins that you or your hungry staff can not handle....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Was fitted for contacts and came back a week later to get rechecked. I told them that I could not see out of my right eye. He said that my eyes were just getting used to the new script and to give it a while. Well its been another month and I still cant see. My son went about 6 months before me and they really took their time with him and we got his new glasses next door. Maybe its an adult thing.

Professional and nice people, friendly staff, fast too!! I will keep going back here.

They want to Nicole and dim you for everything. Had to go back because I couldnt see out of myvright eye with my new prescription. Will not be back
