Dr. Walter and her team have been exceptional, for years. My entire family uses her, and have always been satisfied with her service. Contact lenses and glasses come in quickly and on time. She explains to me what is happening with mu vision, which I truly appreciate. Thank you so much 💓

Initially, I had a great experience and decided that I would return but the office staff is what deterred my decision. I called and asked for my contacts prescription to be sent to me in the mail, waited two weeks and it never came. I called and Tanya was apologetic and emailed it to me. Fast forward to May 2021, I called and asked for my glasses prescription to be sent to me while I waited for my year to renew to get a new contact prescription. I waited and waited, never received it. I called and spoke to Kenya and cancelled my appointment and explained to her my frustrations. She stated that she noted everything but I wanted to make sure the doctor saw this as this could be detrimental to business if things like this keep happening.

She is a great Dr compassionate and her people are nice and compassionate ...i like last time i was there last year all female crew ...for people who are scared of males cause of trama ... this is what been needed ...thank you for caring for your pasents not treating them like just cows and pushing along asembly line ... Such a great practice, have been going for years! Very serious about covid protection, very clean, excellent social distancing. Call when you arrive and they will let you in! All the staff is very friendly and and professional. Wouldnt ever go anywhere else!

This was my first time going to Look See and I have finally found my eye care team. Even though it is across town, I loved Dr. Sattiewhite-Walter‘S attention to my needs. I’ve been to the places that I think had a quota on how many people they can see a day. Not her. She took the time to explain what I needed and why and this was for a basic exam! Her office staff was very attentive and personable. It was worth the trek for me!

They were attentive. Our 2yr old was seen for the first time and they made it an enjoyable experience for him. We will definitely be going back

We had a very enjoyable and safe visit with Look See Eye Care yesterday. They have excellent Covid safety protocols in place, taking our temperature upon arrival, everyone was masked up and sanitizer was provided.Very limited number of people, quick and easy frame selection, and prompted service. Great prices, great service, and a great experience.

I absolutely love our optometrist. She is awesome, very thorough and her staff is the best. Very warm hearted and friendly. Those girls go out of their way to make sure you are completely taken care of, an informed .We will not go to another eye doctor every again . Good Value, Friendly People, Excellent OptometryMy family and I had an excellent experience recently at the Look See Eye Care Clinic on Meridian and Memorial near Mercy Hospital. My wife and I were impressed at how the professional and friendly staff took care of our younger children, put them at ease, and provided intelligent choices for their screening. The science and method of the optometry was particularly impressive and sensible. I was told that I really didnt need new glasses if I didnt want them, and one of my other children was told the same thing. This was not the case last year at another location, although I had a distinct feeling that I was being fleeced. My wife and I both had feeling I had when we walked out of Look See on the other hand, was that we received good value for our money and were treated extremely well. I would definitely recommend this Optometrist office to anyone who wishes to get an accurate and friendly experience for a reasonable price. I liked the selection of glasses as well.
