Great office! I really liked the telemedicine exam. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me pick out my frames. Very affordable!!

Ok I start with so far there’s 120 people contacted news9 5 4 and 25 to shine light on the scam this company is doing on hard working people... 59.99 is false Advertising .. I got there my exam was 45 only price that was not a lie now get this the lenses alone are 180 for plastic cheap everywhere here it’s 49.99 and 120 for top of the line .. also they are scamming your insurance Saying a actual dr is there in the room physically doing the test which is not !!! Stay away we have warn you ... there’s a class action lawsuit getting started so people can get there money back for them giving glasses that you can’t see ...

I had an amazing experience at this location! I had my eye appointment that went very smooth and quickly. Shelby was great! When looking at glasses both Shelby and the GM Tori helped me choose the ones that looked best and gave their honest opinions, which I absolutely love! I ended up ordering 2 pair, they were buy one get one free! They didn’t pressure me to upsale to extra stuff, but told me honestly which ones I would need or not. I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends!

Bait and switch, came in for the 2 for under $100 with eye exam deal I saw in a google search picture but ended up finding glasses in the $99 each section ( they only had a few ugly glasses in the qualifying section so your basically steered to the non qualifying sections) which still qualifies for the buy one get one free deal.. I wanted four pairs so I was expecting a total of $300-350 (99*4/2=200 plus some reasonable fees) but the price was quoted at over $750!The worst part was the gaslighting when pushing back on the price. She mentioned the original price was over $1,500 for the four pairs so I was getting a “good deal” keep in mind these were poly plastic lenses. Amazing how they can say those prices with a straight face while the 2 for $59 or $69 sign was hanging on the wall.The con is the cost of lenses are not included in the deal, which seems as unethical as selling a car without including the engine cost.Maybe had I stuck to the 5-15 pairs in the deal section I wouldn’t have to pay the lenses fees of $260 but I wouldn’t go back and conduct business with a company doing such an obvious bait and switch.The eye exam was done over via video call and a mirror that wasn’t cleaned properly Yet they read the current prescription from your glasses so I’m much less worried about it being to far off. I still got a print out of my prescription so for $40 bucks that’s something of value. Only reason I’m giving the 2 stars is the eye exam value.Gonna check out another place, or buy online since I now have my prescription in hand, then, I guess I would make the drive down to Texas to American’s Best.. they actually honor their 2 for under $100 bucks deal.I wouldn’t recommend going here for anything more than the eye exam, don’t even bother looking at glasses unless you just want to buy the frames without lenses. 🤷‍♂️🤪😂👍

Helped me decide on frames and even asked if I wanted her to snap a pic before I left...AND said we needed to take another to get better lighting!!! In and out in 15 minutes, less than $125 for frames, thin blue light lenses, scratch coat and warranty!!! Just do it!

First time going for an eye exam and wife really needed one and prescription glasses. They do a buy one get the second pair free deal. The eye exam does cost a base of 45 dollars, which isnt too bad imo. They give you the prescription sheet afterward. The hard part is choosing lenses that you like, so many options and the stylish nice ones price range from $90 to $120. Im very surprised at the high rate some of them go for. They do have a 20% discount if you write a google review in the store so here I am. Grand total minus eye exam came out to $369. Surprised at the prices, but if it cuts down on migraines it might be worth it. Ill update on a month if migraines go down.

Worst eye exam place ever!!! They filed our visit under someone else ins and when we finally got someone on the phone (after 2 days of calling) was told they couldnt help us. Now they expect us to pay cash price instead of running our correct ins. So unprofessional.

I had trouble finding the place at first but when I called Lathan was able to explain to me pretty easily how to find the store.This place makes glasses so simple. I’ve struggled for a while to find a place that was easy as this. Chelsea answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed.

Dont go here. Its $250 base price for basic lenses. After everything its closer to $350. And I hope you dont need your glasses right now because its a 2 month wait for them. Eyemart Express is cheaper and they make your glasses on site. Screw this place.

Rude customer service. My mom had made an appointment for my father at this location online. They had put the option to choose the time that is as you know suitable for you to make on their website, one of them being for 5:50pm. My mom had chosen the 5:50 since she and my dad get home from work at 5:00. As she and my dad walked in she was met with a lady who had said they were closing. My mom was confused as to why since their appointment was at 5:50 like she had scheduled. My mom had asked who made the appointment, The lady at the desk just shrugged and said Theres nothing I can do. Poor customer service. My mom and dad had rushed to get there from their work place in time to be met with reception who seemingly didnt care about the situation nor offered much aid to help. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I would recommend for Eyelab however to not offer times they cant commit to and to rehire new employees who arent rude and inconsiderate. My dad was excited to get his eyes checked since he had been worried about them recently. Do better.

Friendly Staff, eye wear, Script sun glasses,, & most important that they have a warranty. They have eye exam for $50 & if you get eye exam they will take that price of your eye wear. They dont dilate your eyes but with testing & eye exam. If you need to be dilated they will fix your glasses for free if there is a difference in your eyesight. Trust me they did for me

But the quality of the lens is poor, like if you wipe it with the lens cloth it smears.2. They messed up my order: 4 pair of glasses for hubby and I. Mine: 1 regular clear lens 2nd sunglasses with the tint faded. Hubby: he had glasses with readers, made it too high up in the lenses so the line was in the middle of the lens.3. When we try to check on the status of our glasses since they had to send them back we now cant check using our phone numbers.4. Call the number from the receipt its a hotline for all the locations, had them switch me to the location above and it sent me back to the automated operator.5. Its been 2 weeks and we only have 1 pair of glasses but paid in full for 4! (The first time it only took 1 week).6. Theyre not super busy at this location, they took calls while both my husband and I were in the waiting area, as well as in the area looking for glasses; now nobody is answering the phone and theyre open until 6.I cant give anymore stars because I cant reach anyone and I paid in full already for these cheap lens... Im not happy at all, Ill have to get our prescriptions and go elsewhere to get good lenses that dont smear when you clean them.I almost brought my kids prescriptions over to get them sunglasses done but never mind Ill reach back out to their eye doctors office and let them make them!

The staff was very helpful. I found some beautiful frames and even though my insurance was out of network, they went above and beyond to help me be able to afford them. Great people! I would recommend them to anyone needing glasses or contacts.

What are these high reviews? Are they fake?Im guessing it caters to people who dont do regular eye visits.If you care about your eye health I would skip this place. No doc on site. They do a virtual vist. They use the same 2 lines of letters during their vision test. Would be easy for a child to memorize if they were trying to get out of glasses.. They suggested a much different prescription even though my current glasses are super clear but broken.Their website states they take our insurance. I set up appt online. I called before visit to verify. After I made my eyeglasses selection, they tell me they dont accept. I was frustrated. Because of the sketchy high pressure nature of whole visit I paid for the visit, skipped glasses.From beginning to end their business model and practices are questionable. Even though itll cost me more to use my insurance, Ill be doing a eye exam with an on-site doc and full exam. I personally wouldnt waste your time if you have other options.

I am so extremely disappointed! I lost my glasses and without them I cant see, I cant drive, I cant work. I am a single grandmother raising two grandkids. I have to drive them to school, I have to drive to work! I was told it could take up to two weeks for my glares to come back but the girl assured me it only takes one. When I called last week I was told it was going to be April 2nd before they came back which would have been 2 weeks. I called on the second they did not have them I left a message for the store manager to call me nobody has ever called me back! Today I was told they would be in on the 9th! I have already referred two people to them and I regret it. I have now left three messages for the store manager to call me no one has ever even called me back. I leave on vacation on April 8th, and I was told they would not refund my money so I could go get another pair of glasses somewhere else same day! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

They took my flex card a couple months ago and now they won’t accept it. Very frustrating and not given other options other than to use a different card
