I have been going to this store for all my family’s and my glasses needs for along time. We always had great customer service and quick response.Lori and Rich always go above and beyond to satisfy customer needs. I had couple of instances where I had to go to the store just before closing to buy and fix glasses. They were so polite and satisfied my needs without any hesitation or asking me to come other day like other stores does since it was closing time. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.They are well deserved for 5 STAR!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were in town for an overnight trip and broke glasses. Laurie was incredible! Helped us find a new frame, popped in the old lenses and we were on our way in 15 minutes. So grateful for her care and expertise - we literally couldn’t have done this trip without her!

I went in yesterday and was quickly greeted by Journey (I think that’s her name) lol. Anyways she was quick to help me get settled, Lori took over and she was just a delight. They were busy in the store but she made sure I was a priority while she was helping around and she got me in and out in a timely matter, even help me decide on which glasses to chose! MARY needs a RAISE and PROMOTION! She held the whole place down by assisting me, answering the phone, and greeting another gentleman who walked in before she finally had to ask another employee to come help. (There were 3 other employees there, but she was doing it all!) Her presence is warm and helpful, and she just seems like managerial material. 5 stars for Mary!

Really good selection; high quality, brand name frames. Just way too expensive for the lenses. Even with BOGO free, youre looking at about $600.

I bought two pairs of glasses from this place and the first month my glass is cracked in half so I went back they fix them cracked again within the first month so I would not recommend getting lenses from this place worst experience Ive ever had when buying glasses will never come back.

I can’t say enough about Tamika!! She definitely went the extra mile to help me communicate with the doctor to correct my complicated vision. She was patient and definitely knows her stuff!!!

David adjusted my sunglasses and now they fit perfectly. I had been to the Moore store and the Norman store and had these brand new prescription sunglasses adjusted at both of the stores (bought them at the Moore store) and for some unknown reason, the glasses were slipping down my nose shortly after leaving the store. Yesterday, when they were adjusted, I could feel the perfect fit immediately. I highly recommend going to see David at Visionworks at Penn Square Mall.

I was helped by Tamika who was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but she was so helpful and patient with me a nervous first time glasses buy. This is just how wonderful the service was, but also the deal I got on three pairs of glasses (as I wanted ones for just computer work, driving transition glasses, and readers) was fantastic. I saved almost $500.00. I left feeling very happy and excited about my new glasses and believe it was because of the friendly service of Tamika. So thank you so much Tamika.

Visionworks is probably the best glasses store in the oklahoma city area. Mary the manager that helped me pick a pair of glasses and knows everything and walks you though the whole process like it was nothing.

Lexi is THE BEST. I walked around that store clueless, no idea what glasses to pack. She picked for me and I loved the first glasses she chose for me. Girl definitely needs a raise. She is so nice and knew her stuff. Every question I had got answered, she worked with me on every aspect to make sure i was able to leave with glasses that not only looked great, but fit me well and i was happy with. I decided to come to vision works being elite eye care was right next door, n I had my exam done, I seen the VSP sign and decided to go in, ( I normally shop for my eye glasses at pearl vision, but being vision works was right next door I thought why not) as I walked into vision works I was of course greeted by a older lady, horrible customer service from the time I went into the store from the time I left, she did not check on how I was doing at all the whole time, or even suggest any type of frames or even mention what kind of brands vision works carried, finally after 20 minutes a gentleman approached me, asking do I have insurance, well yea, dull, anyways he ran my information and never came back and checked on me, after I found me a pair of glasses I like I walked up to the counter, which I had to wait for assistance once again, finally the older lady came over, I gave her my information of course, than she stated my total price for sunglasses and prescription glasses would be $447.00 after insurance pay, without the purchase of the sunglasses my total would be 123 after insurance pays, I just could not understand why my portion would be so high with a 230 allowance, I told the rep I would not like to purchase and would like for vision works to release my authorization to go elsewhere, the older lady threw some sort of paperwork and told the gentleman she does not want the glasses, Ive never been treated so poorly, I hope this does not happen to anyone else, I went to another vision company and received excellent customer service and walked out paying only 25.00 bucks... I hope this does not happen to anyone else..

I will definitely come here for all my prescriptions! Tamika was the best, and not only did she explain to me how insurance works, she personally helped me pick out glasses for my taste! They really do care for their costumers here and its definitely a friendly environment. My glasses itself took two weeks to get to Visionworks, but thats because I have such a strong prescription that it took a bit longer to receive my glasses, but its definitely worth it!

I visited this location on Wednesday evening 6/26/19 and had an incredible experience! Prior to driving there, I had called about the store hours and the advertised promotion. Austin answered all my questions fully. Later, as I was on my way, I called again to get directions as to where in the mall they were located. Mary pleasantly and expertly assisted me. Upon arrival, Tamika provided the ultimate in service directing me to the well-merchandised promotional frames thoughtfully grouped in a specific area for ease of shopping. She shared her expertise with fit and fashion to aide me with the best looks for me as her customer. The entire Team there is spectacular! The eyewear I paid for was a Michael Kors brand that I really believe was a knockoff and definitely not worth the price I paid for them. They were so cheaply made they broke within 2 months. The salesperson was so busy she had no time to give anyone any quality assistance. Im just very disappointed in visionworks. I will shop elsewhere

I had a great experience here. The staff doesnt just try to sell you something that doesnt look good. They want you to be happy with your glasses! Stacey took the time to figure out which was cheaper: Their 50% off first pair and 60% off 2nd pair vs my insurance. Much appreciated! Im toying w/getting a 3rd pair here but not sure if the sale applies to a 3rd purchase or not. I am very happy w/this Vision Works!

I was given several options to suit my needs based on quality vs. price and need. I have the best pair of glasses coming that i paid HALF what i did last time i got a pair. Went to Visionworks on a Saturday. For an obviously extremely busy day, I was taken great care of. Nickalas was very sweet and helpful. All of the staff were very personable and attentive. Very large selection to choose from.

I was very impressed by the service. The staff are friendly and they go the extra mile. I love the frame boards that display the prices. A young man by the name of Roman deserves a raise, this young man must have been doing ten things at once. He was the only staff member on the floor, yet he was not discouraged and was prompt and really amazing. I will refer everyone to Vision Works.

Had a great experience picking out my new glasses. There were lots of styles to choose from. The glasses came in a lot earlier than expected and it was quick and easy to pick them up. Would definitely recommend!

She wasn’t there just to sell me glasses...she helped me with style, shape and color of frames for the shape of my face, where my eyes set in the lens and the overall look. My partner and I recently visited Visionworks upon recommendation. I could not be more pleased with the level and quality of service that we received upon arrival. Nick, the eye wear specialist, was detail oriented and very receptive to what it was we were looking for and what we needed. Andy, the lab supervisor, paid us a visit to further assist the process and fill in any gaps that we needed to know. He was very attentive to our needs and clearly very proud of what he does so we knew we would be getting a high quality product made with precision and care. He actually came to us a couple times to check no us with more info that we may need to know. Not once did we feel like we were trying to be sold anything that we did not need. They were not pushy or over bearing like what you would find at a car dealership or furniture store. I cannot stress how refreshing that as a customer. Needless to say, we walked away with exemplary customer service and a great pair of glasses soon to come. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I broke my glasses that day and had just been next door for an exam. Mary helped me around the store, because my glasses werent staying together. Then I had confusion about my insurance and what was covered and Mary explained it to me as best she could. She also helped me tape my current glasses together so I could drive home. After calling my insurance company when I got home and getting what was covered explained to me, my insurance company called them back to fix the charges. I called Visionworks when I got off the phone with my insurance and Mary helped me fix it all over the phone. It was absolutely wonderful service. I was absolutely clueless about my own insurance and they really helped me with all of it.

Tamika Martin was absolutely great. I felt very welcome and taken care of during my visit. Will recommend to anyone and be returning to see her again.

Everyone was amazing! Great deals with or without insurance. I called to see if my glasses were done early, and the GM told me they weren’t quite ready, but had them ready by the end of the day! 3 days early! Will be back!

The staff at the Penn Square store front are outstanding. I am consistently impressed with their knowlege, suggestions, fittings, understanding of insurance and professionalism. I need an odd base curve on my bifocals and when I mention it they know exactly what needs to be done. We drive nearly an hour and a half, specifically to get our glasses done here!

Waited over an hour! Understaffed and understocked! No control over indecisive customers and a line forming behind them. If a customer cant decide between 10 pairs of frames, tell that customer that you are going to help someone else while they decide! Wont go back!

After being turned away at another place, Visionworks was so helpful! Tamika walked me through all of the options with my insurance and helped me get the best deal for my money. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful experience buying my glasses at Visionworks. This is my first time buying glasses here, and I will not go anywhere else. They treated me so kindly and offered to remake my glasses when the doctor wrote the wrong prescription. Extremely courteous service.

I had bent my frames and one lens popped out. The quail springs location said I would have to come back in the morning (which was ok since I stay fairly close) but I decided to call this location and Mary was VERY helpful over the phone and in person. She swapped my frames in less than 10 mins. She was super sweet!Also, the young lady at Quail was helpful as well. I didnt mind waiting if that was my only option but Mary said she was able to help me today.Thank you Mary.

First time at Visionworks. Tried LensCrafters before and LC was where we normally bought. We wont do that mistake again. Visionworks not only had a great selection of frames they told us what frame were covered under VPS insurance and gave us a complete run down on all the benefits we were getting from our VSP insurance. My glasses at Lenscraafters were going to cost me $234.00 for lined bifocals with $166.00 frames. At Visionworks I found a better frame for $199.00 and was told they were completely covered by my insurance. The total cost of my lined bifocals at Visionworks was only $145.00 almost a hundred dollars less and better quality. That said instead of just getting single pair for my wife and a single pair for me we were able to get two pair each. The second pair were prescription sunglasses. There was a gentleman who ask the LC rep how much he could just get the lenses in his glasses replaced for and they told him it would be almost as much as a new pair of glasses. My wife got new lenses in her old favorit frames and they only cost $100.00. We will definitely go back to Visionworks.
