The staff was incredible, everyone was so nice and they worked together as a team. My persons name was Deb and she was amazing, she was right there to help me when I was trying on different ones, and was so helpful. I will go back too that store every time I need a new pair of glasses.

Bad energy. Rex was standoffish when I walked in but was kinder to others. When I came back to pick up there was no line but they acted like I cut someone when I walked to to the counter. The lady didnt even acknowledge me, say itll be a moment, or nothing. She just looked past me at people sitting in some chairs and said whose next? How was I supposed to know they were in line. I like my glasses though!

I met the lady there who answered my questions fully. She was helpful throughout including helping me choose frames. It was a good experience.

I have ALWAYS had extremely good customer service while coming here and today was no exception. I walked in with a nose piece missing from my frames, and Rex was very patient with me in not only fixing the one nose piece that was broken but also taking the time to make the other one match and make sure it was done right. I very much appreciate the attention to detail that this place is always giving. Very much would recommend.

I went into this location to get my nephew a pair of glasses. I had the pleasure to meet Amy! This girl was so sweet and she gave us special attention! This place was crowded but she still met everyone’s needs plus ours! She made us feel like we was at home and casually picking some glasses. We needed up getting two pair and not because she tried to up sell us, but because she informed me sooner care would cover his second pair of frames. And then offered to pay for any co pay! ( no we did not let her but how sweet)!I was so impressed with her I went back the next day to get my own glasses. I, once again, had the good fortune of meeting Josh! He was so patient while I went they frame after frame! Lol he said let me help you and grabbed a pair and we both loved them! He then saved me so much money. I usually get transitional lenses, but he found a way to get me sunglasses and regular glasses so I have two pair! (At my age we tend to lose things lol)! What a blessing these two people are. And I didn’t catch his name but the man who makes the glasses was so helpful in picking my tint. I feel so blessed! Check theses people out!

This location has amazing customer service. I had a horrible experience at the I240 & Sante Fe location. I went in and there was only 1 person in front of me and I was told I had to leave my name and number and they would call me when I could return. They called me about an hour later. When I arrived it was full and way too many people to social distance. They had let about 5 people more ahead of me plus the people that accompanied them made the place so crowded it gave me anxiety. No one helped or really spoke to us. Just gave me a basket and was told to look around. After waiting for a while for help we left and went to this location. They had a sign that said only 10 max, thankful for that. The employees greeted us and helped us. Erin was so helpful, she quickly helped me find the perfect glasses and informed me of discounts. I was in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely return and recommend this location.

I found the perfect frames, which were covered 100% by my vision benefit plan and the progressive polycarbonate lenses were great and also mostly covered. The staff was courteous and helpful, and I had my glasses within 24 hours. Im very pleased with them.

I recently broke my glasses and needed a new pair if there was any hope in seeing my computer! My husband drove me to the nearest Eyemart Express. There were hundreds of frames to choose from and very reasonably priced. The lady that helped me was friendly & professional. I chose 2 pairs of regular frames, so I could have sunglasses as well. My regular pair could not be made in an hour as it has a special coating on the lenses, so she had my sunglasses fitted with clear lenses temporarily, so I wouldnt be blind until the regular glasses come in. When they do come in, they will tint my sunglasses for no extra charge. Overall, I had a wonderful experience!

I stood at the counter for a good 10-15 minutes and not a single one of the three employees that walked by acknowledged I was there. I called this morning asking for a receipt and didnt hear back, so I had to go in and get it. Will not shop here again. Too much of a hassle.

The staff was very accommodating. Even though they were busy, they made sure every person that came in was greeted promptly and signed in. They were upfront about prices and eager to make sure you get the best deal, even without insurance. I will definitely use eyemart express again.

My tech Erin was amazing! She helped me find the best deal for my budget and made sure I was happy with my frames. They remained professional and courteous even though this is a stressful time. Masks must be worn and theres a capacity limit in the store so there might be a wait. Theyre sanitizing frames after each use and continuously cleaning. I dont have vision insurance and got my frames and lenses for less than what insurance would have cost me. I highly recommend this location. Please remember to be patient!

Erica was very helpful (new girl) only thing is l was there over two hours and when came to pick my glasses up they couldnt find them, under a girls name. That was around a 40 minute wait. Other than the wait time the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had.

They were quick. Went in and waited about 30 min but it was a super easy process. Glasses were ready in 20 min. Love that they have their own lab there you don’t have to wait weeks to pick up your glasses.

I was a little afraid buying a pair of frames to me something you wear everyday is a major thing. But Josh the associate at Eyemart Express was the best at his job. We need to get a replacement pair of glasses for my four-year-old grandson, the attendant was very precise and courteous doing the order. Was it tended to by the manager 22 minutes later when his glasses were done. Only problem we have and we are taking them back today to be readjusted, is that they keep sliding down his nose.

I’m a disabled vet with a service dog. This place recommended that I use Dr. Kong next door for my eye exam. He is a joke of a Dr. After my nightmare of a visit with him I walked next door to eye mart express. I patiently walked around for about fifteen minutes waiting to be helped. No one helped me. To make things worse after I stopped looking around I stood there near the register and they helped two other people that came after me. I finally had enough and left with out any kind of help whatsoever. This place should be ashamed of their business practices.

Waited for an hour to purchase a new pair of glasses.Saw many people come in after me and got helped before me, they were there to pick up and adjustments... understandable.But I got skipped twice to sit down and order glasses... once helped it only took 15 mins to process... and of course what I want has to be ordered and couldn’t be ready the same day.

Awesome experience! Im not very eyeglass savvy, but when I mentioned issues Id had with my previous glasses, I got great advice about how to avoid similar problems with my new glasses. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely interested in helping me to understand all the fine details, answering questions and making sure I was completely satisfied with my glasses. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I didn’t have an appointment but I got in to the eye doctor within 30 minutes of showing up. The exam was thorough and my glasses were ready an hour earlier than expected (I had 2 pair being made). They also cost less than I expected since there is a discount for getting 2 pair. I got glasses and sunglasses. They are quick and friendly. I highly recommend them!
