My family of 5 have been clients for a long time. We love how smooth the whole process is, the selection of glasses and how we are treated by the employees. My right eye is horrible and Dr. McKenzie is always extremely patient as we fine tune my prescription.

I couldnt be happier! Dr McKenzie is highly skilled in her field and knows when to ask the necessary questions. She provided a very through checkup and is so pleasant and professional. Her staff also makes the visit a great experience. After I received my glasses and wore them week or so, I had an issue with the lenses (due to the lens maker) and they addressed the issue speedier than I would have guessed.Top notch service all the way around! (And for my friends of Mexican heritage, they are mucho bueno!)

The only reason i gave them a star is that no star isnt an option. my glasses broke less than 6 months old. i had moved out of state. for months ive tried to have them fixed now. finally i called back today. i was told they could send me a new frame with a 20% discount. so i contacted the manufacturer. found a place locally that can order them only to discover that this place has marked up this frame originally over 700% and the 20% discount off their current price still leaves this frame at a 400% mark up. i agree that businesses need to make their share of the pie, but to not even offer reasonable help when a pair of glasses should be under warranty is inexcusable.

Ill admit, when it comes to my glasses, my clumsiness gets the best of me; however, they always assist me in a professional manner.
