I’m an older man and as you all know old man are grouchy but this place I highly recommend it the staff is very friendly and courteous I don’t understand why some people says offensive words just because they have a little bit of money and thinks everyone should render homage to them. No they’re only employees and treat everyone the best way they can always and I admire them for that I don’t think I could put up with some of the people that come in and they don’t show any respect or kindness for them

The place is cheap for a reason, it has taken 2 weeks to get my eyeglasses and its gonna take 5 weeks for my contacts

The lady (bigger) front to the desk has a really bad actitud customer services, bad service I was a patient long time ago but a lot thing change Im still wait for my glasses 3 weeks and Im still wait because no body cant give me a answer when can I get my glasses, so now i cancel my order y ask for my money back but only giveme back $300 and i was pay $485 so I give a present $185 for the eyes prescription, in this time I lost a lot money, now I need to find a decent place for check my eyes. Im really disappoint and angry

I’ve been coming here since i was about 14years old, im about to be 23 next month and they have ALWAYS been prompt, answers all of my questions, and super friendy and professional! Not only that but its also very affordable! Definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for an awesome optometrist !

Everyone here was very kind. Their prices are reasonable. My husband & I both got our eye exam & ordered frames with our new prescription here. We will be going back again.

This place is rude and disrespectful well at least the front staff is. Had to rearrange my whole schedule to come in today, and I was told by the front clerks that my appointment wasnt set up until tommorow which was wrong on their part because they told me her appointment was today I automatically set everything on my phone calendar. Front desk needs to get their stuff together! Because as a working parent it is hard enough to get your child out of school and get yourself out of work for them to be like Well sorry but your appointment is set for tomorrow
