The most friendliest and caring personnel in a clinic I have ever visited. Dr. Gittin’s goes far and beyond to make sure your eyes are corrected and you are happy with the end result. I’m truly glad I have this staff taking care of me and my eyes.

Brixton Eye Clinic is a wonderful facility. Dr. Gittins and his staff are very nice and take care of our concerns and all of our eye care. My husband is a diabetic and he stays on top of his needs about that for him very well. They have nice options of frames also.

But, there are two eye doctors at Brixton, and I first met Dr.Haley Sparks!Dr. Sparks is an absolute delight! She’s upbeat, gentle and thorough. I’ve had many eye exams over the years, but never an exam as thorough and considerate as Dr. Sparks performed. She even went as far as to set up the equipment to contrast the Rx I had versus what she’d recommend! Because id met Dr. Gettins, she then turned me over to him for my eye assessment.Dr. Gettins and Dr. Sparks are just the finest eye-care physicians you could hope to find. Their opticians are friendly and helpful and got me into a pair of frames that fit my face (as attractively as my face will allow!) and that fit my budget. The desk staff helped sort my insurance options and patient paperwork and made it easy on me.I moved to OK two years ago from Seattle, and there’s a bit of anxiety about seeing a new eye Dr.! I’d put it off, afraid I’d never find a Dr. I liked as much as the one I’d seen the last ten years. My fears were unfounded. Drs. Gettins and Sparks are even better! I was given a quick appointment. Office staff worked quickly to get the paper done and was seen at appointment time. The doctor was caring and asked a lot of questions to determine what was needed due to the testing. This office has become my primary eye doctor.

I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. The doctors took the time to explain what was going on with my eyes and address my concerns. I was there for a bit. An hour and a half, but I hadnt had an exam in several years. Overall, very nice and comfortable

Going to Braxton eye clinic is probably one of the the easiest things that Ive ever had to do. When I go there I feel like I am appreciated and that theyre glad to see me. Theyve always treated me with respect and have always been warm with a madness Fair more like family than a business. Whenever I leave I feel positive about my experience I know that I have been treated with the utmost care.

The doctor is very good, he’s thorough and takes his time in finding anything and everything that maybe wrong with your eyes. Took his time and checked everything. He was also good when we had issues with the new lenses he took the time to double check that the prescription to make sure it is right.The only reason we deducted a star is that there is only one optical technician working at a time, so when you need to actually pick out your frames or pick up your glasses you may need to wait a bit before they can see you.

I’ve visited this location in the past when it was on NW Expressway and received fantastic customer service. I didn’t think the service could get any better but I was wrong. The Dr and his staff are A+ rated and visiting this establishment during COVID only gave them an opportunity to exceed my expectations with service and cleanliness. Highly recommend!

I went in for an eye exam and to purchase new glasses. The wait time was very short and the exam was done in a very reasonable amount of time. All of the staff were very polite and explained everything they were doing and why. Great place and I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Dr. Gittins is an amazing doctor, he always does a very thorough exam and he takes the time to listen to your concerns and issues. I personally have challenges with only being able to wear contacts and my eyesight is horrible both with distance and reading. Dr. Gittins stays up to date with the newest products available for patients like me and I’m so happy to be able to see without needing glasses and contact! Last but not least his staff is top notch!!

Dr. Gittens is an excellent doctor. He was the only one who identified my husband’s eye issues and recommended a specialist. He is very personable and easy to talk to. Appointments run on time. If you have an medical issue with your eye, they will get you in to see them quickly. We have recommended him to many people who really likes him.

Best experience at an eye doctor, EVER! This optometrist doesn’t treat you like a number, he’s patient, takes time to explain everything to you, answers any questions you have and really cares. I appreciate that he made sure I understood everything he told me. The staff as well were all fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Every one is very friendly and willing to help. Dr. Gittens makes sure your questions are answered. I have seen Dr. Gittens for at least 25 years or so, went to see an ophthalmologist 2years ago because of diabetes, came back to Dr Gittens. Seemed like a better atmosphere. Great group.

Dr. Gittins and his staff are second to none. I have been going here for years and have not had any negative experiences. He takes his time with exams and is always friendly. In addition to vision exams, Dr. Gittins also addresses general eye problems such as infection, dry eye, corneal abrasions, etc. He also screens for glaucoma and retinal issues. I highly recommend him as a general optometrist.

I’ve been going here for the past 3 years and have had a great experience every time I go in. I have a hard time with decisions on changing my glasses and picking out new frames and the staff is always super helpful and helps me find the perfect frame. Warranty offered was amazing when I had a scratched lens and when the outside lab had a issue with my sunglasses they worked every step of the way to make sure what I received was perfect!

I had a exceptional 1st time visit. Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the back office staff. I was a little discouraged after reading all the negative reviews, but this place is awesome!! Thank you to the front desk for going out of your way to explain my insurance to me being that I was totally clueless about what all it covered..

This place has horrible customer service went in last December and never received contacts! It was a back and forth game all year. Front staff said they called our phone but never had any missed calls from this place! The eye doctor was nice and professional but the front was not!

I am so disappointed in this clinic. I was a patient for several years but it has gone downhill since my last appointment. The clinical services leave much to be desired. The customer service is terrible. The front desk staff as well as the clinical assistants are not personable at all and go back and forth between being flat rude and simply uncaring. I could overlook the issues with the assistants and front desk staff if I felt I received good care otherwise- but this is not the case. Luckily I was able to get an appointment with a different clinic with very little problem. I would not recommend this clinic to friends or family.

My wife, son, and I all see Dr. Gittins, who is very knowledgeable and even got my wife in a pair of glasses that don’t make her incredibly dizzy like the last one’s she’d tried. (Dr. Gittins said her odd prescription makes her a “project”, tell me about it lol, but he got it right in one go.) The front and back staff are awesome too...they are so nice and recognize us and know our names even on a stop-by. But even better, if you can imagine, is the optical shop. They are like glasses adjusting wizards, no joke!! Seriously, a top notch team!
