The whole process went very smooth, from checking in to checking out! Everyone was super nice and seemed very happy and eager to help me and all the other customers! Dr. Ross was amazing! She seemed like she genuinely cared and enjoyed her job! I will definitely be back, I havent been treated so well at any other eye institute. Im sold! They are the best!!

Absolutely the most thorough eye exam I have ever had in 64 years. My daughter and her husband and 3 sons go here and I’m privileged to be a new patient of Dr. Roby’s. The staff are so kind, caring and knowledgeable and just fun to be around. Dr. Toby is so professional and explains things to me. And I am one who likes to know “why ?”She took the time to answer all my questions and I never felt “rushed”. I will never go anywhere else for an eye exam.

I had eye issues for about 6 months before I finally went to Dr. Ross & Dr. Roby’s office. They are so helpful, patient, informative & nice! The doctors and staff are great! I wish every doctor’s office was this way. They are definitely my new regular eye doctor’s office. I highly recommend!
