Roger was Fantastic! We were so impressed with the quality customer service, selection of glasses and speed which they were crafted and ready to pick up. Were new customers and we were able to pick out frames, get set up in the system, and our glasses were ready in 15 minutes = total time spent was less than an hour! Theyre running a special right now for kids under 14 to receive the frames half off (for designer frames!) and lenses half off. We have no eye care with our insurance, so it was nice that we could purchase Ralph Lauren glasses, with blue light and premium anti-reflective lenses for less than $300 with tax. Also appreciate that they offer free cleanings and adjustments.

Just went to lens crafters today to get some much needed glasses and I was helped by this wonderful guy name Roger. I came at the end of his shift and even though he had to go he stayed and helped me find a nice pair of glasses and gave me a discount on the price! That’s what I call true customer service. I always have had great experiences with Lenscrafters. This particular visit went really well. I was verbally greeted immediately upon walking in the store. Roger & another lady were busy with customers when I walked in, so I started browsing on my own until one became free. Roger assisted me with fitting and all the paperwork with my insurance. He was polite, patient & very knowledgeable. The only issue with Lenscrafters I have ever had is, the lenses on my ALL the glasses I have purchased from them started peeling exactly after 1 year. Roger explained that I purchased the standard lenses only. Which I knew that but I felt like they still should not peel especially if I rotate my several pairs throughout the week. Roger suggested going up a few notches on the lenses, which I did. I spent a little more dollars than anticipated but Roger’s customer service was exemplary and I couldn’t tell him no! Also, I thought it was incredible to watch him train another associate while helping customers. Thanks Roger, you deserve a raise & employee of the year! ❤️
I really had a really good experience here. I was not too happy about needing glasses but Roger really helped me find a good pair to where I feel comfortable with this change. I will definitely be back to purchase my second pair!

I purchased a set and was so happy! Until I sat in front of my computer at work. I brought them back and told Roger what was going on. His customer service was awesome! He lowered my sig height and I was happy. I got my new lenses but still had a problem with my computer screen being blurry. I took them back again and Catherine looked and put me in Verilux lenses. Because my insurance paid more for them, I got a refund that I can use on another pair or other medical stuff. She was a rock star taking the time to help me! This staff is so accommodating and they take the time to make sure the customer is truly happy! I will not go anywhere else my my vision needs!
I dropped and bent my sunglasses. I took them over to LensCrafters. Melissa was able to bend them back straight for me and even cleaned them after. Great, friendly staff that was able to quickly solve my issue.

Hello I thought about bringing my glasses in and have my prescription lenses put in but.There is a few two many bad reviews with LensCrafters. I’ll wait until Monday to speak to someone at Visionworks never had an issue there.

They were so helpful. Had me in and out with new pair of glasses that looked great in less than 45 minutes. The lady that helped me made sure I could make the most of my insurance and I got a great deal. Wont go anywhere else for glasses in the future.
The website started by scheduling me with an optometrist that was not there any longer, big waste of time... Then 10 days later they havent even tried to make my glasses and apparently theres some kind of problem with the prescription that nobody thought prudent to call or email the customer... Well never do business with LensCrafters as long as I live and do everything I can to keep my friends and family through same experience
I came to the Penn Square Mall location on Saturday with my daughters’. I only needed lens wipes but I was also going to show my girls’ the Tiffany glasses I wanted. We were quietly talking when we walked in and it was between 8 to 8:35pm. I saw the wipes on a shelf against the wall but before I could get to them, the woman “customer rep” was so rude. She seem annoyed and just blurted, “what do you need and I’m the only one here so it’s going to be awhile.” I was taken back by her tone and my daughter noticed it too. The lady she was helping noticed my confusion and looked at me when I replied and told her I needed lens wipes. She abruptly reiterated how it was going to be a while because she was dealing with the customer in front of her. In my head I said okay walked towards the wall to grab the wipes and then let them go. I will not do business ANYWHERE it’s not wanted and clearly this woman who works for you needs a class in manners. As an HR manager, she’s a liability...and terrible with people.
Came here to get glasses and Sandy was incredibly nice AT FIRST when I was purchasing them. I decided I wanted a refund and she was rude when I was getting it. She said reasons for refund and then quietly under her breath with a annoyed attitude said well none. I paid with cash and debit. Was able to get the refund with my debit. Cash is sent to you via check they said and that I had to go through corporate for it. Ok well I call corporate and they then tell me I have to ask the location of the store. So I call asking about a refund and one of the employees tell me my manager wont be here til x day. So I wait til that day and she isnt there. Ok so I wait another day and shes finally there. Only for her to tell me they cant do anything and sends me a link for a claim(employee herself couldve told me without waiting almost a week for that answer). I do the link and I wait and wait. Call again and get told I have wait another 2 weeks. I waited for 7 months and was told the manager at this location never did anything for the refund and that someone higher up had to prioritize my refund for how long it was taking. This is what I was told at corporate. Never in my life have I ever had such a terrible experience going through a refund or the blatant laziness that came through with this place. I could write such more into detail but this is just the basic run-down of it. Never go here ever
I came in 6/4 because my toddler broke my frames and my glasses were under warranty. I chose LensCrafters for my glasses for years because I like that they are just about everywhere and I move often. Anyway, my glasses were purchased in CA and I recently moved to OK so I drove over an hour to the nearest location for the frame/lens change. The people who work there were very kind and got new frames/lenses while I walked around. When they were finished (55 minutes) I got a call and picked them up. Maybe it was just me but the lenses didnt appear to be my prescription, I wasnt able to see smaller letters clearly and I was slightly dizzy (hard to explain lol) so the people at LensCrafters assured me they were my prescription *Im sure they were, but it just wasnt working for me* and they changed my old lenses to my new frames, taking just a few minutes. Maybe I seemed like a weirdo, I dont know lol but the sales associates were super sweet during the whole ordeal and I can see, which is most important. Id come back again and recommend to anyone

This was my first time using Lens Crafters to fill my prescription since my eye doctor was remodeling and wouldnt order glasses. The selection is nice but the styles are all about the 3 or so same types with different colors of frames. However, I did find a pair that felt good on my face. The customer service was excellent and the pricing was very good. I would return for glasses in the future.

They don’t even deserve the star you “ have to give” to leave a review 😡 Been waiting for my glasses for over 2 weeks now. Keep getting told different stories. Yesterday went I called I was told my glasses will be in tomorrow. Called back today and now I’m being told they went to they distribution place in Dallas TX. Originally I was told 7 days - 10 days top. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET MY BUSINESS.
The manager at the Penn square location was not helpful at all. She acted as though I was bothering her and my issue was not a priority for her. She gave no explanation as to why there are numbers on my lenses. Which by the way is very annoying. Her name was melissa and because of her I will shop elsewhere.
The manager at that location is extremely unprofessional..she was on her cell texting while I was being serviced. Also when I called in to follow up on my order the SAME MANAGER.. when I was advised that my order hadnt been sent in and it was 4 days later was very rude, continued to talk over me and then she hung up on me .. I had been a lenscrafters for years in California and had referred several others.. but after her type of customer service .. I will be taking my service as well as my dependents to another provider .. FYI you guys need to coach her before you guys lose others ..she had no/has no empathy.
Terrible customer service!! Worse Ive ever experienced. They were nice the day I paid for my glasses but afterwards very rude, inconsiderate and not helpful at all. I will never shop here again. There are too many eyeglass places to go to feel unwelcomed!
My experience was very pleasant. For the first time in my life I was shopping for glasses alone as an adult. This was all new to me. At this location, a supervisor named Chris helped me through the process.He greeted me with a smile, caring tone, and asked me how I could be helped. Once I explained what I was looking for he set to work pointing out several glasses that fit my description. He gave me a wide range to choose from and did not just try to sell me expensive glasses. The range was from low to high priced. He gave me time to look around and try everything I wanted on before approaching me again.The location was prompt at getting the glasses to me at the time they said they would, Chris was lovely to talk to while filling papers out, and he was very patient about fitting the glasses. I do plan to return when I need new glasses.What the experience let me take away about the employees here:1. Kind and respectful.2. Playful and knowledgeable.3. Wanting customer satisfaction and comfort over profit.4. Promptness/Punctual.
Sat there and waited for someone to help me for at least 20 minutes and no one helped.... just waited... there were 2 people in the store. Another couple and me.... and yet no one helped... the lady at the desk was just rude. Will not recommend anyone from my company or family ever go here again

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Even after taking a whole day to calm down, thinking about this place frustrates me! Waited over 45 minutes just to hear them say: Ill be with you shortly. And yet those words would be the only polite words I would hear from them. When we were finally seen they kept saying they were having problems with my insurance. I called my insurance from my cell. And my insurance company called them on my behalf. We were ignored. Every time I would find an opportunity to kindly ask them for help they would tell me they were waiting on my insurance. So I would call my insurance again. This happened over & over again. Constantly being ignored. If it were not for my two teenage daughters liking some frames they saw there we would have left!!! I called my insurance company again and my insurance company suggested just getting the frames there, leave, and get the lenses somewhere else. Even my insurance company was getting frustrated with this place. I tried just getting the frames. LensCrafters rudely said You can buy the frames at full prices!, but you cant get them with your insurance!. Again, it was my insurance company that suggested it & assured me that the frames would be covered. I waited a total of 5 hours. I finally had enough, I interrupted two employees talking to each other (not to customers) & asked to see the frames we had picked out... that took another 30 minutes. When I was finally able to see the frames I wrote down the item numbers on the tag. I highly suggest never going here unless torture is something you enjoy. I was able to get the frames ordered from another place & everything was covered by my insurance
The store in Penn Square Mall in Oklahoma City is by far the best one Ive been to, considering the service at the others in the metro area Ive experienced. Myles the manager here has been amazing and hasnt tried to force any extra services or add ons and has helped me walk through it all very well! Impressed. Will be recommending to this store anyone who needs glasses and wonderful service. They make it a personable experience.
I wouldve given 0 star If had been able to. Their customer service is horrible. They have no knowledge on how insurance works. They messed up and made me pay the full price when I didnt need to. Guess what? They dont even apologize. Their frames are over-priced as well. Look them up online 100-150 dollars more expensive. Probably the worst lenscrafters in USA. Yuk, never coming back. Beware!
Went to get new prescription filled for my wife and myself, both pairs was going to cost me $750.00 so we decided to try VisionWorks to see if they could get us a better deal. Lenscrafters did not explain what frames or lenses were covered on my VSP insurance, after talking to Vision Works we bout 4 pairs of glasses for less ($620.00) than we would have paid at LensCrafters.

I have never left a bad review anywhere and I hate too but I feel as if I was poorly taken care of. From the beginning they said 7-10 days for my glasses. I call on day 7, ask are my glasses there, immediately they say 7-10 days nope they arent here yet.. before ever answering my question. When my glasses finally get there they dont fit so he adjusts them, and again and again. Finally I said they dont fit my face at all they are huge, feel as if they have been stretched out. He said, they would reform and fit over night.. they still dont fit. I dont wanna go someplace where they dont wanna help. In the end he didnt wanna help because I denied his warranty and thats when he became no help. I dont recommend.
Went in to get (2) eye exams this past weekend. We had received a sale bulletin from AARP for $55/exam. When checking in, we were asked for $39/each additional. We asked what this additional charge is, we were told doctor fee. Has to be the dumbest thing Ive ever heard. LOL My wife told them we would just go to a real doctor. The people at the front desk (4) just stood there (as if they cared)... Pitiful...
Took my glasses in for an adjustment today. The associate, i dont remember his name, fixed them right up for me. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Went in to have my glasses adjusted (that I purchased elsewhere). While adjusting, they broke my glasses. When I came in two days later to pick them up once they fixed them, they were not fixed correctly. Kelly really tried to help me out but was unsuccessful in getting store manager to help in any way. I was offered 50% off a pair of glasses through them. No thank you. I want MY glasses fixed correctly! I will not be spending any money in your store and I will never go back.
I have to give them a bad review. I purchased my RayBan sunglasses and RayBan G15 lens right there, but they gave me a lens but not RayBan!! Ive changed it with $27 co-play fee in Quail spring LensCrafters. The manager in Quail Spring mall is really a good guy! But the manager in Penn Square mall is the worst sales people Ive seen, he always says the problem is not a big deal and dont want to fix or exchange the product for you! Hope this review will save your money and time.
Lost a contact swimming and had no prescription, they gave me a pair of contacts at no charge after they had closed. They are great, would recommend to anyone!
Came in 15 min till close, picked out some glasses ($225) was told couldn’t purchase them because he already closed the drawer. Pretty piss poor service, we asked when we had stopped in the store if they were open and the said yes absolutely. Terrible and lazy
I went in for a repair that was covered under their warranty. They tried to get me to buy new glasses instead of replacing them under their store sold warranty. Its obvious that they work on commission because they stopped helping me once they found out I needed a warranty replacement. I paid over $800.00 for these glasses and they had the nerve to ask for more money to fix them when they had already charged me $200.00 for a warranty. Total scam...

I can honestly say that I have only ever left 1 other bad review in my life. Its a waste of my time but hopefully it will save you a huge headache in the future. Stay away! I bought some glasses from these guys a couple of weeks ago. Most of these places advertise that they can get your glasses in less than an hour...I realize it is not always possible to meet that. So, they said they had to order the frames which could take up 7 days. I wasnt excited about that, but I was willing to wait up to a week. I called on the 7th day and they told me it would take 10 days. Then on the 10th day they told me it would be 14 days(which is today) because they just mailed the frames. Apparently they didnt think it would be a good idea to overnight the glasses that were already a week late.... ? Two weeks without glasses as of today and I still dont have them. What a joke.
Absolute worst never going back my mon was giving the wrong lenses then when i called to see what had to be done. The lady that answered was extremely rude.
My request was glass lenses, at the penn square mall location, after I paid full price, thay said for glass it take three weeks, now a whole month passed and still my glasses arent finished yet and the staff was really rude when you ask them about it.

Misleading about prices- unwilling to talk with my insurance provider.I bought a warranty, I was told that by purchasing that warranty, I could have my glasses repaired. With no additional cost- I purchase the warranty, no additional costs.LIES. I had to pay $50 extra out of pocket. While yes, I purchased the warranty, I still needed to pay for parts and service.
The so called manager sitting in the front desk was rude! Didnt know squat. I called minutes earlier before arriving if they could take me as a walk in, sad sure you have till 430 walk in and said they might not be able to take me because 6 people were ahead of me. Why didnt you tell me that before I got there! Overall the manager was an ass.

Very upset, spent an hour ordering and processing and paying in full my portion of my glasses, called yesterday they tell me well it shows it shipped friday should have them today or tomorrow at the latest, called back today the story is the system shows it shipped today. Wont be back once I get my refund!!!
