Wonderful experience for both my fiance and I. Everyone was kind and helpful. Our glasses were ready SO FAST, too! My fiance ordered his on a Saturday and mine were ordered the following Tuesday. Both of his and 1 of my pairs of glasses were ready for pickup on Friday, the same week mine were ordered! Less than a week and we both had stylish new glasses! We did not have vision insurance and the team members helped us find affordable frames and never pressured us to buy anything we didnt want or couldnt afford. Pickup was easy and quick. Cant say enough good about this place!

I came in concerning a recent order placed at the Penn Square Mall Location originally. I was helped by Tyshael Friday, the supervisor at the Quail Springs location. I explained that I was sold on glasses that would be anti-reflective, smudge proof and scratch resistant. The glasses I received were not what I was sold. Apparently, I needed the Elite lens protection. Tyshael not only apologized for the misleading info but took the time to explain the differences and reordered my glasses. As a first time customer who spent $300+ on glasses this is how you correct an issue. Superb customer service!

Very helpful staff! Knowledge and great customer service. They have a massive selection and great sales. They were over $200 dollars cheaper than what I could have gotten at my eye doctor and I have more features available. The quality of the lenses are outstanding too.

Ms. Friday was phenomenal. I came in needing my nose pads replaced on my glasses. She took them and made sure the right ones were installed and took the time to make sure they were the right size. Super friendly and great at what she does, Ill definitely be back when its time for some new glasses!

Ive been searching for a pair of RX glasses for a few months but havent really found what I was looking, mostly since Ive been very reluctant to wear them. I stopped in on a Wednesday night a little more than an hour before closing and Stephanie really helped me out. She worked the phones (being redirected or on hold for more than 30 mins) to verify ins and was able to help me select a great pair that once ordered, I received in less than a week. Great job and Ill return for my future eye wear needs.

This place is FANTASTIC they have a BOGO special going on that I used for my daughters frames and myself. The glasses were ready within a few hours. They also made sure that the frames fit her face correctly and took extra time to get her an super cute case.Awesome customer service! They EVEN took the time to adjust her old frames to fit her face That we did not even get from there. We will be back!!!!

I couldnt be happier! I visited 3 different vision centers for help swapping frames and none could help me. As a last try I saw Visionworks in my goggle search and gave it a try. Vision tech Tyshael Friday told me that if it can be fixed, we can fix it, and she did! I am extremely satisfied, and will always take my business to Visionworks.

Very friendly atmosphere . Te staff was very patient on waiting for me to select frames I didnt seem rushed. Darlene kept letting me know she was available for questions. Jimmy handled my glass purchase and he was excellent and very knowledgeable about different options for me to choose from and helped me select the right one . The store was busy but they handled every customer with patience friendliness and never once seemed overwhelmed. Definitely recommend them so need glasses go see Darlene and Jimmy. She was so pleasant from the start and really went out of here way to make my son feel secure and confident with his new glasses. Not less than a week later we had an accident were our dog chewed up his new glasses and he was so upset. Really frustrated that I was told that my order would be ready in approximately five days. It’s been a few days shy of 2 weeks and I finally called in and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly unprofessional and rude. She informed me that my “promise” date was in a few days and that whomever I talked to originally misspoke. She put me on hold without any warning and came back to tell me that my order likely would not be there by my promise date. That they could be up to a week later than that. Won’t order from this store again.

GREAT staff! But the bullet a few months ago and went to a different lens store for cheaper prices... and let me just say..you get what you pay for when you go cheap, guys. 3 months and many headaches later i finally got to get new lenses today! Prices are a little ouchie but hey, i know they’re great quality and so is this store. Brittanie listened to me and knew what i needed based off my prescription before i told her! I needed anti-glare and UV protection for my astigmatism which my previous store failed to take that into consideration. Now I’m LITERALLY seeing clearer. Will forever come here!

Ok, I was supposed to get contacts for the first time with my mom, and it took us forever and then the doctor was super unprofessional. Jamie the assistant was the only nice person there who didnt try and scam us. Never. Coming. Back

The person that helped me was very open and knowable about there products. She pulled up all the details on my insurance and advised me of my cost and what my insurance would pay.

What a literal joke. I give this place zero stars. The eye doctor not only dresses unprofessional but speaks unprofessionally and without compassion. She does not give one s%#t about anyone who walks in her office. I asked her to explain something and she said I could google it. She then told me no line bifocals lenses, alone, would cost me about 900.00 without vision insurance. What the what???? I went to the eye glass place next door to her office and they were flabbergasted shed say that. I could go on and on.

I just want to say this was one of the smoothest and easiest experiences I’ve ever had getting glasses. Brittanie made sure to help me find the classy/casual glasses I was looking for. I will definitely be back and recommend both Brittanie and Visionworks to anyone looking for glasses!

Ive used this place in the past and as usual made an appointment for my annual eye exam. I arrived early for my 11:30 AM appointment and filled out the required paperwork. After a half hour wait, the receptionist asked if I wanted to pay the copay now. I asked how much longer it would be before I was seen (there was one person in the waiting area when I arrived who was still waiting). She said, soon. I said that I had another appointment at 1:00 PM and asked if I would be done in time to make that meeting. She told me that she couldnt guarantee it. So after waiting for 35 minutes with no assurances of being seen anytime soon, I departed. This will be the last time I use Quail Springs Optical. Ive put up with delays there in the past but this was the last straw. I would not recommend this place.

This place is awful, we walked in first, completed our forms. Then the receptionist claimed we didn’t complete one of the forms, in prime condescending fashion. Another family that walked in right behind us hadn’t completed theirs (by admission). The receptionist checked them first and then looked at me like I was dumb when I asked if they had an appointment. We walked out. I will never spend money where a business chooses to have that type of person as their frontline.

I went in for some new glasses and the worker Tyshael Friday really helped me . Acouple weeks ago she told me they are having a 50% off ! So i had to come get some. I found the perfect pair that she helped me find ! She made sure i understood all the prices as well i saved so much ! Make sure to ask for her on your next visit .

Came in yesterday to look at frames . Witnessed an incident where a manager screamed and called security on one of his employees....the employee looked upset and sad but not violent. Decided to leave and go to pennn square mall instead.. I wouldn’t recommend this store. The manager seems very immature and doesn’t know what he’s doing. Penn had a much more professional staff and will be going to buy my glasses there when ready

Broke my frames on Saturday, only place open on Sunday. The gentleman that helped me was knowledge and had them fixed in a few minutes. Would recommend the friendly and curtious folks to anyone. So appreciative!

Called to set an appointment and was told no appnt was needed. I told the person that I would be there at 1:30,which was my way of suggesting they book me. I arrived on time and was told they could not see me until 3:45. I just turned around and walked out because I was tempted to be rude to the young lady. If it werent for the foot traffic generated by the mall, theses folks would be out of business. I was irritated because I drove into the city just to get my eyes checked. Lesson learned.

Sad to see all the good reviews. We worked with a lady in training who didn’t know what to do and nobody was helping her until she asked so it took forever. They got mad because my mother and I were impatient waiting around with a special needs kids and waiting on this lady to type everything into the computer. Mumbling under their breath, so rude and disrespectful. Told my mother she isn’t the one buying glasses then she doesn’t need to talk.
